According to the blog bmpd, the Network has a photo of the head medium offshore tanker of the 23130 project “Akademik Pashin”, which is being built at Nevsky Shipbuilding and Repair Plant LLC (Shlisselburg, Leningrad Region).

Construction has been underway since April 26, 2014 under a contract with the Russian military department worth 2,978 billion rubles, concluded on November 1, 2013. The ship is designed for the North fleet (with transfer as agreed by November 25, 2016). The tanker was withdrawn from the boathouse of the plant on March 18, 2016 and launched on May 26, 2016.

As previously explained, then-Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, Admiral V.V. Teals, just for the needs of the fleet is planned to build four vessels of this type.

The 23130 project was developed on a competitive basis by ZAO Spetssudoproekt. The tanker with a deadweight of 9000 t has the greatest length of 130 m, width of 21,5 m, draft of 7 m, cruising range - up to 8000 miles, autonomy - 60 days, crew - 24 person. Ship's speed at full load with a maximum draft of 16 knots. As the main diesel power plant, it was planned to use imported engines.

Good luck to the factory workers ... They are trained and will master the citizen, only they need more of their own ...
For diesels: medium-speed, four-stroke, non-reversible diesel engines with water cooling, gas turbine supercharging, simple operation, intermediate cooling of charge air with a maximum continuous power of at least 4640 kW are installed.
The lead tanker of the new project is named after the outstanding domestic shipbuilding engineer, Hero of the Russian Federation, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Valentin Mikhailovich Pashin, who headed the A.N. Krylov Central Research Institute for more than 20 years. Here you can download the book: http://sudostroenie.info/novosti.html?id_new=1331

There, in general, the% of import is very high. Automated control and delivery system. Energy A lot of electronics (although it seems like the main system is domestic). Plus there is a screw with an adjustable pitch - which is also not cheap.

The interlocutor of TsVMP especially noted the high cost of the cargo transfer device, propulsive installation and adjustable pitch propeller, which allows reversing without changing the direction of rotation. Most equipment will be delivered from abroad due to the lack of domestic analogues. "The cost of building a tanker also includes the development of project documentation. Therefore, the following vessels of this project, if ordered, can be built for less money," said a representative of the Nevsky Shipyard.

500 kW bow thruster JSC Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center JSC
As part of the import substitution program, Zvezdochka Ship Repair Center JSC / part of the United Shipbuilding Corporation JSC / completed the design and manufacture of the thruster PU130 / 5. In January 2016, the first thruster was shipped to the customer's address - Nevsky Shipbuilding and Ship Repair Plant LLC - to equip the Akademik Pashin medium-sized marine tanker being built at the Shlisselburg shipyard (Project 23130). By 2020, the Zvyozdochka Ship Repair Center will be able to meet the needs of the domestic shipbuilding industry in mechanized-type rocket launchers and navigable cargo ships in almost the entire range - from tugboats to icebreakers.

% of imported components is very high, but the integrated automated control system for technical means of ISUTS is a domestic firm of Valkom. A fairly well-known and respected company in this business, supplies ISUTS, it is ASUTS, it is KSUTS, it is Manka’s bond and, as it has not yet been called on various projects, they supply almost all domestic ships and vessels.

      Ukrainian?

Most likely a gloomy Teutonic genius. In Ukraine, diesel engines are not particularly. There is a gas turbine engine, but a gas turbine engine carrier is not needed, unless of course you are an American "supply" -class.

    Deadweight is displacement?
    1. 0
      13 June 2017 10: 34
Deadweight (Eng. Deadweight) - a value equal to the sum of the masses of the variable cargo of the vessel, measured in tons, that is, the sum of the mass of the payload carried by the vessel, the mass of fuel, oil, industrial and drinking water, the mass of passengers with baggage, crew and food.
Displacement The displacement of a ship (vessel) is one of the main characteristics of any water vehicle; it is the total amount of water displaced by the underwater part of the hull of the ship (vessel). The mass of this amount of liquid is equal to the mass of the entire ship, regardless of its size, material and shape.

If everyone will build for 4 years, then the last of the series will be ready by 2030 ... In Korea, the construction of a chemical truck with a deadweight of 13 tons takes - within 000 months ... Good luck to our dear shipbuilders. No.

The head one ... Yes, and they took up it tightly only in 16 years. They will establish a series and build it every year!

We’ll even set up a series, we won’t build it in a year, for 2 it’s still realistic (if the documentation from the head office is corrected, and nobody wants to allocate any money or time for this), because the SYSTEMIC CRISIS IN THE INDUSTRY. Which no one is doing yet. System - means throughout the tree:
        - Design organizations: Horns and Hooves, split up the project and give it to subcontractors for parts for less money, they do not deal with the control of crap documents and linking the disassembled "They'll figure it out at the factory!" Because the design organization does not bear any responsibility for the quality, but only for the timing of the issuance of documents - the motto is "We throw them raw, most importantly on time" And then if you don’t like it, let us write comments where some error is not indicated, but prove to me GOST, OST, RD that I must indicate or correct, etc. etc. Hose to make it easier for the plant to do it for them.
-People in design organizations are simply not competent, old people have died out and retired, middle peasants are chasing the ruble (more blueprints for the amount-more money), and no one is engaged in youth who needs to teach them how to spend their time, and even when the half-know ? and on the other hand, the young one declares that they are obliged to tell him everything, to give all the initial data on a silver platter, and he will then do according to the issued training manual without raising his ass.
        - In factories, there’s a mess and a lot of fuckers who don’t / stand idle / do for other people ... The builders have not been organizers for a long time, but have degraded to budgerigars with two questions: “Give me paper to do” and “When will it be?” (which is just very strong in Korea and Japan) is an effective internal organization with clear responsibilities for each link, incentives and penalties, and a process planning. All of these ISO 2000 certificates from designers and factories are complete filkin letter.
Often directors or just temporary workers, or try to squeeze the last juice out of people / machine tools / workshops / equipment without investing anything, and at the same time talking about low productivity compared to the west / Japan / Korea (this is on machines of the 60s and computers with software of the early 2000s)
-Corruption at all stages - the state contract (the military is also in the cannon), the designer, the factory, the supply of equipment (a separate sore point) and the order-orders at the very back of the execution of work (trifle).
-And the longest-running one is a failure in education, both in school, so that at least I can learn, and in a special one - just a bunch of boys girls with diplomas
