Who is more equal before the law, or Reflections on the case of a "drunk" boy
The trail of this horrible story is such that the discussion is hardly worth stopping, if only out of a sense of respect and compassion for the family members of the deceased.
Who are we talking about? And we are talking about 6-year-old Alyosha Shimko from the Moscow Region city of Zheleznodorozhny who died in the courtyard of his own house under the wheels of a Hyundai Solaris car, driven by an 31-year-old lady named Olga Alisova.
The case is terrible. And he is terrible not only by the fact of the death of the child, but also by what the story of the investigation turned into later. In fact, in the previous sentence, the word “investigation” could and should have been quoted, because there was no investigation into the more than strange traffic accident that caused the death of an 6-year-old boy. There was not even a criminal case, which already raises questions to local law enforcement officers. If the death of the child itself occurred on April 23, then local law enforcement officers were allowed to initiate a criminal case only the next month after the tragedy - and then only on the basis of a deputy request from Elena Mizulina.
Briefly about how the accident occurred. 6-year-old Alyosha Shimko was walking on the playground in the yard with his grandfather. At some point in time, grandfather told his grandson that it was time to go home. 6-year-old boy ran to the entrance of his house, his grandfather at the time was carrying Alyosha's bicycle in his hands. At that moment, the boy was hit by Alisov in her car. And not just hit, but managed, sorry for such terrible details, to move the child and the front and rear wheels, which indirectly indicates the speed at which the car was moving in the yard. Everything happened in front of not only grandfather Alyosha Shimko, but also dozens of residents of the surrounding houses. People made an attempt to reanimate the boy and called an ambulance. But the injuries after hitting the car turned out to be more than serious, and when the doctors arrived, they could only ascertain the death of the baby.
Surveillance cameras showed that Alisova’s car first turns around in the courtyard, and then the driver accelerates the car to a significant speed, literally pulling down the child and then moving it around with the whole car.
The situation acquired a truly resonant tone after, following a report on the initiation of a criminal case, the data on conducting a forensic medical examination were made public. The examination showed that in the boy's blood at the time of the accident was 2,7 (!) Ppm alcohol. For an adult, this corresponds to about a bottle of strong alcoholic drink, for a child - about 150-200 g of vodka or its “analogues”. Resonance was added by the fact that in the most unexpected way the recordings from surveillance cameras were “lost”. “Lost” all at once ... And then the cameras themselves were “lost”:
From eyewitness accounts:
When a criminal case was not initiated into the death of a child as a result of an accident, people already “suspected something”. But when the authorities announced that the boy riding a bike in the yard was "drunk", this led to a real 9 of public outrage. The phrase “drunken boy” in recent days has become a common noun in relation to how you can alter the essence of any crime committed, if the person who committed this crime is “chosen”.
Information obtained by bloggers and journalists in the Moscow region suggests that the friends of the criminal "authorities" have been among the "chosen" for some time in the metropolitan area. It turns out that Mrs. Alisova is the spouse of a man named Sergei Alisov, who remains several months before being released from prison, where he was convicted by a court for kidnapping, extortion and rape. Reportedly, the Kornyakov gang (named after Anatoly Kornyakov, a resident of the Kursk region), which included Alisov, was involved in scamming and extortion, forcing the residents of the Moscow region to copy their apartments to criminals and transfer money taken in the form of bank loans. The gang stayed afloat for a long time, although almost every second resident of the region was aware of its existence and composition ...
Returning to the examination, who called the child - the victim of an accident - "drunk."
A forensic medical expert with nearly 35 years of experience Mikhail Kleymyonov stated that he “personally sealed all biological tests” before being sent to the laboratory. When he saw the data on the content of 2,7 ppm alcohol and its decay product - acetaldehyde, he, in his own words, "was surprised." Then, according to Kleymenov, it was decided to conduct a molecular genetic examination. From an interview with Kleymyonov newspaper "TVNZ":
On the question of how long this kind of research lasted, Kleymenov for some reason refused to answer, stating that it was better to ask the investigation. At the same time, Kleimenov tries to pay special attention to the presence of the above-mentioned acetaldehyde in blood samples, which supposedly should say that the boy consumed alcoholic beverages, since it is this product that is produced when alcohol is decomposed in the human body. Well, and then the conversation was reduced to the fact that, say, the boy could drink cough medicine, or even “by adult oversight” slam a glass or two of vodka from the table ...
Kleymenov:
The same Kleimenov spoke against the exhumation of the body of Alyosha Shimko, stating that in order to "confirm" the version (apparently, the version of the boy's "alcoholic intoxication"), it is enough to take the mother's biomaterial. Like, if it is discovered that the biomaterial belonged to her son, it means that "the expertise did everything right."
The parents of the child believe that alcohol could have been injected into the boy’s liver after the child’s death in the laboratory. This terrible hypothesis was commented by a narcologist (quote Gazeta.ru):
So thinks a narcologist. And in the suburbs may be that affects ...
In this situation, the fact that the crime itself (and this is exactly the crime) is actually being attempted to get the hang out of it turns on itself. And to talk in such a way that there is not enough ether on any “Let them say” to track all the perturbations with statements about how the boy could “drink before the walk”.
On the Mash / Mash page on the social network, there was evidence that a lawyer for the family of the deceased boy spoke about the strange "vigilancies" of the TFR and the prosecutor's office on the case in Zheleznodorozhny. The submission says that the case was requested to be referred to the RF IC by its head, Alexander Bastrykin, for investigation, but the prosecutor’s office insists that the case is not transferred to the TFR at this stage. If you believe the publications, the investigator, who accepted the documents of the examination, claiming that the boy was “intoxicated”, was removed from the case, and a case was initiated under the “Negligence” clause. Alyosha Shimko's father says that it is necessary to initiate a separate criminal case on the basis of expertise, in order not to give “a certain circle of people” to blacken the memory of his dead child.
Roman Shimko (the father of the boy) at the same time notes that now the people who are acquainted with the details of the case, published in the press, cannot be succumbed to provocations. And there are provocations, he said, and there are plenty of them. The first is that an envelope “with a hint” was received in the name of Roman Shimko. The envelope was 50 thousand rubles. After that, Roman learned that Alisova had declared “pressure on her from the side of the unknown and threats against her”. According to Roman, fake pages are created in social networks with his name and the names of other relatives of Alyosha, who emanate threats to Alisova, and Alisov collects these threats to appeal to the prosecutor's office. As you can see, there are people who are trying with all their might to expose the victim of the death of the child as a victim and object for "possible reprisals."
Meanwhile, the portal Life publishes information about the person who put his signature on the results of the examination. It’s all about the same Kleymyonov in whose professional biography there are confirmed examinations about how a teacher beat a policeman, and how the son of an FSB officer died from falling from his own height, not because he was beaten at the local police station. Full material about strange examinations - here to register:.
There are many more strange and obvious facts about the accident with the death of a child in the suburbs, but it is already clear.
The law is one for all, everyone is equal before the law, but still there are those who are "more equal" than all the others. And if justice is going to stain themselves with everything that they can, then let the absurd blinking of the story continue in which criminals are declared victims and victims - criminals. Or do you need a good broom with a simultaneous tool to drive in criminal law? ..
