On the night of 21 on 22 in November, employees of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Luhansk People's Republic (apparatus) were actually taken hostage by their own leadership. The events developed as follows: in 9 in the morning of November 21, when employees of the Prosecutor General’s Office came to workplaces, we were informed by the management that a forceful seizure by unknown armed persons of the building of the Prosecutor General’s Office was being prepared. After just a few hours, several cars drove up to the building, and we were informed that it was necessary to immediately arm ourselves and guard the building. The team came from. Attorney General of the LC and the head of the department’s own security. First of all, members of the joint detachment of the Prosecutor General's Office were armed - Kalashnikov assault rifles and 120 cartridges were issued. We are strictly forbidden to leave the premises of the prosecutor's office. After some time, they armed all the employees of the Prosecutor General's Office, men. The management decided to arm even those employees who had not previously held weapons in the hands of. (...) Recently, the Ukrainian special services have not abandoned attempts to destabilize the situation in the LC. With their publications on controlled information resources and the Internet they discredit the leadership of the republic, they mislead the population of the republic and the world community. A number of ministries and departments of the republic were subjected to hacker attacks from the side of Ukraine, including the press service of NM LC.
In this regard, I want to declare that the NM units are located at points of permanent deployment, and, despite the constant shelling of the Ukrainian security forces, does not give in to the provocations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and respects the obligations assumed. Planned activities of daily activities continue. Strengthening of significant objects of the civil infrastructure of the Republic of NM units are not carried out.
