The Crimean perturbations that attracted attention around the postponed (possibly forever) construction of the Patriot park near Sevastopol forced us to immerse themselves in the situation. And that's what happened at the exit.
To begin, let's reflect: and whether it needs this park in Sevastopol? And look at this issue not from the point of view of Crimean Sevastopol as a whole and in particular, but in terms of higher. Not in reproach to Crimeans, but as a result of communication, I formed the opinion that 80% of Crimean residents are only interested in the number of tourists who will come to Crimea in the summer.
However, the practice of the last two summer seasons showed that the Crimea, as it were, is not at all a competitor to Thailand, Turkey and Egypt. What at prices, what level of service. Prices are primarily interested in our compatriots, although the level of comfort, while remaining at the Ukrainian level, too.
In order for the Crimea to become, as in the old days, the pearl of Russia, huge sums of money must and must be thrust in there. So that people, having rested in the Crimea, did not ask questions like “I did not understand what these prices are for” on the forums.
Money, of course, will be. But it is not a secret that the Crimean authorities simply cannot master them yet. And it is sad. But this has already been said a lot, I will not repeat.
Sevastopol. Hero City, the city of Russian glory is not a single war. Does the city need a project like the Patriot park? Definitely. Let not on the scale of Alabino, but nonetheless. Moreover, Sevastopol is the best place to implement such a project.
And, most importantly, this project would cost Sevastopol almost nothing. Shoigu planned to invest three billion in this business. The amount, you know ... If you do not cut, much can be done with such money.
But why are the Sevastopol residents so fiercely (seemingly) against the park?
Yes, they did not speak. They, in principle, almost all the same. There will be a park, there will be no park ... A very strange position. Okay, let's not take the Sevastopol residents, who do not care. There are those who care. Who knows how to look at tomorrow. They are, and it is beautiful.

Chaly is an oligarch. Not for money, by the amount of funds in the accounts it is far from ours. First and foremost, the oligarch is a man of business, practically standing above all conventions such as patriotism and citizenship.
Claims to Chalyi about his business in Ukraine from time to time appeared in the media and on the Internet, but ... without a spark. Meanwhile, here is evidence that Chaly conducts his business in Ukraine. Although for some reason it denies.

Doing business with Ukrainian partners is not a crime. Especially since it all started, God knows when. But why deny it? As well as tight interaction with the "Party of Regions".
For the first time, Chaly “punctured” back in 2015, when he was still chairman of the Legislative Assembly, when he unexpectedly spoke out against the nationalization of the Sevastopol Marine Factory, which belonged to Poroshenko. Obviously, Chaly understood very well that Poroshenko could very well respond in the same way and squeeze out something from Chalovsky assets and enterprises in Ukraine.
The unexpected departure of Chaly from the post of Speaker of the Legislative Assembly is caused by both possible consequences and a very unexpected bummer. In Ukraine, the Crimean Assembly of the Crimea was in charge of the distribution of land. In Russia, this feeder was taken away, which means there was nothing to catch. So now Chaly is just an oligarch in the status of a deputy.
In general, Alexei Mikhailovich should not be regarded as a Crimean, Russian, citizen and patriot. First of all, he is a businessman. And - a good businessman. So it makes sense to build on this. Dollar - it is international today. And, by the way, this approach provides an answer to many questions, including on the Patriot park.

Apparently, promising for him serious preference. The usual Ukrainian “contract”: Chaly does business, and PR representatives lobby his interests. And this war will be very, very serious.
A large and well-organized team of Chaly will insert many more sticks into the wheels, I'm sure. Everything is clear and understandable here, people want to live better than in Ukraine. And some, such as deputy Alexander Kulagin, the right hand of Chaly, are already publicly longing for Ukraine.
It is great that today they have no direct access to land resources. It is great that in this situation the opinions of Crimeans are not unanimous. There are those who are "for" and those who are "against."
But let's look like this: do we need, that is, Russia, Sevastopol as a cultural and historical center? I need it. This is a unique city, there is something to build on. And the Patriot park, whatever my attitude to his Alabinskiy brother (and it is very skeptical), is needed.
I don’t need him, not Sevastopol. Russia needs him. The place where the names of Suvorov, Kutuzov, Nakhimov, Kornilov, Istomin, the place of thousands of feats of Russian soldiers and sailors were intertwined, simply must receive at least one more embodiment of memory and history.
More precisely, just a place of worship. To all participants, the Turkish Wars, the Crimean, the Great Patriotic War. The same historical cluster as in Alabino.
Yes, and Historical Boulevard would be nice to bring in the divine form. In accordance with Russian standards. And then in fact some ukronischeta, and not a memorable place.
I agree, Sevastopol needs money from business projects, from tourism in the first place. But how to attract? As I understand it, the locals are still in some kind of iridescent misunderstanding of the situation that the sea, the sun and the faters at the price of a hotel room should be enough. Well, I am sure that this year will bring many surprises. By the way, by the way.
But who can tell how much patriotism costs? How much is love for the motherland? How much does memory cost? Yes, the one for which we are fighting today every day? And in which continue to try to spit individual organisms?
Here, of course, everyone has his own. Someone patriotism, measured in history and memory, someone in the number of papers with watermarks.
I do not impose my own opinion, but I think that all this gang of Chaly must be kept as far as possible both from power and from the ground. Sevastopol is our common heritage, and if it should have a Master, it’s definitely not an oligarch Chaly. Despite his merits and orders.
But in general, the farther from lawmaking and the executive will be people like Chaly, the better it will be for Russia. It may be objected that such businessmen are from the authorities in every city in bulk.
I agree. But probably, one should not compare the historical (and importantly, economic) value of Sevastopol and, for example, Tambov. If in Tambov tumble as much money as in Sevastopol, it will be three times more beautiful. But the historical value ... Alas, it does not buy anything.
And if we are talking about the restoration of the Crimea in general and of Sevastopol in particular, then there should be no place for games. We are doing this all over Russia, the Crimea will be unprofitable for a long time and existing on budget money. But who said that Russia is against recovery? But the restoration of taking into account the interests of Russia, and not the oligarch with a group of approximate.
P.S. But the fact that Sevastopol leaders failed Shoigu’s project suggests that someone doesn’t really see the banks. Or sees, but not Russian. And in vain ...
