In Poland, fragments of the monument Bandera paved the way

47
The authorities of the Polish settlement Grushovichi decided to use fragments of a previously demolished memorial sign to Bandera for useful purposes. In particular, a decree was signed on the use of paving stones for a local road. Head of the local council:
From stones do not need to make relics. We decided that fragments of the structure should serve the local population. For this we paved one of our streets.

In Grushovichi noted that "if someone declares the need to restore this monument, then these people do not have the slightest chance."

Head of the local council:
The second such nonsense, we will never allow.

We are talking about a monument, which was located in the Podkarpackie Polish Voivodeship. In April, local residents decided to dismantle the monument, which was installed in honor of Bandera on the Ukrainian initiative in the middle of 90-x. For several months, the Poles did not know what to do with the fragments of the monument. And the solution was found - the updated local road.

In Poland, fragments of the monument Bandera paved the way

The local authorities note that the dismantling of the monument was carried out for the reason that the monument was installed illegally.

Recall that a scandal erupted between Ukraine and Poland, during which Kiev and Warsaw could not come to a single interpretation of a number of historical events. The Polish leadership states that Ukraine should integrate into Europe, refusing to glorify Bandera.

laughing Damn, I didn’t think that sectarians from Nezalezhnaya would be taken away for souvenirs, and there’s no way in Grushovichi ... Yes, the Poles with Bandera will sort it out, they said, there’s no chance there’s either a monument to be restored or a road broken ... wink

And the bones of Bandera in the form of useful fertilizers?
Laughter, but I remind the Poles that they demolish monuments not only to Bandera and other Nazi minions, but also to Soviet soldiers-liberators. So draw conclusions.

It is necessary to make sure that the Poles do not let our monuments onto the roads. Let me remind you they started them - and the Foreign Ministry is keeping quiet.

I think everything goes to what will be. And we have no means of pressure on them. The Northern Group of Forces does not exist. Unfortunately. It remains to forge the Iskanders, and from our borders, including from Kaliningrad, to threaten the arrogant neighbor.

You're right. It’s not worth fighting with monuments, not in a Christian way. Fight in the field with the enemy, but the stone will not give change. The only thing that should not be on the tombstones - the symbols of fascism, the symbols of hatred. Yes

In the not yet renamed Zagorsk there were streets paved with cobblestones and fragments of gravestones were found among these stones (now, probably, they have already been covered with asphalt). I think this was not the only city in the USSR with such streets.

"only a Pole can be worse" I heard this phrase from a German acquaintance, and in principle I agree with him, in all of its history Poland has really done nothing useful, only some hysterical claims to neighbors ... there are just such people ... I don’t even know how to characterize them correctly (censorship will not miss), but you need to stay away from these. they don’t know what to do with themselves ... but about the monument they’ve been standing since the 90s, they didn’t interfere with them ... and now they saw a bender in it ... strong Poland!
