Pulling out of Ukraine does not mean pulling out Ukrainians

An unpleasant scandal erupted in the Leninsky district of the Republic of Crimea, where more recently, in September, the by-election to the State Council was held, and which was won by the representative of United Russia Oleg Marchenko.

Oleg Marchenko was elected to the State Council of the Republic of Crimea based on the results of the September 10 by-election of 2017. According to official data, 17 thousand people came to the polling stations in the district. Of these, 9157 was cast for United Russia. And for his closest competitor - self-promoted Vitaly Zemlyansky - 6945, that is, only two thousand people less. Thus, the victory of the candidate of "United Russia" was not easy.

Opponent Oleg Marchenko a few years ago came to Lenino from Moscow and headed the district administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Zemlyansky lost the election in the district, but won the majority of votes in the two largest settlements: Lenino and Shelkino.

20 September, secretary of the Leninsky district branch of United Russia, Oleg Marchenko, received a certificate of the deputy of the Crimean parliament. The presentation took place in a solemn atmosphere: in the session hall the document was given to the Leninist speaker and head of the Crimean United Russia Party Vladimir Konstantinov.

Over the course of several days, it turned out that they hurried with solemnity, and Marchenko’s hard victory over Zemlyansky was more than justified. The locals obviously know very well what their countryman is.

The same Vladimir Konstantinov has already stated that during the by-election in the Leninsky district, “a whole series of systemic global problems were revealed, the severity of which the local authorities kept silent about and did not solve on their own.”

Among them is the excessive modesty of the re-elected Oleg Marchenko, whose declaration states that there is a land plot of 700 square. meters, five real estate with a total area of more than 1650 square. meters and eight units of vehicles, and all this with the complete absence of income for the 2016 year. At the same time, Marchenko is the only candidate for deputies who showed an income of 0 rubles 00 kopecks.

Meanwhile, it is authentically known that Marchenko is the owner of pavilions, shops, bars, boarding houses and other objects of entrepreneurial activity, managed by a certain assistant named Christina Ronzhina.

According to the operative data of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Crimea, the lady business manager opens enterprises for a period of not more than six months, after which the firms cease their activities, not showing the revenue part in the reporting period. This scheme allows you to open new businesses and successfully evade taxes. All income from such businesses from accomplices shared cash.

Meanwhile, in accordance with the norms of the Federal legislation, the failure to provide information about incomes, expenses, property and property obligations (one’s own, spouse and minor children) entails early termination of powers of deputies of all levels.

The reason for the same is non-observance of restrictions, prohibitions, non-fulfillment of duties established by the Federal "On Combating Corruption", Federal Law 3 of December 2012 of the Year No. 230-ФЗ "On Control over the Conformity of Expenditures of Persons Replacing Government Posts".

The discrepancies that opened up and the reaction of Vladimir Konstantinov became the reason for initiating by the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Crimea verification of the completeness of the information provided on income, property and property obligations from Oleg Marchenko, пишет local portal lenino.info.

With all confidence we can say that Crimea has long become a part of the Russian Federation, which, of course, is an indisputable fact. However, as you know, you can pull a girl out of the village, but it is extremely difficult to pull the village out of the girl. No less an indisputable fact is that the Crimea continues to bear the stamp of a specific Ukrainian heritage. In particular, the “nezalezhnoy” dishonesty of the ruling elites, which are customary for Ukraine, are mainly honored by public service as a source of strengthening their own welfare, and not by a mission of creation for the benefit of their country and people.

I would very much like to hope that the activation of the Anti-Corruption Bureau will not be a formal fraud, but an objective investigation with the proper consequences of the Law. Clearing the Crimea from the Ukrainian snatches of the thieves and roars, accustomed to condoning and impunity, should be a matter of honor for anyone who wants to see Russia a prosperous and great country.

I would say it in another way. To extricate the “Ukrainians” from the “Ukrainians” ... I quoted it because there are UKRAINIANS .. These are Kozhedub and Paton, Shevchenko and many hundreds and hundreds of thousands of real people.

Well, the first two lived in the USSR .. I would also call it Soviet people. If you found this time, remember. But with such a strain pronounce RUSSIAN !! .. Maybe just-OUR PEOPLE..And among the "Russian" everyone is missing. And by the way, I already wrote how all Russian is tearing out Russian praise from the “Russians”. There were no Russians left from my fellow students who graduated from the university in the RSFSR and got into distribution in Ukraine. I talked on Skype.

Truth? Do you know how Ukraine came about? In Russia, this is a place that is located at the edge. That is, border lands. No need to invent a separate nation. And residents of the extreme territories have always experienced and will continue to be influenced by neighboring countries. Krajina has the same for all major nations.

Well, absolutely literally do not cling to words. The division into nations is basically approximate, and not invented by us. If, for example, they talk about Anglo-Saxons, or Arabs, no one really asks the question "Who is this?"
I meant that in Ukraine, probably more than half of the same Russians as we are. Naturally influenced from outside (language, mentality)

I’ll disappoint you a little, the first Ukrainians are essentially maloros who, under the influence of Polish and Austrian propaganda, got to the point of saying that they are disgusted with everything Russian and in this connection they will be called Ukrainians.
so in fact it’s not a nationality but an ideology. if someone says that he is Ukrainian, this is essentially a statement that he is Russophobe. alas, these are the roots of this phenomenon.
Unfortunately, many do not understand what they are saying.

"Oukrains" ("Ukrainians", "Ukrainians") from the XII to XVII centuries. called the various border lands of Russia. In the Ipatiev Chronicle, under 6695 (1187), the year Pereyaslavl "Ukraine" is mentioned, under 6697 (1189) the year. - Galician "Ukraine", under 6721 (1213) - the border cities of this Galician "Ukraine" are listed: Brest, Ugrovsk, Vereshchin, Pillar, Komov. In the I Pskov Chronicle under 6779 (1271) - it refers to the villages of the Pskov "Ukraine". In the Russian-Lithuanian treaties of the XV century. mention is made of “local places”, “Ukrainian places”, “Ukrainian places”, which are understood as Smolensk, Lyubutsk, Mtsensk.

The treaty of the two Ryazan princes of 1496 called "our villages in Mordva on Tsna and Ukraine." In relation to the Moscow-Crimean border from the end of the XV century. it was also said: “Ukraine”, “Our Ukraine”, “our Ukrainian places”. In 1571, "A list of watchmen from Ukrainian cities from Polish Ukraine along the Pine, along the Don, along the Sword and along other rivers" was compiled. Along with the “Tatar Ukraine” there were also “Kazan Ukraine” and “German Ukraine”.
Under the Ipatiev Chronicle, under 6776 (1268), the inhabitants of the Polish borderland are mentioned - “Lyakhov Oukrainians” (“... and take the message byakhout they gave them Lyakhov Okrainians”). In the Russian-Lithuanian treaties and embassy documents of the middle of the XV - I third of the XVI centuries. they are called “Ukrainian people”, “Our Ukrainian people”, “Ukrainian servants”, “Ukrainian people”, “Ukrainians”, i.e. residents of Smolensk, Lubutsk, Mtsensk.

In Polish documents from the end of the XVI century. “our elders are Ukrainian”, “lords of voivode and elders of Ukraine”, “people of Ukraine”, “philistines of Ukraine”, “Kozaki of Ukraine”, “Ukrainian senators”. There was no ethnic connotation in such a naming convention. The documents also mention “Ukrainian military people” and “Ukrainian places” of the Crimean Khanate.

Residents of Russia still called themselves Russian, as they were also called by foreigners. In Polish and Russian sources of the same time, there are called “Russian churches” in Lutsk, “Ruskoy’s clergy” and “Relia [religion, faith] Ruska”, as well as “our Russian people” (hereinafter “ordinary Ukrainian inhabitants”), “ Rusin ”,“ Russian People ”,“ Russian People ”. The text of the Gadyachsky Treaty between Vygovsky and Poland refers to the population of Ukraine as “the people of Rus” and “Russians”. The subjects of the Moscow state were also called: “Russian people”, “your great sovereign people, Russians and Cherkasy”.
In the Moscow state, “Ukrainians” were originally called military people (border guards), who served in the Oka Ukraine - in Upper and Middle Poochye - against the Crimeans. In March 1648, Moscow duma clerk Ivan Gavrenev wrote a note in the Bit Order on the preparation of a number of cases for the report, in which, in particular, under the sixth paragraph it was briefly said: “Ukrainians who do not live for what reason should not be let go.” The duma clerk did not explain the word "Ukrainians" in any way; Obviously, in Moscow it was heard and did not need an explanation. What it meant becomes clear from subsequent documents.

In the spring of 1648, in connection with rumors of a forthcoming Crimean attack on the Moscow borders, a gathering of military people of Ukrainian cities was announced - Tula, Kashira, Kozlov, Tarusa, Belev, Bryansk, Karachev, Mtsensk. In a decree to governors Buinosov-Rostovsky and Veliaminov of May 8, compiled according to a report by clerk Gavrenyov, it was said in particular: “... to write to those cities, so that the governors of the children of the boyars and nobles and all servants to send them to the sovereign immediately ". Little Russian Cossacks were already in the service of the Moscow State in 1648, but they were called not “Ukrainians”, but “Cherkasy” (they are also mentioned in the note by Gavrenyov).
In the I half - the middle of the XVII century. the word "Ukrainians" (Ukraincow) was used by the Poles - that is how the Polish noblemen were designated in Ukraine. M. Grushevsky quotes from 2 reports of the crown hetman N. Pototsky from July 1651 translated from Polish into modern Ukrainian, in which the hetman uses the term "panove Ukrainians" to refer to the Polish landowners of Ukraine.

The Poles never spread it to the Russian population of Ukraine. Among the peasants with. Snyatynka and the Old Village (now Lviv Oblast) in a Polish document of 1644 mentions someone with a personal name “Ukrainets” (Ukrainiec), as well as “son-in-law of the Ukrainians” (Ukraincow ziec). The origin of this name is not entirely clear, but it is obvious that the rest of the population was not “Ukrainians”. Since the middle of the XVII century. this term disappears from Polish documents.
Only after the victory of the February Revolution of 1917 in Russia did the word “Ukrainians” gradually become ubiquitous. In official documents, it was still rarely used - in the universals of the "Central Rada" it appears only twice, and is used arbitrarily, as the political situation changes. In the II Universal (July 3, 1917), "Ukrainians" are understood in a geographical sense: "The Gromadians of the land of Ukrainian.

Please be sure to complete the assembly of the military units, then for this Central Council we would like to have our representatives at the office of the Military Ministry, at the General Staff and the Supreme Commander, if you are to take part in the right-hand side, you will be fully replenished again and again we can be technologically on the side without destroying the combat capability of the army. ” The III Universal (November 7, 1917), released after the Bolsheviks seized power in Petrograd, attached the word “Ukrainians” ethnic meaning: “To the people of Ukraine and all the people of Ukraine!

To the territory of the People’s Ukrainian Republic there are lands, populated by the majority of Ukrainians: Kyiv region, Podilia, Volyn, Chernigiv region, Poltava region, Kharkiv region, Katerinoslav region, Kherson region, Tavria (without Crimea).
Please note - Crimea, Yuzovka (Donetsk) and Lugansk are not considered Ukraine.
In general, the most famous document:

I remember reading Peter 1, there is a phrase about officials.
A cry stood all over the earth — they will remove one governor, the other is worse off. Where to get people? Thief on a thief. He began to write, splashing with a quill pen: "Send to Kungur ..." - Nikita, - turned around, - you will be appointed governor, will you steal? Nikita Demidov, without departing from the door, sighed carefully: - As usual, Pyotr Alekseevich, - the position is like that.

It’s time for Poklonskaya to take up Crimea.

It's time to take up the Poklonskaya itself. I already have the impression that schizophrenia of Ukrainian politicians came to us with her.

, well, they will shoot ... And I have an example when our traffic cop was fired. A friend was fined for violating traffic rules, but when talking to my friend it seemed that the traffic cop behaved incorrectly. He (the acquaintance) dragged everyone through the courts, but made sure that the traffic cop was fired. Although, according to a friend, the traffic cop was right.

In Yevpatoriya, the chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea on Culture and the Protection of Cultural Heritage PERMYAKOVA Nina Petrovna shouted "Death to Muscovites" in Ukraine. Now in EP.

I think that for about 20 years, officials from mainland Russia should be sent to Crimea and changed more often so that the locals get used to the new realities and do not have time to get used to the bureaucratic bog. It is necessary to wait for a new generation of Crimean officials, at the same time to clean up the local business, which still lives according to the precepts of Kolomoisky.

Well, you yourself do not know how to kick the rich, but we already have some kind of experience.
We have both governors and federal deputies sitting on the bunks, and even the federal minister is not easy to judge, not to mention the smaller creatures. Billionaires also learn their place every day more and more.

We have border guards assigned to the FSB, no one will allow such crap. Everything is tough there, and your border guards are nobody for them. They will not go on a visit and will not be allowed to visit.
As for "Stupidly arrested the colleagues who came to visit to replenish the" exchange fund ", they could have omitted them after the interrogation, because your border guards without weapons from the Crimea weren’t released from the Crimea during the exercises, so oh - crossing the border organized by a group of armed people, arms smuggling, and in the light of the recent shootings near Bryansk - also with an attempt to attack the border post and commit sabotage.

Understand one thing - the problems in Ukraine are the problems of the Ukrainians themselves. Russia will not do anything for the Ukrainians. If Russia does what in Ukraine, then only in the name of its state interests. Choosing between the interests of the state and the interests of the so-called "Russian world" the choice will now always be in favor of the Russian state. For theorists speak of the Russian world, and the state is governed by practices. practitioners here and now need to feed their people, to develop the economy. strengthen defense, etc.
As for Ukraine, the collective West wanted to make it a problem for Russia. And now Russia is making Ukraine a problem for the West. The West is our geopolitical rival, and Russia is interested in Ukraine creating problems for this very West as long as possible.
For 3 years, much has changed in Russia. At first, we felt sorry for the Ukrainians, because we knew that the Maidan will not solve anything, but only exacerbate it. Then came a feeling of hatred for this whole situation. And now we don’t care about everything that happens in Ukraine. For us, this is a decommissioned asset. After import substitution, Ukraine became an economic competitor for us as a business partner. It became not profitable for us to produce in Ukraine what they are doing in Russia. And in the West in terms of competition the same opinion. People from Ukraine ceased to be ours. Those who don’t like it are ready to receive those in Russia. The rest let them shut up about the oppression - now it’s not our people, you don’t rejoice at Yanyk’s departure, we crippled our own lives and now it’s not our problem. Russia will not spend resources on Ukraine, Ukraine has ceased to be interesting.
And even the Donbass of Russia is interesting not as a part of the Russian world, but as an awl in the ass of Kiev and the West. they will support him for this, but they will not fight for him. And maybe they will, but only so that this splinter survives and continues to irritate the tender buttocks of our geopolitical opponents.

an indisputable fact remains that Crimea continues to bear the stamp of a specific Ukrainian heritage. In particular, the ruling elites, habitual for Ukraine of the “recent” dishonesty, who rely mainly on public service as a source of strengthening their own well-being, and not as a mission to build for the good of their country and people.
