And this despite the fact that the Shipyard "Amber" really CAN. And when necessary it gives out more complex ships with the speed of hot cakes. Especially when the Indians pay.

When I had to work at night, jumping out of my pants before checking the overlying headquarters, my commander used to say: "Thieves work and forgive tutki at night. What category do you belong to? Learn to work in the time allotted by the regulations!"
Therefore ... you need to have time to do everything in the time allotted by the regulations, that is, TIME! And better - even earlier, working ahead of the curve ... Yes Aha

And BDK is certainly good, but why do we need it, whom are we going to attack from the sea? Here we need bombs and rkt, amerikosov must be put in place. All the rest (somehow litas or lat) do not care for us.

The demagnetization system is necessary to reduce the magnetic field of the ship that occurs during construction and operation. It is carried out to reduce mine danger, the response of homing torpedoes, navigation devices. Demagnetization is carried out by coast stations and is supported by ship systems. The delay in delivering the ship for a year, due to the demagnetization system, is nonsense. This is an excuse. Most likely there is no funding.
