Diving Specialists of the Rescue Ship Epron of the Black Sea fleet (PF) for the first time in carrying out the training task of assisting emergency submarines, they tested the new diving ventilated equipment (UHV), reports press office Southern Military District.

Divers of the Black Sea Fleet for the first time tried new ventilated diving equipment

The equipment was presented by developers from JSC Kampo in May of this year in Sevastopol, where at that time the collection of search and rescue specialists of the Navy was taking place. Almost immediately after this, preparations began in conjunction for testing equipment in actual operating conditions.

Using new kits, divers, together with representatives of JSC Kampo, made several dozen test dives, including to the depth of 60 meters. The results of the tests will be summarized and discussed with the designers and manufacturers.

The equipment diving ventilated (UHV), is intended for performance of underwater technical, rescue and other types of diving works in the conditions of low temperatures of water and air. It is adapted for use in environments with high density and the presence of various contaminants, including those with a high content of petroleum products.

Well, there must be fit equipment. Once the test cost no loss. We’ll hand over the diving boat to the heap completely new (the fly has not yet sat). And there will be happiness in the water.

My friend is a Gas Cutter! Well, what is this happiness !? To climb, albeit new, albeit with a needle, equipment in this cold, wet, and even muddy water !? So, they’ll also drive them into oil products! And in fikalya can. Easy! And all this for a maximum of 15 000 ruble increase in salary. Moreover, at least a month stick up there! Although in the fakaly, at least in kerosene - still 15000. Our Government is Lean! Water money does not pamper.
A lot of equipment now. It may happen to test it.

I’m more concerned that our equipment in fact is at least not inferior to that of the other, and that it should definitely be ours, and not Chinese, for example.

Not only ... A damaged submarine, for example.

We are talking about ventilated diving equipment - i.e. in the limited space of a damaged submarine, work with all cables and life support hoses is quite impossible. (I think so)

I wonder how much it weighs and how convenient. And then UVS-50 ("three-bolt") weighs 115 kg with the whole body kit. As I recall the first dive, so goosebumps go around. laughing
Then, of course, I got used to it, but first and foremost: "how to pull yourself up to a ladder with such extra weight on a rope?" belay
    Vivid impressions. laughing

He didn’t go down in a three-bolt coat, but the first dive is always unforgettable. I wonder if the UHV can be used for deep-sea diving ... And so everything is transparent: the SP-2 is laid ahead along the bottom of the shallow Baltic Sea. And of course, for inspection and inspection and recovery underwater operations at such facilities.

It’s bad that so far there is little information about it (characteristics). I think not everyone says, the depth of immersion is purely test. To save boats and planes (the case in Adler in the 70s), he should work. Only one thing seems to be missing. Well, you got to the wreck and ... specifically, you need a rescue capsule, which the diver must handle calmly and attach to the object, it should be quick and easy. And at the expense of weight - that's for sure.

Of course, I’m not a diver, but I plunged into the 3-bolt a couple of times, on the deck of course the sensations are not pleasant, you feel like a donkey donkey, but in the water I did not feel such discomfort anymore. The most unpleasant memory is when the air supply was turned off, and the porthole had not yet been unscrewed, and here a little panic began laughing

She herself, no should not, IDA-59 yes. I studied in the early 2000s, there were no certified VD cylinders at the school, so we did not go diving training at all, and since it was interesting to me, I studied separately for money at that time 2 thousand rubles, with a 3-bolt gun and SVU-3, for another $ 1000 it was possible to study on imported equipment and then they gave me an international certificate, but I couldn’t find the money for it.

But this was later also dealt with by the shirts for working on the course, which also did not interfere with the valve. The valve was just covered by hand so that less air was left and enough to float. But! The foreman of the company was on the alert, then the outfits were provided. laughing
