According to the online editionMerchant", The former head of the RTI group, Igor Bevziuk, began a new career in the aviation industry, in the IL company, where he was entrusted with the creation of a medium military transport aircraft (SVTS).

Igor Bevziuk was born on January 21 of 1977 in Krasnodon. He graduated from the Samara State Aerospace University in 2002, and five years later - the Airbus Business academy in France. At the beginning of his career, he worked at the Beriev Taganrog enterprise, where he worked on special aircraft projects. After five years he worked at the Airbus Engineering Center in Russia (ICAR), where he worked his way from a strength engineer to a program manager. He worked as a program manager for a joint project between UAC and Irkut with EADS and Airbus corporations for the conversion of А320 / 321 aircraft. In June, 2011 of the year came to RTI, which he later headed. According to the publication, he left the concern in May due to disagreements with Sistema, the main shareholder.

IL begins development of SVTS - replacement of An-12

About the beginning of his work in mid-July in the airline industry said a number of sources from the industry. At the same time, he considered more suitable job offers. Last week he agreed to work in the aviation industry.

As the general director of the IL company and the vice-president of the UAC Alexey Rogozin explained, the company he leads will be the lead developer of the SVTS. For these purposes, a special design and technical directorate is being formed, headed by Bevzyuk.

He not only has extensive experience in the aircraft industry, but also proved the ability to implement complex technical tasks in the shortest time possible in the interests of the Ministry of Defense.

- Rogozin explained.

According to him, the type of aircraft being developed will be in demand not only in the RF Armed Forces, but also among foreign consumers.

As Bevziuk pointed out, the SVTS project is in the pre-contract phase:

At the moment, there is a finalization of technical requirements with the customer.

When creating the aircraft, in his words, the achievements of IL-related programs IL-76, IL-112 and others will be in demand.

This will not only ensure continuity, but also reduce development costs and time.

Bevzyuk has already begun to form a team of specialists with experience in Russian and foreign aviation programs.

SVTS is a tactical military transport aircraft. First of all, it is intended to replace the An-12, the flight resource of which, after 2024, will be exhausted.

An-12

Initially, the project was developed by Il, Irkut Corporation and the Indian company Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) in accordance with the 2007 agreement of the year. But at the end of 2015, Delhi left the project. According to the publication, this was caused by financial difficulties and the reluctance of the military to accept the aircraft.

The appearance of the car has not yet been determined. However, the company claims that the dimensions of the cargo compartment and a significant part of the onboard equipment will be unified with the Il-76MD-90А military transport aircraft, which serial production has been established in Ulyanovsk.

It is planned to allocate 3 billion rubles for the implementation of the SVTS project this year.

Pancake! How many such "effective managers" have already bred! Only here except blah blah blah no real result is not visible. There are design bureaus with extensive experience, there are achievements on a military transport aircraft - no, you need to create another add-on to cut the budget !! am

And what have they been doing with the Indians for 20 years?

Specifically, the Indians, as always, were engaged in hobbling technologies - this is the only thing they really need, but they don’t need a plane for nafig, give them technological processes.
Instead of engaging in unnecessary developments, they broke like virgins and traded like in the market.
Bargaining failed - so they dumped.

It’s clear why nothing has been done - you won’t cook porridge with these towel-headed friends.

There, the Indians got confused with the requirements, they wanted one or the other. Our simpler wanted .. but since then, progress has gone forward and you need to re-make the car. Well, if the maximum unification with IL-476, then there is a cabin and PS-90 engines will be.

I’m not a specialist, but I like flying, therefore I will express myself: at the time of the collapse of the USSR, the aircraft industry had the latest airplanes in all cargo and passenger categories; why not rely on ready-made models? stop inventing superjets already ...

Russia has to switch to its production, inevitably have to develop new aircraft.

Great, great, if the Airbus Academy in France is bound to be a good judge. No Airbus, no matter how.
Airbus is very, well, just very interested in the development of aircraft manufacturing in Russia. We are waiting for the cut, and plans for 50 years in advance.
