“This is the leg, for the one who has the leg!”
The old woman can be congratulated - she pulled ahead, for the fourth time in a row taking the post of German Chancellor. After 12 years on the path to a brighter future under its strict guidance, the Germans will have another glorious 4 year. One would like to maliciously remind that Vladimir Putin has so far been elected to the presidency only three times - and then with a break. However, it is not about us.
The victory of “Angela” predetermined the stable growth of the German economy for the fourth year in a row. If at the beginning of 2000's. unemployment in Germany exceeded 10 percent, and at the end of 1990-ies. the country was called the “European patient” at all, but today the country has the lowest level of unemployment since its absorption in the GDR. The Germans are also leading in terms of the budget surplus (18,3 billion euros is the best indicator in the EU). GDP during the years of Merkel's rule grew by 21,1 percent. And this is also the highest rate in the European Union. The Germans traditionally vote for those who provide them well-fed and measured existence. However, they are no exception.
It should be clarified here that the influx of migrants from Asia and Africa did not at all become a stumbling block due to which Frau Merkel could lose - the multibillion-dollar costs of this category of new Germans do not affect the welfare of the vast majority of the population. As well as the problems created by aliens violating the law for the bulk of the burghers remain only a part News. And they are successfully drowned out by government promises "to prevent a repeat of 2015."
Which, incidentally, Merkel did, reducing the shaft of the advancing from more than a million to a couple hundred thousand a year. Moreover, having promised very civilized Germans, not to accept migrants, but to help billions of dollars injections to the poor countries of Asia and Africa, thereby stopping the influx of migrants. The plan "Bread instead of bombs" (which the Federal Republic of Germany generously dumped on Libya or Afghanistan) was liked by the residents of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Frau's liking and firm position of the German government towards Russia. "We just made it clear in our joint statement issued yesterday that compliance with the cease-fire agreement is of paramount importance. If the Minsk agreements are fulfilled, the requirements for lifting sanctions against Russia will be met ... the lifting of sanctions will be a positive thing for Russia and German economy. "
It is clear that Merkel doesn't give a damn about our economy, but the German one ... Here, the position of the new “Iron Chancellor” is unshakable - to continue to ignore sanctions in everything that benefits the German economy, continuing to pressure Russia with “American partners.” As a result - to promote the implementation of the same "Nord Stream-2", but if they demand from overseas, to introduce some other restrictions on Russia.
This allows both the Germans' desire to satisfy and Washington’s discontent to be avoided. The fact is that a third of residents of the Federal Republic of Germany expressly express a desire to improve relations with Russia, and 35% are extremely dissatisfied with the economic pressure of the United States on their country. Given the huge dependence of Germany on exports (third place in the world after China and the United States), such balancing is inevitable.
At the same time, Merkel successfully plays on the sense of national pride of the Germans. With the British leaving the EU, Germany becomes the undisputed leader of the union, with the largest population and 20% of EU GDP. And this population considers it an achievement of Merkel, 12 years with a firm hand directing the new Great Germany to a bright tomorrow.
Of course, cloudless 4 years for the reign of 63-year-old Frau Chancellor is not expected. 80 percent of Germans complain that the gap between the poor and the rich continues to grow, and 40% are potential supporters of the right, since their earnings have not grown in recent years.
And these are the least paid and less prestigious working professions. That is what millions of migrants from Asia and Africa claim. For the economy as a whole, migrants benefit: domestic demand is growing and labor costs are falling, the problem of low birth rates of the country's indigenous population is being solved. And although 90% of the "orphaned and needy" accepted by Germany are safely incorporated into the country's economy, the remaining ten become the explosive material that will put pressure on the government and society year after year.
At the same time, Turkey has a great influence on the Muslims in Germany, with which Merkel managed to completely spoil relations. The last straw was the hindrances that the German government repaired Erdogan during the referendum on vesting him with greater powers. Together with the migration scandals, accusations of authoritarianism and unwillingness to allow Turkey into the EU, Frau Chancellor guaranteed herself a constant and visible danger.
Today in Germany there are definitely more than 5 million Turks in the first and second generations (even officially there are more than 3 million). "For us, you have never been migrant workers, you have been our strength abroad! You are the voice of the nation!", Erdogan said. And he is right.
Turkey deliberately sent the poor to Germany, forming a powerful diaspora, united primarily in the Turkish-Islamic Union DITIB. Which today unites almost a thousand small unions and represents the interests of 70% of German Turks. By the way, the Imams in DITIB are appointed by Ankara. Surveys among German Turks unequivocally suggest that more than 40% consider Erdogan to be their leader, not Merkel. Moreover, in the Turkish elections in 2015, Erdogan’s Islamic-conservative party was voted for by 60% of those who voted in the FRG (against 49,5% in Turkey itself).
If we consider that all these millions are perfectly organized and motivated - the Muslim pressure on Germany and the Merkel government will only increase.
That is why no liberal values and tolerance of the main part of society, ready to abandon pork sausages and put up with the singing of muezzin from the nearest minaret, will not be able to stop the strengthening of the right-wing parties, demanding to maintain their normal lifestyle and stop the islamization of Germany. And the inevitable terrorist attacks and rising crime will only fuel these sentiments.
Fortunately, the ultra-right Alternative for Germany became the third largest number of seats received in the Bundestag.
All this guarantees Angela Merkel "happy" years.
And the Germans, too ...
