Vladimir Putin held telephone talks with the heads of the unrecognized republics of Donbass. These were the first official personal conversation of the President of Russia with Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitsky. He was the result of the request of the head of the movement "Ukrainian choice" Viktor Medvedchuk to contribute to the exchange of prisoners between LDNR and Ukraine.
