Two new Su-30CM arrived in Khalino

Thus began the rearmament of the regiment with the "Algerian" fighters now in its arsenal MiG-29SMT on new planes.

Previously, two Su-30SMs were transferred to the Naval Aviation of the Russian Navy and became part of the 72nd Baltic Aviation Base fleet at the airport Chernyakhovsk, located in the Kaliningrad region.

In total, the regiment will also include 6 batches of Su-30CM fighters, that is, 12 vehicles. It is possible that the MiG-14CMT fighters, having a small age, released as a result of the rearmament of the 29 regiment, will go to recruit any new aviation regiment. It is possible that they will be transferred to airbase in Erebuni (Armenia)
