Civil officer selection
The second civil war will be the result of a successful coup d'état, carried out by the liberal frond — aka the “fifth column” of Western and transnational elites in Russia. Then - either the death of the country, or its revival on a neo-socialist basis.
Had such a war happened, huge sacrifices await Russia — from a million people, with favorable developments to tens of millions during the occupation by foreign troops. The optimistic scenario assumes the timely consolidation of the real patriotic opposition and other healthy forces of society into the group of “new red” under the condition of political maturity and courage of the officer corps of the RF Armed Forces, in particular its central management, to resist the attempts of the liberals in power to destroy the army, primarily the SNF .
In the civil war, only two forces are able to save the Fatherland - real patriots and officers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, special services, law enforcement agencies. But it is necessary to act in extraordinary conditions and in very extraordinary ways. Can significantly change ideas about their own and others. Decisions will have to be made and implemented in an extremely short time. And it is necessary to prepare for this today. The patriotic community will form the political basis, the healthy part of the officer corps, other military personnel and employees of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, the FSB and the Interior Ministry - the power component of the “new red”, which will determine the outcome of the civil war (“Minin and Pozharsky again in the ranks”).
It is necessary to clarify the concept of "patriots of Russia". Today in the Russian media, opposition means the community of liberal-minded people who dream of returning to Yeltsin's times. These are those who in recent years were excommunicated from the “trough”, and previously were in power and in 90-s smashed our economy, calling it destruction market transformations and appropriating public property under the slogan of privatization. It was the “reformers” who called on 1993 in October to shoot the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation during an anti-constitutional armed coup. In that terrible time for our country, the opposition was understood to be completely different forces - trying to prevent the collapse of the state and economy. Their representatives liberals-destroyers dubbed the "red-brown." Today, the activity of communists and patriots has noticeably decreased as a result of the long-term hard persecution of the most active leaders. The activities of this opposition are deliberately hushed up, although it supports the actions of our president as in many respects consistent with its political objectives. But the influence of patriots on society, while consolidating the emerging trends, will grow.
The role of the real patriotic opposition in preserving the country is clearly visible in the example of Ukraine. The essence of what happened there is as follows. In the interests of overthrowing Yanukovych, the liberal-Westernist group was forced to involve the broad masses of the population in the protest movement, who to a large extent began to speak not only against the ruling clan, but against the entire oligarchy. As a result, the leaders of the "color revolution" could not retain control over the protesters. But moderate patriots and leftists proved incapable of leading the masses either organizationally or ideologically. As a result, the rebuilt Nazi factions began to dominate, united in the Right Sector. Later, they closed with the most aggressive part of the Ukrainian oligarchy, which led to the emergence of prerequisites for the establishment of the classical Nazi dictatorship. If real patriots were stronger and more organized, the country would be able to take the path of rebirth and significantly improve the economic situation over the past three years.
Together against the liberals
The patriotic opposition of Russia today is divided: a part has become a support group for the authorities, the other has gone into total denial of everything, becoming a sect, someone is trying to act independently, focusing on private matters. In general, this group does not have sufficient potential to significantly influence political processes.
The liberal fronda is immeasurably more powerful both materially and administratively, as well as informationally. They have no one - an acceptable ideology. The liberal idea in Russia completely discredited itself. We have to hide behind patriotic and even socialist phraseology, to look for formal allies among the "red-brown". But the potential of the liberals allows them to effectively rock the boat of Russian society.
The patriotic opposition must declare and show itself to be a tough opponent of this group. This position is also important in the moral and psychological sense - the “new red ones” will not be responsible for the “color revolution” and the unleashing of a civil war. At the same time, it must be remembered that it is the liberals who are interested in the earliest possible initiation of both in our country.
Organizational weakness and disunity of the patriots determine the creation of viable structures, management development, and the transition to planned principles that allow the enemy to intercept the initiative as priorities. Veteran military alliances, Cossack formations, due to the special training of their members, are able to do this most effectively. Many of them have a developed regional network, a good material base and a large number. However, acting independently, solving particular tasks in isolation from others, they will not achieve meaningful results, and even more so a noticeable influence on the situation. There is an urgent need for a united front of the organizations of veterans of the Armed Forces, special services and law enforcement agencies, “defense industry”, which could also have a political subject.
Another major area of activity of the patriotic opposition should be propaganda. On the Internet, many sites of the desired orientation. Significantly the number of newspapers and magazines. This is sufficient, if properly used, the potential of political influence.
Especially focus on the target audience. Today, activists are processing their like-minded people in the information environment. This is a meaningless exercise, besides additional “pumping” will not lead to anything good. We must work with the general population. And remember that the military, security forces are not opponents of the patriots, but the main allies in opposing the “color revolution”. Today, this environment is largely depoliticized, people are focused on the performance of official duties. And in the departments themselves there are many ideological liberals, especially in the upper strata of the administrative apparatus, there are enough corrupt officials of various stripes. However, the majority are decent people and today they are fighting with the same “fifth column”, but their capabilities on this front are minimal due to legislative restrictions.
It is advantageous for the liberals to push the patriots together and in the form of those who went to the rally. But with the beginning of the “color revolution”, it is the law-enforcers and the special services who will be the first to fight the destroyers of the country - let us remember the Ukrainian “Berkut” and the Vilnius OMON. And the security forces will need strong moral support. When organizing mass events, true patriots of Russia are obliged to take maximum measures in order to prevent violations of the law and, moreover, clashes with employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard. The speeches should not be aimed at exaltation of the audience, but clarify the situation in the country, show the true enemies preparing the “color revolution” and the civil war, substantiate the role of patriots and military, special services and law enforcement officers in preserving the country.
In the ideological vacuum prevailing in Russia, only educational work is important. The current liberal course has shown a complete futility. The government lacks any viable model of prospective social construction. Therefore, the development and presentation to society of a scientifically based concept of the future, optimized to ensure maximum efficiency of life and social justice in the 6-th technological order, will give an advantage to the patriotic opposition. And this is a key condition for winning political dominance.
Special attention should be paid to the youth, because, as the experience of Ukraine shows, it is she who, with competent propaganda, becomes the main destructive tool. The emphasis is on the choice to be made. Or remain powerless and poor servants of oligarchs, their sons and daughters without any prospects for a better share. Or to be citizens of a strong and equitable state, where success is determined by personal merit, and not kinship or clan ties, to be able to independently determine their own destiny.
To ease ethnic tensions, it is important to emphasize that the enemy of a young man is not a Tajik with a broom, but a “reformer” who appropriated national wealth, a high-ranking corrupt official and politicians supporting him, regardless of their origin. To counter the liberal revenge, the so-called information avant-garde is effective. That is, setting requirements for which the authorities are not yet ready to go, but may agree in the near future due to objective necessity. At the same time, positive steps by the government should receive support in the patriotic media. This will contribute to the formation of the objectivity of the "new red".
Guarding the nuclear button
The officer corps, law enforcement officers are in state and military service and, in accordance with Russian legislation, cannot be involved in political parties and movements. This is correct: command orders must be carried out without adjusting for personal predilections, otherwise the security of the country will not be ensured. Particularly clear actions will be required in conditions of internal instability. However, the situation will change radically in the event of the victory of the “color revolution” and the more so the beginning of the civil war. The power that arose as a result of the coup d'etat will be illegal, even if the liberal fronde surrounds this matter as a voluntary transfer of powers to its protégés. At the same time, alternative political centers will emerge that claim to lead the country. Among them will be a consolidated real patriotic opposition - the “new red”. In the current situation, officers, security services and law enforcement officers will have to make a choice: to go for any political group, join the struggle (to submit to the junta that seized power will be no more legal than to take the side of the patriotic opposition), or lie down on the bottom, refuse to participate in the events. The second option seems very doubtful and extremely dangerous. A trained officer or other military is a valuable resource in a political struggle, so the warring parties will seek to draw these people to themselves. And with the refusal of a high risk of violence, so that the choice is inevitable. But people of this category, of course, intelligent and perspicacious, should pay special attention to the essence of the programs, remember history political ideas and leaders. In particular, how did the introduction of the free market and the embedding of our country into the world community, on whose legacy Russia has been holding for more than a quarter century, have completed, which made it possible to accomplish the full industrialization impossible in 30-s, without which Victory in the Great Patriotic War would hardly have been gained? the war. It is useful to compare the successes of the Soviet government in 26 years - from 1924 to 1950 and liberal - from 1991 to 2017.
However, it is not enough to make the right political choice. The main purpose of the officer after the seizure of power by the liberal junta will be to take all measures available to him to preserve the integrity and viability of the RF Armed Forces, primarily the Strategic Nuclear Forces. There is an example of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Syria and others who have been subjected to Western aggression, demonstrating to everyone what happens to countries with insufficient military capabilities for protection. In this case, the first who will be destroyed by the occupiers, will be the officers. The Americans drew the appropriate conclusions from the fact that after the defeat of Iraq, it was the surviving soldiers from Saddam Hussein’s army who formed the basis of national resistance.
