Bogdanovsky), as well as at the level of management of sector B and the units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to provide a guarantee of safe humanitarian corridors the environment of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations of Ukraine.
The investigation proved that during 26-28.08.2014 only between the head of the ATO V. Muzhenko and the Deputy Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation M. Bogdanovsky 12 telephone conversations took place, according to the results of which the Russian side provided guarantees of a safe exit of the Ukrainian military from the environment in non-combat order along the agreed routes .
An additional guarantee of a safe exit was to be three Russian paratroopers captured by prisoners, according to whom there was an agreement to transfer them to representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation after leaving the encirclement.
At the same time, the investigation precisely established that during the negotiations the representatives of the RF Armed Forces deliberately delayed the time.

However, the militia forces, which it is advantageous for Kiev to present to the Russian regular army, inflicted a crushing defeat on the punitive detachments.
