Estonian Minister intends to demand from Russia "compensation for the communist occupation"

83
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Estonia Urmas Reinsalu decided to recall the existence of Estonia and - in it - the Ministry of Justice. According to Reinsalu, Estonia “will not abandon attempts to collect compensation from Russia during the years of the country's communist occupation”. Recall that the theme of "compensation" is raised by individual representatives of the Baltic authorities systematically.

Statement by Mr. Reinsalu leads portal InoTVreferring to ERR:
The only decision taken by the government in Estonia was made in 2004, at the request of the high representation of the people, and it was clearly stated, guided by the principles of international law, that the occupation of Estonia caused damage, and the Estonian executive power should deal with these issues through the government.

Estonian Minister intends to demand from Russia "compensation for the communist occupation"

According to Reinsalu, he personally formed a commission that will assess the “damage caused to Estonia during the years of the communist occupation”.

Reinsalu:
It (the commission) should sum up the results of the study of the damage caused by the occupation, analyze the legal aspects of the damage related to the occupation, and it is also important to systematize and make public the information and materials related to the assessment of the damage caused by the occupation.

As can be seen, the terms “occupation” and “damage” are referred to more often by Estonian officials. At the same time, Mr. Reinsalu does not report when a commission would be formed in Estonia, in reality capable of counting what gigantic investments were made in Estonia from the union budget during all the years of this republic being in the USSR ...

Wrote a long time and just on this topic hi
    Elephant and flies.
Three flies on the back of an elephant sat
    As important as when
    Humming, humming and not tired
Yes, they will not stop discussing the elephant
You look at him - buzzing alone
Ungrateful there is no elephant in the world
There is no power, words can’t convey
    I massage him daily!
Treading back and forth I'm on the back
And what is the answer? But nothing! It's a shame to me!
Yes Yes! - the second fly answers first
The elephant does not notice our worries at all
That's the whole day I'm buzzing news to him
He stood and stands! Go to the hedgehog!
Here is where he still finds such a voice of freedom
Because of him, I bear huge expenses.
    - Yes, you are right! - here the third fly was sad
    - Yes, I, an elephant, raised these paws on these paws!
About how much effort I put into this carcass
I fed him, and he ate so much
Where is gratitude, love and adoration?
He did not live up to our expectations
Here is an elephant, tired of thinking about the eternal
He set off on the road, empty his intestines ...

Three flies on a piece of shit sat
    So important, already in everything
And now they’re really, really not up to the elephant
What is the elephant? When there is only food around ...
    wink drinks

In 1721, the Swedes were forced to sign a peace in Nishtadt (Finland), according to which Russia, Having paid monetary compensation in 2 of a million efimki (thalers), acquired the entire Baltic, part of Karelia with Vyborg and the islands of the Gulf of Finland and Riga, and Sweden received back most of Finland. According to the peace treaty, the Swedish king conceded:

“... for himself and his descendants and heirs to the throne of Svej and the kingdom of Svej to His Imperial Majesty and His descendants and heirs of the Russian state to perfect and unquestioning eternal possession and property in this war, through His Imperial Majesty the weapons from the crown of the land of Svej conquered provinces: Livonia, Estonia , Ingermanland and part of Karelia with the district of Vyborgsky Lena, which is indicated below in the article of demarcation, and is described with cities and fortresses: Riga, Dunamind, Pernavoy, Revel, Derpt, Narva, Vyb org, Kexholm, and all the other relevant cities, fortresses, harbors, places, districts, shores with islands: Ezel, Dago and Menom and all the others from the Courland border along the Livonian, Estland and Ingermanland shores and on the side of the wreck from Revel in the fairway and Vyborg on the side of the south and the remaining islands, with all so on these islands as in the aforementioned provinces, cities and places being acquired by residents and settlements ... ”(Complete collection of laws of the Russian Empire, vol. VI. St. Petersburg, 1830, p. 423).

It is also worth adding that after that they were granted freedom.
The Soviet Union, and then the Russian Federation, are the successors of the Russian Empire. So, balts, you are our property! Well, or return the money at the rate. smile

By investing money, the USSR caused moral damage to Estonians - now Estonians are demanding compensation, but this is not through the WHO or the Handicap

In reality, few people wondered where these "compensations" came from, moreover, in the border states with the Russian Federation. And such "laws" appeared from the two thousandth year, when Putin headed for a way out of submission to the United States. For what reason did the Balts wait almost ten years? But because there was no command to bark at Russia with diplomatic droppings. Let us recall what happened then in these years, the second Chechen one, with an obvious motive, to raise an uprising in the Volga region, in Bashkiria and Tatarstan, with the regional leaders pre-rolled into chocolate Bank of New York, all the heavy industry, and hydrocarbons, and the media in the hands of the oligarchs, presenting themselves regularly in Davos. And at this time, the Omega combined team in the USA was exhaustingly training to storm the old launch mines in Idaho .... that is, when the half-world plan for parsing the Russian Federation was postponed due to the departure of Yeltsin (which by the way was used in the dark), then plan B became relevant, military intervention and the division of Russia into zones. Not even according to the Yugoslav scenario, but according to the interests of the Western world.

What does the Baltic States laws on compensation have to do with it? And despite the fact that when the resources of the defeated giant were divided, the border countries, in particular the Baltic countries, could grab some territorial bonuses for themselves in the account of these lawsuits. These laws are part of a plan to refresh Russia. Now think about what gigantic work the country's leadership has done since 2000 .....

In general, looking at today and, retrospectively, at the history of the Country, it becomes scary because the question of the existence of the country depends on whether or not the Person will appear at a key moment in history. Dmitry Donskoy, Alexander Nevsky, Ivan the Terrible, Peter the Great, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Putin ... What is this? God's providence or historical pattern? Natural selection or metaphysical law?

This is so, a fully respected comrade, I share these fears with you. A person in the history of Russia should pass into a systemic injective function, where any qualities of power should be equal to the interests of Russia.

Perhaps you are right. Although, it would seem, it was the revolution that was supposed to replace personal responsibility with a system concept, but for some reason this did not happen for us. Perhaps the roots of the current aggravation of our relations with the West lie precisely in the desire of the "collective West" to prevent a new attempt at such a transition.

Make rich people. There are no oligarchs. The oligarch is a skating rink that goes over the heads and throughout the state, the oligarch, this is the highest officer of globalization. Fighting them is very difficult, a living example of Khodorkovsky, it is not known what was more expensive, to ruin him or his cumulative harm to the country. The state did this only because Khodorkovsky was not only an economic threat, but also a political one. If the issue was exclusively monetary, then we would negotiate with it, put pressure on it, set conditions, as well as the majority, which are of the type “working”. The danger of the oligarchy is that they occupy the regions most responsible for the state, it’s in the hands of, say, the liver, in private hands. Just rich people, it’s like good nutrition and vitamins for the body, they make the state prosperous, and the oligarchs, even the loyal, constant threat of blackmail, try to touch me, destroy the liver .....

When at last there is a free trial, which at least somewhere will file a claim for compensation, the archives, I think, are in order with us, we will take into account what they will give? It is possible territories, anyway there are fewer and fewer people.

It is more common for the Baltic states to remind you that Russia simply bought you as an unnecessary “product” from Sweden.

Where did Russia get the money-if the Baltic countries imposed sanctions on it. They arranged a famine in Russia - they should send a humanitarian convoy to Russia. They have become the richest countries in Europe without Russia, and now they are asking for money from the poor. Russia only can - with a thin layer to spread oil on bread, let them go to the border with passports, I think that's enough for everyone.

According to Rainsalu, Estonia “will not abandon attempts to recover compensation from Russia for the years of the communist occupation of the country.”

    I’ll probably already have a five-year plan:
    - Demand money from Russia for the occupation
    - To beat Russia in 3 appearances with a total timing of 1,5 hours.
    .....
    - Accuse Russia that in Estonia the wind began to blow in the wrong direction.
In general, politicians have a lot of work - until we meet again!

It looks like the bill can be continued wink

What damage? Until the mid-50s, they walked in flowerbeds (wooden shoes), and in the USSR they flourished. Soon they will return to them again if these states remain on the map. Without Russia, they will end.

If you look at the evolution of the country from 1991 to 2000, we see that there has been a transition from state capitalism (in terms of supposedly Soviet communists - socialism), to the worst form of capitalism - oligarchic capitalism, clearly governing the country of oligarchs, supported from outside (this corresponded to the destruction of the state) . The period from 2000 to 2004, the oligarchy is removed from the direct control of the country as a political force. Then, control is established over them by economic laws (tax legislation), part of the national wealth is returned to state control, which made it possible to close the entire external debt of the USSR and Russia. After 2008, the problem of reforming the RF Armed Forces to ensure the necessary level of defense capability and returning to the international level as an influential player with a "casting vote" came up at full speed. Today there is a solution to the question of reviving the economic and industrial potential of the country, effective governance of the country not only at the highest level, but also in the regions. This is hindered by the enthusiasm of our “elites” for the idea of liberal capitalism, its beautiful wrapper, while the reality of the countries of Western Europe shows that liberalism must be strictly regulated by the state. Our "elites" perceive liberalism as an opportunity to appropriate most of the national wealth for private use. To this end, they created and maintain various "scientific economic institutions" in which they train their economists, promote them in power, and so on. impose their worldview on legislators through lobbying the laws they need. So we have such a government, education system, medicine, etc. That is why the current situation in Russia is still in an unstable position, stuck on the transition to a more social state, although it is necessary to switch to socialism, but not Khrushchev-Brezhnev (state capitalism), but really socialism. After all, with the so-called socialism Brezhnev, the construction of which they announced, the people did not become the owner of factories, mines, ships. The transition to the construction of a socialist society did not happen, stagnation in state capitalism led to a collapse in the country's economic development, exacerbated the situation in the country by the mistakes made by the country's leadership (Khrushchev made his start with his numerous experiments). These errors led to the need for loans from foreign banks, the purchase of food and equipment in the west, which ensured a growing lag in technology and new loans were made to compensate for them. The prevalence of ideological dogmas over the economic laws of the development of society led to the collapse of the USSR and a rollback to oligarchic capitalism. Ongoing borrowing of economic ideas from Western economists, inventing their theories in support of global liberal capitalism and the truth of their theories only (in practice, they turn out to be erroneous as soon as a new crisis occurs). This is not surprising, because all of Western economic science is on the content of global capitalists. All their theories ultimately boil down to insane, unlimited consumption, and, in fact, to the accelerated transfer of the resources of planet Earth. hence the reactionary teachings on the overpopulation of the planet and that it is necessary to limit the birth rate, and hence the new forms of fascism, now technocratic. Thus their economic theories do not serve the heyday of Man, as a rational being, but his transformation into Livestock, weak-willed, easy to manage. hi

Let your wife or mistress require reciprocity. Very sprat eaters fucked up. Well, we once thought that Crimea was lost to Russia forever, and the Baltic states are much closer. Be patient, limitrophy, and the turn will reach you.

then plan B became relevant, military intervention and the division of Russia into zones. Not even according to the Yugoslav scenario, but according to the interests of the Western world.

They did not refuse this plan. Lead its implementation. Ukraine is rejected, the next Belarus ..... And as for compensation to the Chukhites ... I think there are a couple of generals who did not sell conscience and shy away from these compensators with tactical nuclear weapons so there will be no one to give compensation.
