In particular, on the frames one can see how the ZIL-131 car, loaded to the top with ammunition boxes, drives into the ferry-bridge car.

“PMM-2M was created using elements of the chassis tank T-64 Crew-3 people. With its own weight of 36 tons, it is capable of throwing 42-ton equipment through water barriers. The assembly of ferries from two and three cars is possible. As a result, the carrying capacity increases to 85 tons and 127 tons, respectively. The deployment time for a ferry of three cars is only 5 minutes, ”the material says.

Thanks to the emergence of Russian PMM-2M in Syria, the possibilities of government forces to forge water barriers have increased dramatically.
