The Ministry of Defense will consider increasing the age limit for military service

65
Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the military department to consider the possibility of increasing the age limit for military service, reports RIA News.

The corresponding list of instructions on the results of the “straight line” is published on the website of the head of state.

Recall that in the course of the “straight line”, answering a question, Vladimir Putin said that the issue of increasing the maximum service life of officers can be resolved positively.

The Russian defense ministry should consider, together with interested federal executive bodies, the possibility of increasing the age limit for military service and submit proposals,
stated in the text of the order.

The corresponding report must be submitted to the president by December 20 of the current year. Responsible for the implementation is the Minister of Defense Sergei Shoigu.

Still it would be nice to have military training among the storekeepers in nature, not on paper ....

No, I need to work, I don’t need to go to the training camps. But the warriors and cops can be increased — young uncles and aunts — they are pensioners. and police pensioners?

And I would have drove for a week to fees. The thing is useful, a lot of urgent service is already being forgotten, although it was not so long ago.

I agree when the police ... the policeman at the age of 35-36 is already a pensioner - this is not buzzing. Maybe I also wanted to get money at 35 just because I was so good.
And not to say that their work is hellish (in any case, far from everyone) ... here people at the rigs leave all their health ...

The combat conditions for the retirement qualification, as well as the amount of the pension, can be written in a separate line, and also for contract soldiers.

The remaining categories, I agree, will be raised by 5 years.

No one bothers to come to the nearest military registration and enlistment office, to conclude a contract for military service - and all the pension is in your pocket. You’ll run not with the Erbs driller, but with the AGS grenade launcher. This is theoretically. And how in practice life will show. Try anyway.

At one time, such Stepan Oleinik wrote a feuilleton in the poetry “Girevik”, in which he spoke unflattering about military pensioners. The officers answered him on this feuilleton, also in verse

Response to Stepan Oleinik's feuilleton GIREVIK

        I read the feuilleton.
That's the thought! That's the tone!
        Inside out the facts are-
        I can not answer.

Yes, not a god, but a gentleman
        Our Soviet officer.
He’s the cavalier of those medals
What in the war for blood was given.
        He served when your brother
In the yard he played a soldier.

        People went to college -
The officer went to the platoon.
A peer studies like in school
Officer on the belly in the field.

I crawled for a year or a half,
They say to him: "It's time!"
        Served, lived like a pan,
        Go to Magadan.

Or you can go to the Kuril Islands -
A land that is sweet to the heart.
        Every day an earthquake
        In a couple - a flood.

        The military - everyone knows
        There is no middle:
Kohl East - so it is Far!
        If North - So Extreme!
Where is the swamp, not the land
Where it’s darker and more dull.

        Wind, snow, frost grows stronger
        The officer steps forward.
        People see the fifth dream,
He pulls a gun in the field.

You haven’t opened your eyes yet
The officer is already in the soap.
For the sake of good, for the sake of business
Do not spare the soul and body!

        In addition to everything
        Happiness fell to him
He is from those lands forgotten
Where he served ten years old,

He landed in the center of Russia.
        A whole month, mouth agape,
        He wandered around the shops
        In theaters and cinema
He had not seen them for a long time.

Everything is fine here, of course.
        There is human furniture,
        Nowhere to place
Because there is no place to live!
Not in her own and not in beautiful
He began to live in a private apartment.

How long did he live like that? Not a year.
Some live right now - in the corners,
        Like an old cat.
        What is it for you?
And an apartment with a bath, with gas,
        Communal toilet
And the family is with you all the time.

        And his family to him
Every day will be able to see
        Only when he retires
        Ile most likely in paradise.

People at 2 hours from work
        Returning on Saturday.
        Iron trousers and shirts
And with a girlfriend under the arm
        All gaitless soon:
Who is in the movies, and who is out of town.

And in the distance, stooping shoulders,
        Someone is moving towards
        Stepping into a puddle
        On the cobblestone pavement.
        Officer from the service
        Just stomping home.

        Who runs like a fire
Day and night, young and old
        Who doesn’t know good dreams
Is she just resting on vacation?

        He is all an officer
        Future pensioner.
        This is someone else
        Humiliates himself.

        Let the satirist smart one
Will take a company, or platoon
        May he serve 25 years,
        May his fate circle
Let half the world go on foot
        In studies in one summer,
        Let your family for 20
        Sees 12 years old,
Let in the woods among the animals
        He will live without people
Let him know all the hardships
        May fire and water pass
And then it will go to the reserve ...

I don't know which of you
        I began to criticize myself.
        Call a parasite!

        Parasite and loafer
        There are among you, Oleinik!
        Even more, even more often
        Even cleaner, even more beautiful!

Builds a house, plants a garden
And scribble in the newspaper glad.

        Not a satirist, you joker
        Dear Stepan Oleinik.
        They took the facts, perverted,
        Feuilleton composed.

Actually, it all started with a discussion of age for contract officers who expressed a desire to serve after retirement by age. But, it is thought that under this sauce, preferences will have age generals, who will be difficult to "sit out", waiting for their natural demise. And who needs these “gags” in a military career? Perhaps I'm wrong and the authorities know better.

It is high time. For the most part, servicemen have to retire to the reserve full of strength and health. In fact, in the middle of life. And the second part of life must be built again. Look for a business. Adaptation is always difficult ... In the civilian sphere, pensioners are drawn to 70-75. Of course, it is impossible to compare. But .... The commander of a battalion or warship, still full of ambitious and career plans, responsible for the lives and health of hundreds, and even thousands of people, is forced to vegetate as a security guard in some sort of aisle ... Well, there are "connections", friends, settled down earlier ... Help ... And children in families? it’s just the time to finish school, a turning point in life .... And so, until the 50-55 it is quite possible to serve, and then already “dig into the cottage”. Everything will be arranged ... Rest, rejoice ....
I remember very well when my father, lieutenant colonel, went to the reserve in 41 for a year ... In the middle of 60, it was easier. After a year, at least housing was provided .... And classmates were friends at the beginning of 90's. "general guard", how they arranged .... It’s good with the parents, and who have already left ...

why not up to a hundred? He doesn’t have to pay pension and died, and 13% of the percent that they take away from the salary every month is better for the state to remain more reliable there. Whoever doesn’t like those can be fired, and with a length of service of 24,5 years and without an apartment, try to find work in 45 years. You comrades confuse service with serfdom. And after the service the legionnaire was given a land plot or its monetary equivalent, and most importantly during campaigns and wars, robbery was sacred.

Yes, with good intentions ... Raising the retirement age is specifically to keep a soldier in one place so that he does not leave earlier, first a mortgage then a pension. I think the effect will be the reverse of youth after 25-5 years will be fired, and the generals will sit exactly on the ass.

good intentions this is the beginning of the road_ well let's now lower our hands and don’t whip the sour cream and surrender to mercy by thieves in large-scale epaulets and soon more generals than soldiers will become generals more interesting than ordinary servants

I went to the reserve at 35. Not because I didn’t want to serve. Then there was a massive reduction in officers. At the headquarters of the Armies there were candidates above the roof. We were scattered last. Therefore, we remained overboard. As far as I know, we have 20 nobody considered the years of service the limit. Even if they were preferential. They served. But the 90s were knocked down. And not weak. I had to serve in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. But you should understand. After the airdrome, the perimeter and the thorn. -for two was. And now I'm longing for helicopters. Oh, politicians. Gather you all in a clearing, and educate you with batogs. How many fates the power holders broke.

Increase the service life of military officers. In the Duma, a bill to increase the length of service to receive a minimum pension of 25 years.
It’s rare that someone sits in an office, before that without running through the fields of 15-20 years. And with combat experience, I think we have 30-40 percent of officers. And we are not resigning, but in reserve. And in which case, always ready. To the Donbass volunteers in the forefront, who went? Therefore, such a pension, because the mentality is special. And all sorts of exceptions and cases, only confirm the rule.

Yeah. In the current provisions, if an officer drags the service as it should, reach the limit or as we said perdelnogo age was not to wait. Some benefits under the law are set only upon reaching this very limit. The care of the Fatherland, the former homeland in girlhood, is evident.

But, it is thought that under this sauce, preferences will have age generals, who will be difficult to "sit out", waiting for their natural demise.

Yes Of course. Why are generals worse than officials?
On May 23, 2016, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law on raising the retirement age of state and municipal employees, which will enter into force on January 1, 2017.
    Civil Service Leaders
For executiveslike today term of public service may be extended up to 70 years. But for them, the procedure for agreeing on such an extension will change. If at the present time this is decided by the president, then after the amendments enter into force, further service by such persons will be extended by the federal state body that appointed them to the position or by the corresponding official.

As already mentioned above, do not confuse the age limit and the maximum service life. If you served 20 years, now now, regardless of age, you CAN retire. Putin is not talking about increasing the service life. The point is that an officer who has reached a certain age should not be retired regardless of his desire. It is no secret when a subordinate has experience, knowledge and authority and, accordingly, has his own opinion, which may not coincide with the opinion of the boss, it is extremely inconvenient for such a boss. There are no reasons to get rid of such a subordinate due to official inconsistency or other negative reasons. And then such a subordinate turned 45, or as now 50 years old. And that’s all, regardless of the state of health, business and other qualities, an officer can serve - under his knee, "upon reaching the age limit"! Everything is legal. Not one court will not reinstate, but higher-ranking bosses will always support the leader, and not his subordinate. (From personal experience)

After 50 leave for a year, and so it is necessary to confirm their need every year, but medicine can hack and business qualities will not help.

Of course, only very healthy people should serve. By the way, when I was dismissed, the medical board recognized me fit for service without restrictions.

Although officers, unlike warrant officers and sergeants, have a sin to complain about retirement. At the ensign she is about 14 thousand after 20 years. and up to 24 pieces with 32 years of service (this is the limit) and for an officer after 20 years (captain) from 25 starts, and for example, lieutenant colonel 32 years 45 pieces. So does it make sense to serve as an ensign? Maximum 20 years and nafig. But the ensign and sergeants are not primarily warehouse but technicians with a secondary specialized and secondary technical education and a lot of higher education.

No, I need to work, I don’t need to go to the training camps. But the warriors and cops can be increased — young uncles and aunts — they are pensioners. and police pensioners?

Well, they would not go to wave a sledgehammer, but to the military and police. Whining and whining about early retirement. And they forget or don’t know what is going on 20 years before this pension. And there is a lot of unpleasant. And live up to this pension, alas, not all. And it happens that pensions do not have to rejoice for long. I knew one "right cop." He waited for a pension. I managed to get it only 2 times - the engine refused. Do you want to envy his fate?
