Armored personnel carriers of the family of the military-industrial complex-3924 "Bear" is an armored vehicle with enhanced mine protection, the Russian equivalent of MRAP-type vehicles. MIC-3924 "Bear" was developed by order of the MVD MVD jointly by specialists of the department of wheel machines MSTU. N. E. Bauman and the "Military Engineering Center" from the "Military-Industrial Company" under the ROC BTR-VV (armored personnel carrier for internal troops).
