Estonian Minister intends to demand from Russia "compensation for the communist occupation"

Recall that the theme of "compensation" is raised by individual representatives of the Baltic authorities systematically.
Statement by Mr. Reinsalu leads portal InoTVreferring to ERR:
The only decision taken by the government in Estonia was made in 2004, at the request of the high representation of the people, and it was clearly stated, guided by the principles of international law, that the occupation of Estonia caused damage, and the Estonian executive power should deal with these issues through the government.

Reinsalu:
It (the commission) should sum up the results of the study of the damage caused by the occupation, analyze the legal aspects of the damage related to the occupation, and it is also important to systematize and make public the information and materials related to the assessment of the damage caused by the occupation.
As can be seen, the terms “occupation” and “damage” are referred to more often by Estonian officials. At the same time, Mr. Reinsalu does not report when a commission would be formed in Estonia, in reality capable of counting what gigantic investments were made in Estonia from the union budget during all the years of this republic being in the USSR ...
