The official representative of the press service of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense on the so-called “ATO” today Leonid Matyukhin again made the public doubt even a hint of the adequacy of Ukrainian officials (including the military). Matyukhin announced that Ukrainian tanks "There is no Avdeevka."
Such a statement was made by the spokesman for the ATO press center against the background of materials shot by British journalists (BBC TV channel) in Avdiivka. It is clearly seen in the frames that Ukrainian tanks are located in the residential sector of the city - among high-rise buildings.
These frames:
And this is the statement of Mr. Matyukhin:
I am in Avdiivka all day today, I have not seen a single tank, I saw one policeman BRM.
On this occasion, the following joke appeared on social networks: “If there is no tank in the Donbass, but it is filmed by journalists, then this is a Ukrainian tank, and if no one has seen a tank, but the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine claims that there is a tank, then this is a tank of the Russian army”.
Apparently, the public should believe it is Mr. Matyukhin, and not the staff, published by all major channels.
