Of course, I have nothing against it, and this is probably even necessary ... but once we had already passed the transition of the military-industrial complex to civilian products. Maybe then Russian maximalism played a cruel joke ??? Just not to repeat!

And I have against it. In that part, "to promote products on the foreign market ..." Our country is full of unresolved tasks in production and, in particular, with modern equipment. Then it’s a foreign country.

VPK is the most technologically advanced area of our industry. Accordingly, it is strange that a decision was made that it should become a locomotive of development and civil industries. belay
The hunchback is no longer in power, no one is eager to disarm, there is no sense in panic. And the proposed conversion is, for example, the construction of trawlers on Yantar, which frigates 11356 are building. Or the development of the production of civilian electronics industry products. request And it happens and vice versa. The same civilian Rusnano is also engaged in military orders in the field of nanoceramics and so on. It is difficult to feed a serious corporation with military products alone. And the production of civilian high-tech products will give a serious impetus to strengthening the positions of our military corporations. hi

Joint venture for the sale of defense technology "over the hill." Or maybe we’ll introduce these technologies into a “citizen” first in Russia?

Everything will be done. The more that Rostec has in reserve such "unique" conversion specialists as Comrade Serdyukov, who has just headed the board of directors of the Rostvertol company of the Russian Helicopters holding, which is part of the Rostec state corporation. ..

Serdyukov, for your information, began refomings in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and completed the Shaigu. Yes, I agreed "skews" but Serdyukov fulfilled his mission - a bulldozer. Not everything is so simple.
And about Shaigu ... in the Ministry of Emergencies he "laughed a lot" ... how did he get the general ??? the staff was blown up at the expense of fire brigades, after this reorganization sensible specialists were dismissed, and in their place they recruited green youths ... transferred most of the equipment to the Ministry of Emergencies, the fires were left with a nose. And now, in general, an emergency in the event of a big fire, they pull together (attract) all the base parts. And in the AC 2-3 fighters including the driver. The collapse is complete ... hi

For your information, my dear, I am well aware of the reform activities of Serdyukov and the minister who replaced him ... It’s just that the reform methods for the army were, to put it mildly, too radical, especially in the field of military education .... And that the former minister received a vector of reform direction from a superior commander, only the idealist does not understand this .... And for your "lecture", dear Victor, thank you ....

Very correct and reasonable decision. I remember earlier this topic was discussed at the VO forum. Certain technologies can and should be profitable and mastered in non-military applications. Although as they say, "only the measure separates the deadly weapon from the" rescue drug ".
