The Solomensky District Court of Kiev granted temporary access to the documents of the plant belonging to the structures of the entrepreneur and the president of the country, Petro Poroshenko, to the employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), reports RIA News Post Editions Liga.net.
The plant appears in the case of the purchase by the border service of Ukraine of Triton armored vehicles for state funds at inflated prices.
According to the information, armored vehicles were “acquired in 2015 from the“ Forge on Rybalsky ”plant, which belongs to Petro Poroshenko and Rada Deputy Igor Kononenko.
The court’s decision notes that due to a number of violations “an imperfect technique was purchased from the budget, unable to carry out the tasks in full.” Purchased cars were not actually used for their intended purpose, and all of last year stood idle.
Considering the above, the court partially satisfied the requirements of the NABU and granted employees access to the “technical and design documentation” of the plant.
