An incident connected with a memorial plate erected in memory of Colonel Yuri Budanov of the Russian Armed Forces took place today in Moscow. TC "Russia 24" reports that an unknown woman in a hijab approached the memorial and threw a Molotov cocktail in the direction of the stove. There was a fire in the contents of the bottle, which broke upon impact. This resulted in damage to the memorial.

After some time, thanks to eyewitnesses, it was possible to find out that the woman approached the memorial plate is not alone. An unknown man was with her.



At the moment, law enforcement officers find out all the circumstances of the incident, as well as determine how to qualify this kind of incident.

Recall that Yuri Budanov was convicted, convicted of the murder of Elza Kungaeva. The defense side of the colonel insisted that the representative of the sniper corps of the North Caucasus militants was killed. However, the court is a version of the defense dismissed.
