How to play with anti-doping scam?

28
Last week, WADA (World Anti-Doping Association) stopped the investigation of 95 Russian athletes, whose names were listed in the report of Richard McLaren, which caused a great resonance. The official release of WADA reports that the evidence presented during the investigation is not enough to recognize Russian athletes (from the lists) as guilty of doping. That is, the situation has been reduced to an incident: Canadian lawyer McLaren struggled, eventually gave birth to a report, and in the end all his attempts were declared insignificant.

In such a situation, it is time for Mr. Lawyer McLaren to send not only an undeserved legal holiday, but also to send him at the same time 95 lawsuits to him at the same time. A similar (minimum) number of lawsuits should appear before the eyes of each of the top WADA officials, as they, first, dealt an unsubstantiated blow to the reputation of dozens of Russian athletes, secondly, they stole time from them and, admittedly, numerous contracts and fees.

Realizing that Richard McLaren’s brainchild is making a hefty pierce, as well as realizing that other lawyers may well force WADA to fork out for slander and moral damage, the World Anti-Doping Association has to continue writing. It is important to recall that the very activity of WADA in relation to Russian athletes is carried out with the utmost rejection of such an important legal concept as the presumption of innocence. At first they were removed, then they began an investigation, as a result of which the 95 guilt of the athletes was never proven. Right at the level of the Middle Ages ...

So how did the WADA decide to get out? For a start, it was announced that in fact the task of McLaren (it turns out that he was also faced with a “task”) was not identifying the use of doping by certain Russian athletes. They say that our lawyer dealt exclusively with “exposing the Russian doping system”. Well, let's say ... And in what specific did your lawyer succeed - in demonstrating scratched test tubes from under doping tests of athletes? What exactly?

Further, WADA officials said that the investigation, it turns out, could continue. And it stalled, you see, only because Grigory Rodchenkov did not appear to testify. And who is Grigory Rodchenkov? - That's right, this is the subject that caused the scandal. The same subject who, according to sportsmen’s testimony, brought them some drugs from North America, sold them for a lot of money, swore that the drugs were effective and were not prohibited, and then he fled to North America where he announced “ systematic use of doping by athletes in Russia ". At the same time, the notorious for some time meldonium decided to bring the concept of doping.

So here. Rodchenkov, as the actual key witness, refuses to testify at the moment. The key witness refuses to testify! .. Already interesting.

How to play with anti-doping scam?

One of Russia's liberal mouthpieces, Novaya Gazeta, is connecting to the informational support of the obfuscated WADA and specifically Mr. McLaren. In the material of the reviewer Vladimir Mozgovogo, it is stated that “the Russians were euphoric about the termination of the investigation into 95 Russian athletes, however, as it adds further,“ they have fallen in vain ”.

FROM material "New":
To conclude from this that now Russia will be left behind, at least short-sightedly, more than once the Russian side has taken what was desired.

But in reality, WADA, through the mouth of its representative Maggie Durant against the background of the euphoria that swept over Russia, said it was waiting for “the Russian authorities to take responsibility for the deliberate deception system revealed by the investigation of Richard McLaren, as it is written in the road map of the Russian anti-doping accreditation recovery agencies. " (...) There are no any apologies from WADA, no matter how he faces lawsuits and courts.

In other words, the principle of medieval law with the “burning of people in the central square” after shouts of “The Witch !!!”, which became “evidence”, is practiced in WADA and is supported by certain media in Russia itself. But the fact that WADA gave "indulgences" for doping to American athletes on the grounds that the Americans provided information about the "disease", the support system is not considered. And no one in WADA for some reason stubbornly takes responsibility for writing permits for Western athletes to use the frank “prohibition”. WADA does not take responsibility, but Russia will certainly take responsibility ... Oh, you, logic ...

However, this is not all. Last week, the latest “locum tenens” appeared, announcing that Russia's place at the 2018 Olympiad in South Korea should be canceled. 17 anti-doping organizations sent appeals to the International Olympic Committee calling for the Russian national team to be removed from the Games, which will be held in February in Pyeongchang. The arguments are enchanting ... They say that the investigation, they say, was not carried out completely, and therefore the presence of Russian athletes could jeopardize the “cleanliness” of the entire Winter Olympics.

No, we here in Russia, of course, understand that the “partners” in Crimea stepped on the tail with all their might, but did these very western “partners” not overdo it in their desire to lick the American financial and political elites together with their interests? Himself not disgusting? Not?..

Considering that the representatives of anti-doping associations of the United States, Britain and Canada were the first to sign their appeal, it can be stated that this is not exactly unpleasant - they lick themselves and are immensely happy about how medieval law moves to a comprehensive coverage of sports and near-sports reality. And shaking a tube with a powder, now with scratches on glass becomes the main evidentiary standard from the mentioned medieval practice - “Witch !!!”

A separate question: how effective can lawsuits be, given that we are dealing with sharks who do not even try to hide it? Or, maybe, as in that joke: "And here I have got a card as flooded! .."

They will not leave us, but they will "peck and peck." This is how they ISOLATE us. And you can laugh for a long time at the “absence of such an amount of electrical tape”, but the fact remains that Russia, under various pretexts, was squeezed out of many international organizations and there are now ruling Russophobes. And now we will have to work very hard to restore the status quo. You should not only make concessions to our opponents, not supported by such concessions from them. Otherwise, they just "peck."

As far as I have heard, an alternative organization is being created. Apparently therefore, these bureaucrats fidgeted with excuses and phony excuses.

Alexei here raised a painful topic for our country ... RUSSIA was completely unprepared for the Anglo-Saxon strike from this side ... a painful blow.
Now, unfortunately, little is being done to really fix the situation ... I read the conditions of WADA and just in shock ...

we are called to carve ourselves to repent and agree that they will beat us further ... what.

The beauty of the situation is that all these structures, as non-governmental organizations, live and act according to their charters. And all the scandals they organized against Russia do not go beyond the statutes. They can simply say: "But we do not like Russia!" And slam your gate. Everything is going to have to create parallel structures. Like, say in boxing. And then agree on the rules of equal cooperation

Hence the conclusion - it is necessary to bring the question out of THEIR sandbox of private companies to the OUR region of world organizations (UN, Olympic Committee, etc.). And to raise the question already in the ultimatum form "let's give up irresponsible tyranny or we will leave." Yes, yes it’s scary and “painful,” but when the USSR was kicked out of the League of Nations - and no, everyone is alive. It’s just that the top leaders need to recognize the objective reality of the “War” and not listen to the moans and squeals of the officials who are now feeding in these posts !! am For the resultant action of these officials is zero point ten.

Weakness in Russia found. Legal support is lame. Who will now pay the lawsuits and lawyers when submitting them to the courts. But this will drag on for many years. During this time, McLaren will be declared "incompetent" and all dogs will be hanged on him ...
And no real consequences. And the athletes spoiled life. All these VADs smell bad.

"And then I got a map like a popper! .."

Given the softness of our sports officials and individual government officials, which suddenly appears as soon as the question arises of protecting the honor and dignity of athletes at the international level, the "map" will not be trampled upon.

I don’t understand another thing. Here everyone knows that ALL Western athletes take doping, without it in big sport it is simply impossible. But they take DOPE LEGALLY since they are all CHRONICALLY SICK and they have "certificates" for this. Russian athletes do not have all this. The question is why? Perhaps the answer lies in the fact that such "diseases" receive "official" status after the corresponding "examination" in the "relevant" institutions that have "permission" to do this and they are all located in the "west". Obviously, there are no such institutions in Russia. This begs the question - why is it, the Russian sports functionaries "haven’t fooled and don’t blow" on this issue? “This is on the one hand. Now, on the other hand, we need to raise the general public that athletes with“ certificates ”for this calmly take doping, for example, which makes it difficult to place Russian fans along the tracks where the competitions take place during sports competitions or even where, with dressed T-shirts on which the following inscription is inscribed "" I am a disabled athlete with a disability and I was officially (name of organization) allowed to take doping "...

You are not quite right. Remember, “it doesn’t matter how they vote, it is important how they think”, that is, there is no value WHERE they determine the presence or absence of the disease - it is important who (and why) considers it “legal” for some and gives out “indulgence”, and for others even “aspirin” - already dope.
That is, the Americans bribed, intimidated, "shoved the already bribed" into these places and now "vote do not vote - you will still get the President." No. The only option is to completely abandon the existing structure and create a new, completely uncontrolled United States.

Honestly, I have no idea whether Novaya Gazeta is a liberal mouthpiece or, on the contrary, extremely right-wing and guarding - but what confused the Author in his quoted NG?
To conclude from this that now Russia will be left behind, at least short-sightedly, more than once the Russian side has taken what was desired.

Here I bet that it will be so. Moreover, to believe that it would be somehow different after the famous test tubes with white powder would be an unmotivated manifestation of an extreme degree of clouding of consciousness.
Therefore, it’s not clear to me personally - where was the author able to see the informational support of the “obstructed WADA”? On the contrary - "NG" calls not to fall into euphoria - which often happens with some ....

From military service made the following sensation. If you are accused of something, then rest against, disagree, deny to the last. Even if they catch on hot - go to a deaf unconscious. Because the admission of guilt does not soften a drop, but only aggravates the punishment.
Maria Sharapova recognized something there with meldonium. I went to meet. And received 1,5 years of disqualification. Some other tennis player was caught doping, but she unlocked, said that her parents ate something wrong at a party - 2 months of disqualification. Sean Barber explained the presence of coke in the blood with unsuccessful kisses. And he had nothing.
And even more so, you should not cooperate with the investigation if you were declared guilty in advance.
McLaren’s case was rotten from the start. From the entire evidence base - only one television movie and the testimony of one witness. Despite the fact that the witness can not be called impartial. Anyway, "Testis unus - testis nullus". How to open the test tubes - never showed. But this did not prevent the removal of all Russian athletes from the Olympics and paralympics in full force.
Now the case is falling apart, and the accusers on the blue eye say - "Repent, you will get a discount." Go to hell. Do not repent and what? IMHO: when dealing with such characters, you have to cheat, use dope, throw dope to your opponents, deny everything, and even if they’ll stick to the wall, hand over a couple of functionaries, and then start all over again. One FIG we are guilty before the trial, there is nothing to lose.

Well, this is how to relate to sport in general, if it’s like war (and everything is related to VO), then you are absolutely right. If, after all, it’s like a sport, it means killing the Olympic movement altogether: no one will even try to do anything without doping.

You are one of those who again confuses "green and square." It is not at all a matter of recognition or non-recognition, especially since they themselves have dropped all the charges. It was an exceptional case of lawlessness, they “crushed” they put pressure on hysteria, and at that time, corrupt creatures in all kinds of sports associations - they pretended to “believe” and removed our athletes from the competition. Similarly, this was the idea.
That's just corruption and the mediocrity of the Russian bureaucrats from sports - allowed this and will allow in the future. If the leadership of Russia took an example from S.Koreysky with the wording: “Yes, then go to ****” and would leave all international organizations that participated in this lawlessness. Then it would be - there would be an effect, and already international organizations would run after us.

Maybe they ran in, or maybe not, but athletes would quickly degrade.
That is, you absolutely correctly compared this to North Korea: the essence of their policy is to bend their line defiantly ignoring the risks.

Now think about whether we need such a policy. Korea has nowhere to go, and you want to risk the lives of your loved ones?

95 athletes just need to go to court, and the courts must be in different cities, and the point is not to win these courts (although at least something works), the point is simply to “drag” McLaren into the courts, even if it’s easy to support tickets and lawyers !

If you persist in your accusations, then WADA will simply destroy the world Olympic movement into Anglo-Saxon sport and the rest. In Olympic sports, discrimination on political and other grounds is not permissible, but it is already in full swing if they are already struggling with girlish hairpins and melodies on a personal smartphone. This is the second stage of the collapse of the Olympic movement. The first was when professional athletes were allowed to participate in the Olympics, to which the Olympic awards were added a rating and, accordingly, fees. The Olympics from a holiday of sport has finally turned into a large sports commercial project and everything has become as in ordinary commerce — crowding out a competitor in any way! That's all. What do you want?

She quit big sport. Her finish usually ended in an attack that could not be stopped with drugs. There is such an interesting system. The right is given by the medical commission, nobody knows the names of the doctors classified. Alexey Volkov is also a cold asthmatic. He cannot issue a permit; in warm weather, good results; in frost (-20), he dies.
