Japanese Ministry of Defense requested a record military budget

20
The Ministry of Defense of Japan requested a record budget for the next fiscal year (1 begins on April 2018 of the year) due to the exacerbation of the situation on the Korean Peninsula and regular ballistic missile launches to the DPRK. The Office reported on Thursday that it had sent the relevant document to the government of the country.

It asks to increase defense spending by 2,5% compared with the current year - up to 5,25 trillion yen (about $ 47,8 billion).
Part of the budget is expected to go for the purchase of Aegis Ashore ground-based missile defense systems (ABM) from the United States. According to experts, to protect the entire territory of Japan from a possible missile strike or the fall of a ballistic missile, two such installations are enough, each of which costs about 80 billion yen (about $ 728 million), reports TASS

Japanese Ministry of Defense requested a record military budget

Also, about 67 billion yen ($ 609 million) will be spent on the acquisition of upgraded PAC-3 MSE complexes, whose radius is twice as large as that of the PAC-3, as well as the new SM-3 Block IIA sea-based interceptor missiles.

Japan currently has a two-tier missile defense system. Equipped with Aegis systems, the ships are armed with SM-3 interceptor missiles, which must shoot down a ballistic missile in the middle of its trajectory. If this fails, the second level of the missile defense system will be activated using PAC-3, which should intercept the missile at the final stage of its flight. The range of this system does not exceed several tens of kilometers.

Japan has been raising defense spending for several years in a row due to the unstable situation in the region, in particular on the Korean Peninsula. The country's military budget for the 2017 fiscal year amounted to 5,13 trillion yen (almost $ 44 billion).

Eun gives work to the American defense industry. And Japan’s defense costs for mom. In proportion with the Americans?)))) (A joke of course)

Japan's defense spending for mom. Along with the Americans? (joke of course)

Every joke has a fraction of a joke. Do not forget that the Japanese economy after the execution of the Marshall Plan is only a subsection of the United States economically.

"only a subsection of the United States economically" ///

        How's that?
In the 70s and 80s, Japan so aggressively attacked American
markets with their quality goods that started to say that
"America is just a subsection of the Japanese economically."
American auto workers scrap crowded Japanese cars
furious that they cannot produce something like that. In all the homes of Americans reigned Sonya, Panasonic, Toshiba.
So you would have the wrong cliches, did not repeat, without understanding ...

So it is: the workers broke, protested, watched their protests on Sonya and Toshiba. But the question is: “What about Detroit now? How many operating enterprises are there?”
The trick of the Marshall plan is not where it is produced, but where the walrus profit goes. She's all on Wall Street. Remember the name of the second territory, which was firmly developed within the framework of the Marshall Plan by the United States economy - what is called Germany, which is not even legally a full-fledged state. In fact, it’s more correct to speak, not about the country, but about a group of money owners who currently have their offices and headquarters in the United States.

"where the profit goes, walrus. It's all on Wall Street" ////

A common misconception. Profit of Japanese corporations in Japan,
German profits in Germany. Except for those firms that Americans bought directly. For example, General Motors bought Opel.
For countries under the Marshall Plan, all countries paid off a long time ago.
Germany fully paid for Marshall back in 1971.

The Japanese again wanted to occupy Manchuria? The Chinese, with all their show-offs, are still military, but 47 dead raccoons today will not save the country of the rising star! The Chinese just throw their hats, they just spend that amount on sewing hats! If against Eun, the same is not a mess! Large population density - one rocket - one Hiroshima ... laughing Although it should not be said!

Yeah .... Now, after flying over Hokkaido, the North Korean “Hwason-12", the Japanese point is squeezed to the state of a mouse eye .... :)))))

Theoretically, North Korea works alongside the United States. The situation is escalating, weapons are being sold, angry speeches are being said. So it seems to me that the United States has enough money and specialists to remove the DPRK leader. If they could ruin such a giant as the USSR by corrupting the party of power and leadership, then the DPRK is much easier, is it reasonable? From this, the conclusion is that the DPRK is needed by the United States.

This is only theoretically. But what is true from the point of theory is not always true in practice.
So it seems to me that the United States has enough money and specialists to remove the DPRK leader. If they could destroy such a giant as the USSR by corrupting the party of power and leadership, then the DPRK is much easier, is it reasonable?

reasonable then reasonable .. but for some reason the Americans still can’t do it. Even considering that they were able to ruin the USSR, Although they have been trying for several years and are trying in every possible way to do it.
From this, the conclusion is that the DPRK is needed by the United States.

Sure. But this does not mean at all that they are in some sort of conspiracy with Eun, as some here believe, and that Eun deliberately plays into the hands of the United States.

every time a drill Korea launches a ballistic missile,
Japanese soldiers drink sake under sakura, call geishas and dance around a portrait of another great kim, and call to congratulate their American colleagues by reading hokkah on Skype (hokkah contains secret messages about a percentage of the new military budget and the timing of sending the share of proud Amaterasu sons) .

For local wars, weapons are enough - everyone builds up power for a big war, and there can be no big war without Russia.
