According to Sergey Druzin, the deputy general director of the concern for scientific and technical development, “Joseph Drize is a model of what should be the chief designer”.

It is reported that the monument is a bronze bust of the designer, on the pedestal of which are depicted anti-aircraft weapons, in the design of which he took part.

The agency reminds that the position of the general designer of the concern Joseph Drize has been occupied since 2008.
