General Health and Low Tribunal

27

The United States and its allies are too actively searching for “human rights violations” around the world, while the illegitimate court created on their initiative in front of the whole world violated the rights of a particular person - a Serb, a general, a political prisoner Ratko Mladic. Moreover, he is denied one of the most important rights - the right to treatment.

16 May was five years since the start of the trial in its so-called “International Criminal Tribunal for War Crimes in the Former Yugoslavia” (ICTY). During these five years, Mladic, who was imprisoned in The Hague as a sick man, has endured a lot. It is clear that health in this anti-human pipeline is not improving at all, and this can be seen from the numerous examples of prisoners who died there (mostly Serbs). Although the jailers themselves and their masters are trying to assure the opposite.

12 of May of this year, the tribunal officially refused to satisfy the request of Mladic’s attorneys for the temporary release of the general so that he could undergo treatment in Moscow. And this is despite the guarantees of the return of the accused, given by Russia.

The so-called “court” believes that, despite these guarantees, one cannot be sure that in the case of a temporary release, Ratko Mladic will return to The Hague. But it is especially cynical that the Tribunal’s assurances that medical assistance to the defendant is allegedly provided in accordance with international standards, and his state of health allows him to remain in detention. Otherwise, the baseness, it is difficult to call.

This was a response to a petition filed by 20 March 2017 on the need for temporary release and treatment in Russia. This request was based on the conclusions of the medical staff who examined the prisoner in the prison. 22 March official Moscow supported the petition and gave all the necessary guarantees of the return of Mladic to the court. The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation stated that it was ready to provide the Serbian general with the necessary medical assistance.

However, in April it became known that the Hague "prosecutor's office" does not intend to show in this matter the elementary humanism in relation to the 74-year-old prisoner who survived a heart attack and two strokes. The arguments are standard: the general can “make an escape” (as if a superman from a Hollywood film!), And he is treated “at a high level” (not a prison at all, but a sanatorium!).

And now the ICTY has made a formal decision: refuse. Deny humanism. Deny the right to medical care. Deny the right to release pending trial. The most dangerous thing is that, as previous experience has shown, such a refusal can mean a denial of the right to life ... As it happened in 2006, with the legitimate President of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic, who was also denied temporary release. Unfortunately, everything then ended with the death of a prisoner in the dungeons of a NATO prison.

“The refusal to transfer a Serb for medical treatment is indicative of the Hague justice. The ICTY has previously agreed to the temporary release of the accused, and if there are much less weighty grounds for this, and therefore the decision of the Tribunal, and its argumentation does not cause anything but perplexity, ”the official comment of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation said. . The Foreign Ministry also stressed: “The reputation of the prison in Scheveningen, within the walls of which, under unexplained circumstances, the defendants die again and again, has long been compromised,” and recalled that “a total of 18 people died under the jurisdiction of the ICTY and under its jurisdiction” The 16 of which are Serbs.

In this case, the decision rendered by the Western court is not only anti-human, but also based on double standards. For a completely different attitude was with respect to, for example, the Albanian defendants. They were not only released to court, but also closed their eyes to the fact that at large they put pressure on witnesses. A vivid example is Ramos Haradinaj, a terrorist and a sadist, who had already managed to attend the post of “prime minister” of the illegal pseudo-state of Kosovo (the territory forcibly rejected from Serbia contrary to the UN Security Council resolution XXUMX).

Haradinai personally participated in the killings and torture, but the West at that time declared the so-called. "The army of liberation of Kosovo" fighters for freedom. Objectivity for the sake of the Hague against him was a criminal case, but ... He was acquitted. There were no witnesses. Of course, Haradinaia was released before the trial, and during this time some of those who testified against him died in a strange way. Few would dare to testify in such conditions, especially since there is no belief in the justice of this court.

So this year, Haradinaj was detained in France at the request of Serbia. Yes, yes, this criminal and pathological sadist freely travels around the world. He knows that if he is detained, then not for long. And so it happened - first, the Albanian terrorist was released from custody on his own recognizance, and then - finally released. Belgrade was denied his estradiation.

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic recently stated on this issue in the newspaper “Vecherne news":" Haradinai is a dog who recognizes the taste of human meat, which should be punished. "

Haradinai himself has become so impudent that he threatens Serbia with a new war. He claims that if he becomes Kosovo’s prime minister again, he will capture a third of Serbian territory, including the city of Niš. (Elections in the puppet state are scheduled for June 11).

Against this background, a Serbian prisoner, whose already weak health was undermined in a “democratic” prison, was refused temporary release. Such is it, the face of "justice" in a tribunal created by the United States and NATO countries in violation of the UN Charter. Are these quasi-Themis blindfolded?

"The United States and its allies are too active in seeking" human rights abuses "around the world, while in their illegitimate trial created on their initiative, the rights of a particular person are violated before the eyes of the whole world."
........ It is not disgusting to agree with this, but the United States won the Cold War (dissidents, traitor Gorbi, miscalculations in the economy ??? - a separate issue) And the United States is doing what they want. If Germany won in 2WW, Montgomery, Eisenhower, Zhukov would be tried for war crimes in Nuremberg. The winner is always right And now Russia needs to forget the shameful 90s and build international relations (including the courts, including) taking into account our interests

It seems that in order for these not to fall, you just need to officially recognize this tribunal as a criminal organization, at least on the facts of their activity, as before with the SS and ISIS.

I dare to destroy by the facts the harmonious theory of the delightful Elena Gromova. And the most important fact is that the level of medicine in the West is several goals higher than the level of Russian medicine. And the best proof of this is the hundreds of millions of dollars that Russians spend annually on treatment abroad. Therefore, behind the desire of Mladic to go to Russia for treatment, there can be anything but medical reasons. I would need treatment - I would certainly be treated in the Netherlands

Destroy your "slim" theory. If we were talking about conventional medicine, and not about prison, in your words, perhaps, there would be a grain of truth. But prison medicine is very, very different. Especially - the Hague, where prisoners suddenly die in batches.

Mladic wants to be treated, and not to repeat the fate of Milosevic. So that your medicine is contraindicated to him.

If I were not a doctor, and personally in an Israeli hospital I did not treat Palestinian prisoners of terrorists to the same standards as all other patients, then perhaps your argument would impress me. I am sure that my Dutch colleagues treat all patients equally. This is the basis of a medical oath. They are terrorists and war criminals outside the hospital. And in the hospital, they are the same patients as the rest. The only difference is that with security.

First, it is a pity that for you the Palestinians are "terrorists." And secondly, to listen to you, so the prison is right the best place for the correction of health.

I had a patient who attacked passers-by with a knife and killed a woman. If it’s not a terrorist for you, then I just don’t know what else I can tell you.

It’s strange. Why in Israel do not refuse patients from the Russian Federation, who already have nothing to help but a palliative? Money doesn't smell? And someone sells the latter, tearing them away from children and grandchildren, or leaves them huge debts.

By "do not refuse" it means: why they will not tell the truth, that they are not able to help.

Crazy with a knife is not necessarily a terrorist.

Terror may not be externally motivated without showing the goals that it pursues. His presence is sufficient. Opportunity.

But when necessary, requirements are presented. And the requirements will need to be reckoned with.

Something else and talk about the availability of medicine.

In the west, medicine is not available to everyone. Which by the way is not to say about Cuba.

In Cuba, medicine is available to everyone on an equal footing. And about medicine, as about the system they say that it ... attention: BEST IN THE WORLD.

By the way, note not one of the best, as they say for example about Israel, but the statement for Cuba is categorical.

Well, okay, the conversation is not about medicine, but about a court that should be fair.

The problem is that the concept of justice has not yet been chosen.
How many peoples, countries, nations, property differences, different economic systems, as well as opinions and RIGHTS HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS. Due to these reasons, the concept of justice has not been selected and accepted.

There is a philosophical concept of justice. But those who rule the world do not recognize philosophy; they have replaced it with the false science of sociology. And why? But because justice should not exist.

Yes, with the abolition of cons on the site, it became American-style tolerant.
With the tribunal in The Hague, everything is clear. The answer to the question "Who are the judges?" simple: the real criminals are judged, those who organized the collapse of the state of the SFRY, who destroyed the country by bombing, and they do not need witnesses of their crimes, therefore, being unable to blame the Serbs, they are kept in prison with the aim of killing the defendants, they are found not guilty after death as was the case with Milosevic, but this is of little interest to anyone. Beneficiaries rejoice in their impunity. Even here, on a patriotic site, alas.

Is the spirit of Tito rebelled and judges in The Hague. It was he who, by his rule, laid the seeds for the collapse of this SFRY and as for Mladic, he is tried for very specific orders given to them personally which led to mass casualties. And I didn’t hear that someone would prove that he didn’t give them away. And as a general, he turned out to be frankly bad.

Of course my eyes are not blindfolded. But they see only what this pseudo-Themis would like to see. This is the essence of Western democracy and other courts, prosecutors, etc.
