However, however, even despite this, such a dual understanding of the natural essence of man by modern sciences and many scientists, and a completely obvious historical competition between reason and feelings with emotions in the past history of mankind, namely, between the intellect of man and his sensuality, in modern conditions, however, is not only the feelings and emotions of people, that is, not so much the sensuality of people and the whole society, but rather the intellectual namely, the potential of the entire population from the other countries, along with other possibilities, namely: the demographic and territorial, raw material and technological parameters of this or that society can only be the most important basis and, at the same time, also the absolute guarantor of its progressive development in the near future, but and simple or regress in society occurs mainly only when the level of sensuality of society begins to take precedence over the degree of its intellectuality, as it was before in the pre-revolutionary period of the history of Russia it is still going on in its modern history, when our newest Russian democratic free society has practically ceased to engage in intellectual work and not produce, in principle, an intellectual high-tech product sufficiently and sufficiently to maintain its intellectuality at a sufficient level in its society, instead, modern Russian society, continuing to burn its intellectual reserve acquired in the previous period of its history, which It’s already completely gone, since it has long been old, and, wasting, at the same time, the intellectual potential previously accumulated by the intellectual work of many of its scientists, designers and engineers, has learned today to successfully fill the state’s treasury only through strategic trade alone stocks of raw materials and the production of very backward technology - machines and mechanisms, and, thank God, that there are also buyers of all these attributes of life, while the share of high-tech intellectual of the product is less than one percent of the country's total GDP. And besides, today, the Russians have learned well how to replenish the state’s treasury by providing various services to each other, including the sensual and spiritual spheres, which require absolutely no intellectual expenses of an intellectual nature, and therefore leading them directly only to degradation.
