    Not a boat, but sucks. For special forces, a boat should combine a whole complex of fundamental qualities .. In the simplest version, it should be an ekranoplane with either retractable hydrofoils or with a lowered waterline. It should be virtually silent, which is not possible with screws or propellers.     Just recently watched this video. The U-turn on the spot impressed me. An interesting copywriter. Low in comparison with the boat of the project 03160 Raptor, which means hardly noticeable.
