Power structures of the Russian Federation can receive "smart" bracelets "Sagittarius-Hourly"

Interior Ministry and Rosgvardiya can get bracelets "Sagittarius-Hour" with alarm and geolocation, which will help security officials in an emergency situation, reports RIA News a message from a representative of the manufacturing company Konstantin Chukhnova.

Power structures of the Russian Federation can receive "smart" bracelets "Sagittarius-Hourly"

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Rosguards have an interest and, possibly, in the near future, if there is funding, this development will appear in service,
Chukhnov said at the Interpolitech exhibition.

According to him, the device "consists of a main rack and a network of repeaters." Each bracelet contains a “built-in chip through which information on the geographical location of its carrier is transmitted via the GLONASS system”.

For example, the duty officer goes to the post, turns on the satellite search mode on the terrain and then sees the mark where he is. The main device receives information and reflects already in the program. Some situations - emergency or attack, or fire - a policeman can give a signal through a bracelet, and the manager immediately sees where he came from,
told Konstantin Chukhnov.

Why invent a bike? I would not want to look too pessimistic, but someone just wants to get into the state contract with this nonsense, probably at wild prices. Reminds me of a story with Raymer bracelets.

Why "Sagittarius" and not "Warrior" ... These gadgets are already tired of the order ... We have the wrong concept of modern combat, judging by these stupid developments ... Instead of seeing where the enemy is by technical means and avoiding contact battle when it is destroyed, we are sent into combat contact (in a meat grinder on the front) of fighters so that they find the enemy themselves, but in the "Warrior" and with the "Sagittarius" that will help them die a little later and see a little further than the binoculars ... and technical means, instead of help and target designation, consider them, ammunition, pulse ... and tell their location to the commanders in the bunker ... How will this help to win the war, and most importantly save the lives of soldiers? And in any way? When will these degenerates get involved?

One hundred ruble Chinese watches, a smart-ass businessman will vtyuhivat ours and diot am for big money.
If businessmen are not thrown out of the procurement chain, it will be very bad.
We need clear laws to suppress such profits, for example, to make it clear to the seller that the state will buy the product at a cost price of + 25%.
If the product is successful, you can increase pensions for workers.

In short, what we used to call corruption is now called legal business.

Come on you. GPS monitoring systems a hundred years in the afternoon. Even hunters already equip their dogs with sensors. But the clock form factor for the sensor looks kind of stupid. Because data transfer requires a lot of energy, you can’t put a large battery and, accordingly, autonomy will turn out low.

Why is it necessary nonsense? Embed, and now it is possible, a pulse and pressure sensor and give out sentries going to the post. Something happens at the post with the sentry and the signal about the violation of the stable mode will go to the duty officer in real time! Smart, I think, insurance for the protection of strategic and sensitive facilities!

Maybe of course not rubbish at all. And if the data are really needed, that is very doubtful, then the interested structures need to announce a tender, hold an auction and conclude a contract at the lowest price with the required quality, preferably with the possibility of the participation of a foreign manufacturer. And it is unlikely that this company - Interpolitech will withstand competition. They will immediately vparivat.

And most importantly, it costs about 3-5 thousand rubles. per pc

Maybe they can, but not all, I think from my couch that the transmission channel of information is important, moreover, an encrypted and noise-resistant channel. And it costs money and not small. Agree, this is nonsense when information in such devices (for the needs of security officials) is transmitted via the GSM network, as in children's smart watches. (although in some cases, why not, but certainly not on guard)

Those who do not know how, they cost significantly less. There is even a warning lamp about taking the watch off your hand.

And so, in fact, the GSM signal can be encrypted if desired (we only have this prohibited and the equipment is not supplied).
And so, in principle, adding something else instead of GSM is quite possible or adding encryption is quite possible.
You need to add a heart rate sensor and signalization to a wide range of situations: no heart rate, a sharp drop, etc. - there will be something acceptable for cheap.

I have a certain analogue of such a tsatska - Bushnell GPS-compass, an American. Complete nonsense, practically does not work in the forest, shows false directions - the crowns of the trees suppress the signal. I don’t think that the chips on those bracelets from Sagittarius are very different from the Bushel ones.
Second, all radio channel systems are entitled to a transmitter with a capacity of not more than 10 mW, according to the law. In reality, this limitation kills the practical use of radio channel systems. The same Sagittarius in its table of the Sagittarius-Integral system guarantees the operation of the transmitters at a distance of no more than 50 m from the receivers. But this is ideal. In real life, I have one sensor and is not visible at 18m. Therefore, if a "specialist" who comes to you offers a radio-channel signaling - drive it right in the neck - if only to sell it to this person.
The Sagittarius-watch manufacturer mentioned in the article has been trying to cram for more than a year, so far to no avail. Apparently, for the same reasons that I described based on my own experience.
We conclude - this is an advertising paid article on the site. It happens. He himself wrote about arched metal detectors. True, their entire Moscow metro is now equipped with their Russian pirated copies -
It was not a shame to praise, but everyone does what they can, and our business is to filter. Right?

You do not quite understand why such systems are needed. Rather, they did not understand at all.
I’ll hint: initially they did not have any modules for global positioning.
Only vibration siren and motionless sensor.

In vain, I understood everything. Radio channel systems for sentries are not new on the market. An immobility sensor is an overly expensive option for outfit monitoring points in wired systems. There are built-in position sensors in radio stations: if the radio station is vertically or vertically attached to the watch belt, this is the norm, if it goes into a horizontal position, then the watch has become an insensitive body. All this is clear and understandable. But to some regret, such functions implemented in other ways: through wired systems, through the guard’s communication system — look and are more reliable than the proposed solution.

And if R / St is faulty, or is the battery dead?
Although this can also be fixed, give the sentry a second 8))) True, this will be somewhat more expensive than hours ...
There are only two wired systems. Buttons and tapiki. Both that, and another are attached to specific points. And on most posts are not in the "quick access" at the sentry.
For the posts of field camps, exit guards, and so on, are useless. Too long to deploy. And therefore, the sentry only has one communication channel without any reservation.

Yes, there shouldn’t have been sentries for a long time: video cameras, sound and motion sensors, radar vision and an operator in front of the monitor ... The contents of the sentries are very expensive, and if he’s a contractor or .... One nonsense said to stick this thing , and everyone repeats ...

Initially, this is a development for gas defenders working in an environment unsuitable for breathing, 30 seconds of immobility there is a single squeak, if you do not press the button, the sensor emits a light and sound signal and sends a signal to the guard station.
Trite system to ensure that sentries at the posts do not sleep.

And if R / St is faulty, or is the battery dead?

If you give such an example as an argument, it remains only to shrug and put under arrest the commander who was preparing that guard. What if the battery runs out in your watch? The radio station is easy to charge - there are chargers in each guardhouse, but you will have to look for the battery for a long time in the forest. I do not seriously consider this situation - I simply respond with platitudes to stupidity.
Maybe instead of engaging in marketing and upholding the finished product, for some reason not finding sympathy and demand, think and do something really real and necessary? At least to learn from the same Altonika how to make radio-channel systems: their hardware has been sold successfully without updates and show-offs for 20 years already. For 15 years, my radio channel has been operating at my facilities without comment.
