Photo report about the visit to Mikhailovskaya Battery (Military History Museum of fortifications Mikhailovskaya Battery)

8
Disassembled photos from a trip to the Hero City Sevastopol.

On the North side of the city is located one of the surviving monuments of a fortification of the times of the First Defense of Sevastopol 1854-1855.

The Mikhailovsky battery, built in 1846 as one of the 10 fortifications on the coast of the city of Sevastopol, is named after Grand Duke Mikhail Nikolayevich, the son of Nicholas I.

Now the military is working on the batteryhistorical the Mikhailovsky Battery complex is a branch of the National Military History Museum. Excellent exposure during the First Defense of Sevastopol.

The Mikhailovsky Ravelin is located on the North side of Sevastopol (Gromov St., 51) and is clearly visible from the central part of the city.
There will be few letters and a lot of photos.

I recommend to visit.

And the war was for dominion in the Pacific. WEST WINNING THEN
Crimea was not taken - the Turks (for free) did not make a gift. After the Crimean War, China began to derban. This is the MAIN PRIZE of that war.

Thank . An amazing city is Sevastopol and its inhabitants.
In our local history subject, the foundation of the city was so smeared that hell would understand how Nikolaev was formed and all in order to destroy the history of the Empire.
