Busts to Lenin and Stalin opened in Moscow

154
Today in Moscow on the Alley, the rulers of the Fatherland opened several busts. These are busts of Vladimir Lenin, Joseph Stalin and all the leaders of the USSR up to Mikhail Gorbachev. The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister of Culture Alexander Zhuravsky. His statement leads the news agency Interfax:
Today we open the second turn. It is a symbol of the continuity of our stories, stories without crossed out names. This story is not over, this Alley goes to eternity, and I want to believe that it will grow. As long as there is a national history, there will be statesmen who will occupy a worthy place on this Alley.

The photo of the bust of Joseph Stalin opened today on the Alley is published on his page in Twitter public figure Oleg Yeremeyev:

For reference: The rulers alley is created by the Russian Military History Association (Russian Military Historical Society) in a public garden at Petroverigsky Lane. In the building, near which the Alley is located, there is a museum of military uniform.

To date, the alley already has 40 busts. These are busts of rulers from Prince Rurik to the head of the provisional government of Kerensky, as well as all the leaders of the USSR.

The famous sculptor Zurab Tsereteli said that he was ready to create a bust of the current president of Russia Vladimir Putin for the Alley of rulers.

It is known that 1 February 2018, the bust of the first president of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin (on his birthday) will be installed on the Alley of rulers.

Not worth it. You can’t forget history, it’s a fact. Therefore, "Avenue of Rulers" is a very good sign. It would be nice to have kings there, worthy and not very, including even False Dmitry. It is precisely in order that they would not forget that in power, and even with the support of foreign troops, all sorts of frost can creep in.
But to open the mausoleum of Lenin is not necessary. Too much a figure ... ambiguous. But the decayed "nobles" (in quotation marks) and the decayed ROC nevertheless threw off, for which he thanks from the descendants. But he shed blood ... Yes, and the worship of a corpse in the main square of the country is religious fanaticism in its purest form.
If you want to express gratitude to the person - lay flowers at the monument. To the grave, after all. And looking at a corpse is not human.

Tsereteli really has an unhealthy craving for both gigantism and horror. Even when he received an order for the sculptural group of the family of the last king, and strictly indicated that "photographic accuracy" was needed, he made them ... sleeping ... standing ... That is, instead of the "innocent killed" as the customer wanted, they left either sleepwalkers or zombies. Clowns he really came out cannibalistic. Uncle Styopa made with protruding superciliary arches, and even starting from the very nose, almost fused. Why is he like that? And he makes any of his projects in this style. Either a freak or a horror, and if the customer does not keep track, then a giant monster.
And what does the ingenious “Pencil” have to do with it, I still don’t understand.

Ha! Most likely, the oval of the face is the basic unified workpiece for the ebb of the head - well, to save the labor of sculptors and increase profits - to which only the noses and the shape of the lips were changed, like on a snow woman. And in order for the characters to be recognizable later, for this the signature is also indicated below the name of the person being portrayed. Yes

This "religious fanaticism" is prevalent throughout the world, in South America, in Asia, in Europe ie You can certainly list the names, surnames, dignities, positions, it will take a lot of space. But what is interesting in no country and in any place in the world does this question raise any questions and so does not exaggerate the impression is created that this is an artificially created and bloated problem. Designed to escalate artificial stress in the country.

This is Trump, maybe Donald and Yeltsin-Borey, but in no way Stalin and Lenin without Patronymics in the Russian language and understanding can not be! Saints for this are not declared. It is worldly. But for the restoration of the Orthodox Church, the old man could be respected. But the current priests are dancing to the tune of Novodiveevsky shortcomings, and they are more likely to be appointed saints of Hitler than Stalin.

I definitely agree for the historical exaltation of Joseph Vissarionovich !!!! the man was strict and cruel, but the course of history and strategy felt his nature !!! on one intuition (and not only her) was able not only to defeat the Nazis (in no case do I underestimate the significance of all the heroes and participants of the Great Patriotic War on the fronts and skirmishes of the great war), but also to recreate the great country as soon as possible !!!! my opinion is to the great leader - GREAT GLORY !!!! and the monuments must convey the history of youth and not let them forget that they are heirs of a great nation! and they will bear the greatness of Russia and all its peoples in the future!

Bronze oversupply. Better distinct history books to do. And make students learn them.

Glory to the Almighty, there are still decent people. Maybe I’m not right, but instead of the Yeltsintsentr, a museum of Stalin should have been created. Stalin did more for the country than all subsequent rulers put together.

Yeah, in addition to the Yeltsin Museum, we only lacked the Stalin Museum!

I think that if there (in the museum of the era of IS Stalin) objectively present information, then it will be useful in every sense.

History must be remembered. And you need to understand that the history of our country is inextricable, it began not with Rurik, but much earlier. Unfortunately, we know very little about our ancient history, to capture the rulers of Russia is a good idea. Of course, there are no reliable images of Rurik and you have to fantasize, because it is not a fact that he generally ruled in Russia. There are problems with reliable images of some other princes.
But they should be present on this alley, as a symbol of the continuity of our history from the time of Rurik (even if he himself is only a legend) to our days.
And some of us have a history from the baptism of Russia, others from 1917, and others from 1991, but this is not right - the history of our country is continuous, the name of the State has changed, capitals have changed, names of posts of rulers have changed, but the State has remained.
But Putin doesn’t need to erect a monument - the incumbent President is not a story yet, this is our present.

It is not disgusting that they will open the bust to the President drunk, but the matter is really in principle: all the rulers must be immortalized, both good and bad.

Near each ruler you need to put two urns. One for flowers, the second for spitting. And fix sensors real rating of rulers.
