FPI will create marine robots for the Russian Navy

In addition to new robots, hydroacoustic and sonar systems of a new generation, unique technologies for detecting underwater objects, autonomous energy complexes, promising navigation and communication systems are being created at the FPI.
According to Denisov, new technologies will allow to bring combat effectiveness to a new level.

All the work of the fund on marine issues are carried out in close cooperation with the Navy. Lined up practical interaction with all fleets. In 2016, in the framework of a joint experiment of the Navy, the FPI and the Russian Academy of Sciences, the foundation's representatives took part in the transition on the Dmitry Donskoy heavy nuclear-powered submarine
- added the source of the agency.

The Advanced Research Foundation was established in 2012 to promote research and development in the interests of the country's defense and security. The activity is conducted in three main areas - chemical, biological and medical, physico-technical, informational. At the end of 2015, the National Center for the Development of Technology and Basic Elements of Robotics was created within the structure of the FPI. Currently, the foundation is working more than on 50 projects; more than 40 laboratories have been created for them at leading universities, research institutes and defense enterprises.
