The Chechen Republic presented a new combat buggy "Chaborz M-3" at the Army-2017 forum that opened in the Patriot park near Moscow. The production of a new car has been established in Argun and, as the developers note, the buggy is distinguished by high maneuverability and is intended, above all, to fight terrorists in mountainous conditions. It will allow power units to quickly appear and strike at the positions of terrorists in forests and mountains, then retreat instantly, reports "RG"
A lightweight buggy (its combat weight is only 1270 kilograms) has a payload of up to 450 kilograms and can carry up to three fighters with full combat gear. VAZ-ovsky engine horsepower 98 allows the SUV to reach speeds over 130 kilometers per hour. By car brackets are provided for fastening 7,62-mm machine guns and grenade launchers AGS17 or AGS30. The machine is equipped with an electric winch with a load of up to two tons. Additional equipment is provided with brackets for special equipment, additional canisters for fuel and water.
