This was stated by the deputy commander of the operational command of the DPR, Eduard Basurin.
“Our intelligence continues to identify the facts of the decomposition of the Ukrainian army. In particular, confirmations have been received of the complete demoralization of military personnel of the 72 Brigade, which suffered heavy losses during the fighting near Avdiivka. Only this week, a unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine disappeared from the brigade units 21, ”explained the deputy commander.
He noted that the Ukrainian command, in order “in disgrace” not to lose the 72 brigade, decided to rotate it to the 28 brigade.
