The small anti-submarine ships of the 23420 project are a Russian project of a small anti-submarine ship, developed by the Almaz Central Seal of Design Bureau. Intended for conducting combat operations against an underwater, surface and air enemy, escorting ships ’base points, and defeating coastal targets with artillery weapons, to protect the state border and economic zone.
