On the ground and in the air: the start of the second phase of the exercise "West-2017"

17 September The Russian Defense Ministry announced the start of the second phase of the Russian-Belarusian strategic exercise "West-2017". As part of the second part of the maneuvers, the military personnel of the Union State had already managed to work out the evacuation and repair of armored vehicles, the detection of protected objects of the conditional enemy, as well as the destruction of the positions of an illegal armed group.
