Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation will not detain Yanukovych on request from Kiev

37
The official representative of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia, Alexander Kurennoy, said that the department had refused to ask Kiev about the “need to detain and detain” former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. RIA News cites the statement of Aleksandr Kurenno:

I inform that in the 2015-2016 years, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine in connection with the conduct of pre-trial investigations on a number of criminal proceedings received requests for temporary detention and detention of Viktor Fedorovich Yanukovych before receiving requests for his extradition. Based on the review results, the petitions were dismissed on the grounds provided for in paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the European Convention on Extradition from 13.12.1957, of which the Ukrainian side was informed.

Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation will not detain Yanukovych on request from Kiev

The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation believes that the criminal prosecution of Viktor Yanukovych’s Ukrainian authorities is politically motivated. Such persecution violates the legislation of the Russian Federation in that part where it is said that the persecution of a person is unlawful, on the basis of his nationality, religion or political opinion.

Earlier, the GP RF refused to grant 12 to ex-employees of the Ukrainian “Berkut” in Ukraine. The now-mentioned ex-fighters of the Ukrainian "Berkut" for the most part serve in the Russian internal affairs agencies.

I agree...! But the requests Svidomo from Kiev could not be answered .. This power is illegal! According to all international rules, it must be judged together with Yanykovich on the same bench and hanged together ...

Since our leadership recognizes LDNR as part of Ukraine, and the president showed inaction during the armed coup that led to the deaths of people .... Continue further? And what about the caps ... babble ..

And for what, in fact, should he be judged? His corruption before the Maidan is more like a parable, concrete evidence is needed for specific episodes. They are sewing him shooting on the Maidan ... There is generally laughter, how the surveillance is conducted ...
And for the fact that he escaped ... Well, now they’re not judging for it, the times are not the same ... request

For his throwing towards the European Union (which led to the war as a result) Yanukovych could not be saved at all. He had minimal support in the country and he was not used as a figure of a legitimate president, because immediately recognized the election of Poroshenko.
The fact that we are holding him here is used by the current Kiev authorities as an irritant, the people will look in the news "sho Yanyk lives freely in Russia" and will become even more embittered with us.

“What the Ukrainian side is informed about.” Well, they would add that the Russian court decided that the authorities in Kiev (and their General Prosecutor's Office) are illegal, who came to power as a result of the coup. No one disputed the decision. So, do not send any pieces of paper to Moscow. angry No. hi

Another nonsense Svidomo. Interpol refused the GPU. Now appeal to Russia. Why then did Russian helicopters violate the airspace of Ukraine and take Yanukovych away. Kiev did not even bother to issue a protest for violation of Ukrainian borders by Russian helicopters.

Yanukovych, Poroshenko, Yushchenko, Kravchuk, Kuchma, everyone did everything for the sack and the arrival of the next thief. The truth should be judged by their people in Ukraine.

Maybe I'm wrong, of course, but why should all the dogs hang on Yanukovych? What could he do on the Maidan? Command everyone to crush tanks? Well, I would have ordered what? Nobody would obey the order! The entire elite of the Khokhlostan was and is Bandera, even went to the CIA under the CIA, it was nominally subordinate to the president. What are you talking about?? Khokhlam was brainwashed for 25 years with Russophobia, denial of their real history, imposing fictitious values and worship of the West, and Yanukovych decided to make him a scapegoat, saying he was to blame for everything. Then, under the court of everyone, starting with Kravchuk, including those who created this under-state "Ukraine" in the name of their political ambitions and those who condoned this in the historical past of the twentieth century.
