Persons acting under the guise of "Ukrainian state", decided the issue with the Odessa refinery in their favor. On the eve of the decision of the Suvorov District Court of Odessa, the property of the Odessa Refinery was confiscated "in favor of the state." The Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office in the person of the head of department Yury Lutsenko actively promoted the confiscation of the plant’s property.
The owners of the Odessa Refinery lost land with a total area of 77 hectares, industrial equipment of the plant, industrial premises and administrative buildings with an area of almost 40 thousand square meters. In total, the value of the confiscated property is estimated at 5 billion UAH.
The confiscation was explained as follows: businessman Sergey Kucherenko, who was the owner of the largest package of assets of the Odessa refinery, "used the company as a tool of criminal activity." Under such a wording in Ukraine today, if you wish, you can bring up the activity of any enterprise, if Kiev is actually going to carry out its raider seizure.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov began the launch of a raider seizure of the Odessa Oil Refinery.
It is known that initially businessman Kucherenko was declared wanted by confiscating his personal property, but then the court returned the property to businessman Kucherenko. The GPU and the Ministry of Internal Affairs decided to "pay their own losses" with the help of the Odessa refinery.
