In Voronezh, graduates of the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations preferred black Lexus for skiing. But also nothing, pull.
Not bad, let's say, a demonstration. The question is - what? Your financial capabilities or, really, as a picture for the future?
Well, here is another question. Well, I messed around at the prom, tasted to the fullest beauty, saw the prospect. So what is next?

As an example, I will cite two cases that I personally observed.
We wrote about the first case right after the hot pursuit. This is when the gallant officer of the Voronezh FSB captain Dmitry Shchitov defeated the museum of search engines from the public organization Don.
It was an extremely dirty and unflattering story, after which there was only one question left: what was the business of the FSB to the museum, in which everything was absolutely unsuitable for combat use?
But this is not the end. Mr. Shchitov also famously carried out a raid on a certain Dmitry Gorin, an entrepreneur-collector. Gorin was engaged in the manufacture of MMG, layouts weapons since the Second World War. Separately, it is worth emphasizing that it is the MMG, without the possibility of SHP, firing blank cartridges. In short, beautiful toys.
Again, the question arises, why does the FSB spend time on a person, which the district police officer could well check the legality and correctness of activity?

The fact that Shchitov acted in the usual manner of the Gopnik from 90-s also does not fit the script. Inspection resulted in a very search with just a bunch of violations of procedural requirements. And, of course, with a massacre. As I understand it, striking a person several times in the face is a firm signature for a modern special service officer.
But the fun began further. Shields collected and carried in his own car all that he liked. Namely - spare parts, issued and purchased in legal stores. For the sum of 140 thousand rubles. Interestingly, they are in the photos of operational shooting, but not in the description.
Naturally, all MMGs were seized. Later they were returned by a court decision, since the examination established their utter unsuitability as a weapon.
So what do we have? The usual theft under the guise of official activity.
But that is not all. Then there was the extortion of money. The following night. Shchitov and Gorin left the UFSB building, took a walk to the nearest ATM, and there Gorin took off and transferred 30 thousand rubles to Shitov. All that he had on the map at that time. Sberbank withdrawals at a specified time confirmed.
Gorin turned out to be a stubborn man and went to look for the truth first in the FSB’s own security service, then in the prosecutor’s office, then in the military prosecutor’s office.
Immediately, the gallant captain of the FSB began scribbling statements about the fact that Gorin was threatening him. And also rushed to seek protection. It is clear that the FSB is such a structure of the type of housing and communal services, everyone can run into and threaten an employee of the organization.
The result was funny. Both were denied initiation of proceedings. Shchitov could not prove the fact of receipt of threats from Gorin, Gorin could not prove the fact of giving a bribe (all shooting video cameras on the FSB building that night disappeared magically) and the fact that his parts were stolen. Well, they just disappeared, although they remained in the photo. It happens…
Horin, however, insisted on a full psychological examination with the use of a polygraph, but the court did not consider it possible to appoint it and dispersed both in the corners. Well, plus Gorin was fined for improper storage of blank cartridges (absolutely true, yes).
Why did I focus on this case? Tell about the fact of lawlessness? By no means. The outrage on the part of the “organs” in Russia is hardly anyone today.
1. Money.
Very surprised by the cheapness of the captain of the FSB. Spare parts for MMG on 140 thousand rubles, which in Voronezh will interest just a couple of people, and 30 thousand in cash. Total 170 thousands, really from which to receive a half.
Will not be enough, is not it? Of course, if the matter is put on stream, then it is already more interesting. Moreover, the shove against the FSB, and even more so, to threaten - the lot of the few.
But still on the "Gelik" not dial. Even on used.
2. System.
The fact that the "senior comrades" came to the defense of the captain is understandable. “We don’t give up ours” and all that. Because they did not find anything in the actions, the records were lost somewhere and stuff like that.
In general, it is hard to go against the system. There, a priori, they believe in “theirs”, while strangers must turn out of their way to prove their case. Having carefully studied all over two hundred pages of the Gorin case, I was convinced of this. Always the right person of the system. But then she and the system.
That's just completely incomprehensible why the system allows its cogs to arrange outright chaos? We seem to be (not sure already) not 90s of the last century. And nevertheless, the further you look, the more you become convinced that in this country no one can be insured against such visits in such an organization.
What, really really pay little and you have to "pay" so? Dali ksivu - spin as you want? Not funny, you know ...
3. Perspective.
When I read the sheets of the case, surprise did not leave. Well, after all some nonsense! An FSB officer (God bless them, even with violations of the Code of Criminal Procedure, although putting a muzzle on the floor and beating a citizen who is not involved in anything - not comme il faut), steals pals, taking them away in the trunk of his own car and extorts pennies.
"Gelik" so want? It is not excluded.
But if you imagine the moment that suddenly they will offer to captain Shchitov ... well, let's say, a million. Or two. What do you think, will take? Will it work? I am sure that yes.
Even the question of who offers, does not play such a role. And for what. The issue price. If the cost of the captain of the FSB for violating the law, which he must protect, is hypothetical 170 thousands, then for the sum, 10 or 20 times more, he doesn’t like that.
But cheapness, for which the FSB officer went to violate the law, is depressing. And it is alarming, because this cheapness may well interest those who need such personnel.
Say, why then give a tip?
Yes, because such people should not be in the organs. It is clear that the cleansing has passed, and somehow the materials about the lawlessness of employees of various departments have become less. But this does not mean that everything settled down at once.
Shchitov remained in his place, where, according to the founding father of Felix Edmundovich Dzerzhinsky, people should serve with clean hands, a warm heart and a cool head. Fully "otmazanny." This means that it will be able to break into the door to someone else a little later.

I even wonder, the police officers who are standing to the left and right of the shooter, are they like, did they pass a medical examination? Is it really that bad with eyesight? Or is this notorious "I carried out the order"?

And, most importantly, who gives such orders? And in whose interests? Whose rights are ultimately protected by our law enforcement system? Citizens of the state, on whose money, by the way, does this system exist, or of those who are “in a cage”?
