In pursuit of a mirage

57
Have you ever wondered where we are going? In a sense, where is the development of our society? What is our ultimate goal and what do we want to achieve at the end of our movement? And whether we will reach, moving in the chosen direction to the intended goal?

At the beginning of 90, the majority of the population, under the influence of sophisticated purposeful propaganda, had the strong conviction that capitalism is our ideal, and with it we will live. We'll be like cheese in oil ride. Under this idea, cunning and knowledgeable guys, such as Gaidar and his team, all the oligarchs without exception, and a number of comrades who joined them with the silent connivance of the EBN and his security guard actually ravaged the country and robbed the already poor population. Entire advanced industries (electronics, precision engineering, machine-tool construction, aircraft manufacturing and many others, especially the military-industrial complex), those that form the basis of any normal civilized state, and especially those claiming to be a world power, were devastated and virtually abandoned. It’s just a miracle and the GREAT merit of many managers of these enterprises, that these enterprises survived and retained at least some personnel who later became the crystallizers of the revival of these enterprises. These leaders, the captains of the Soviet school of management, the golden fund of the nation, perfectly saw where the country was heading. But, unfortunately, with no real political levers of control, they really could not do anything.

I remember very well how new chiefs and heads of ministries from Moscow came to us and began to teach these past fire and water and copper pipes of the “red” directors how to work and live. And those who are accustomed to listen and not like that, sullenly silent and listened to the frank nonsense of people who made a turbid wave of change to the very top of power, but, in general, absolutely random, worthless and by and large criminal personalities who sat in the executive chairs only for one purpose - to grab. Our first president, on whom we pinned great hopes, was just an accidental and unprepared person. Apparently, realizing this, he was almost all the time in a state of drinking, which the whole country observed with absolute despair, despair and shame (as he could not get out of the plane, he conducted the orchestra very cheerfully, danced awkwardly on stage and much, much more) . All of his "exploits" were savored by the West many times and were the best propaganda material against Russia and its leadership, introducing into the minds of citizens the idea of general alcoholism, degradation, unpredictability and aggressiveness of Russians. The only right step he took was renunciation of power.

The new president (more precisely, first the acting president, and then the elected president) turned out to be just a gift of fate for Russia and managed to turn the situation in the right direction and honestly began working for the country. The people see everything, and in response, they began to consolidate and support the new leadership. Actually, the high ratings of the president speak for themselves. In the area of ideology, virtually no change has occurred.

As it was at the beginning of 90, and now the question "Where are we going?" In the society tacitly prevails with the chosen course towards capitalism. Actually, the question of changing the course has never stood apart. Yes, like there is no alternative.

What is capitalism? In Russia, then (yes, by and large, and now) very few people really imagined it. Because if they were, they would immediately ask themselves the questions: “And are we going there? And why are we going there? ”For some reason, Russia decided (or rather, Gorbachev and EBN decided) that the West - he is such a“ nyashka ”, as they say in Japan and Russia, should be taken only a few steps in the right direction, indicated by our partners, and everything will be just great. Life will improve, and we will be taken into a friendly family of capitalists with open arms. Apparently, no one explained to Gorbachev and EBN, and besides, they probably didn’t want to hear much about it, that the capitalists have no friends, but there is only one and only goal, which they pursue very persistently, not stopping at anything and before anyone - MONEY. Yes, you will be smiling and talking generously about human rights, dictators, democracy and a million more important and not so different things, various politicians and politicians who are mostly employees who serve the interests of a very narrow group of those who pay them and really owns MONEY and burns with BIG desire these MONEY to increase in ANY WAY. Actually, all these presidents, prime ministers and ministers are hired precisely by these real capitalists with BIG money to protect and promote their vested interests. Watch the film “Murdoch” on occasion, in which it is openly told about methods of duping the population with the help of mass media in the West. And how the decision of one person through propaganda can influence the decision of the population of the whole country on the choice of a particular party or a particular person. After all, in order to control a certain media, you do not need a lot of leverage, you only need to control the chief editor of this media, clearly giving him very specific instructions about what is expected of him. And the correspondents ... let them write what they please, but if what they write does not correspond to the instructions issued by the owner and relayed through the editor-in-chief, it simply will not be printed. And if you aren’t typing, then apparently you don’t write or write about that ... So think yourself, dear writer, how and what to write about, or listen to the recommendations of the editor-in-chief - and immediately become a talent, and you will start typing .

Actually, the mechanisms of influence on society and public opinion in recent decades have increased, and brainwashing has reached a new level, when the citizens' desire to learn the truth comes across information, veiled under the objective, slipped every time you try to find something in almost any search engine. . A good example is the sensational case of Google, when during the last election campaign in the United States, it deliberately issued suggested query options with a positive result for Clinton and a negative result for Trump. Actually, it was natural for a commercial company, since its main objective function is to increase profits without any moral restrictions and obligations. That is, if tomorrow all the sexual minorities of the world unite and order, and most importantly, pay for such a campaign, "Google", then in a few years we will be surprised to find that these ideas are very acceptable for our children and, moreover, firmly implemented in their consciousness. Actually, there is a purely economic explanation for this - a decline in the birth rate. Modern capitalist society is INTERESTED in this. After all, now many countries do not need so many new workers, especially those who are not burdened with special education and therefore are low-skilled. Or, if they are needed for the time being, it is only for work in the most under-prestigious and difficult jobs where there is a serious shortage with employees. But more often, many new emigrants, especially refugees, become the yoke on the neck of the host country’s budget, forming fairly compact enclaves from which all other citizens run and thereby cause social discomfort.

To see where we are going, just look at the leader of the Western world - the United States. From a once progressive and rapidly developing country, they turned into an aggressive, fattened state, openly parasitic and hindering the development of many states and territories.

Maybe few people know, but it was the United States that put the question of abandoning the colonies to Britain as a condition of its military support during the Second World War. Now the United States themselves are the largest neo-colonizers on the planet.

They say, and this has been heard many times already from the lips of our liberals practically on all channels of central television, that, they say, look where we (Russia) are and where they (the West) are in economic terms. And this justifies the need to be equal to the West! But after these calls, they completely forget to give an honest and frank analysis of this “paradise” on earth. And after that, answer the simple question: “Should we strive to go there?”

There are many contradictions in the West, and many representatives of this very West, including at the highest level, say such as the newly elected President Trump, speak very frankly about this. Actually, as a businessman, he sees the whole situation in a completely different light than politicians sitting on Capitol Hill. After all, for the constant development of business, consumption growth is needed, especially in such sectors as construction and hotel business. With the fall and the withdrawal of production in the third world countries, real wages decrease, respectively, and effective demand decreases, and as a result, business opportunities also decrease. I remember well how, at the height of the 2008 financial crisis, in depressed areas of the United States, catastrophic prices dropped at home: they cost almost nothing. In order to improve matters in this sector of the economy, one of the congressmen even offered to let rich Chinese (and there are millions of them) and give them citizenship subject to an investment of a million dollars or so. In conditions when the whole country lives on credit, people, being unable to repay a loan for a house, simply brought the keys to the bank and moved to caravans. That is, we want it?

If you walk in the evening in the center of almost any city in the USA or Europe, then you will immediately be struck by the huge number of homeless people of different ages and sex, sleeping in cardboard boxes or sleeping bags on the streets of these western cities. It is generally better not to walk late at night, especially in some areas where they can easily be robbed or even killed. But we have fallen behind the West on 20-25 (as our liberals say). So here it is, our future: come and see. Do we want this?

I doubt very much that this picture will please the ordinary Russian.

With innovative companies in general, everything is not so simple. As soon as any company grows to a certain size and becomes dominant in the market, it turns into a brake on progress in this area, buying practically all more or less innovative companies and putting all their achievements under control. Very often, a few months after the purchase, the company is simply bankrupt and thus inhibits progress, destroying potential competitors. Or, if the purchase was unsuccessful, begin to drag on the courts. Naturally, this leads to the bankruptcy of a small company.

By the way, Russia turned out to be a very capable student in this field: she uses the same methods with the same result.

Of course, any manager will tell you that he is paid for the way he manages only this company, and everyone else is not interested in him. And then, it is his direct duty - to take care to destroy competitors. Those. In the future, if nothing changes, we will have one giant company for each industry, which, in fact, is happening now, and the functions of the sectoral ministries will be transferred or have already been partially transferred to these companies.

But we have already gone through this. If you remember, more than 80% of all industry in the USSR was a monopoly. And they are pulling us in again, just under a different signboard.

I look with interest newswhere they show how our president holds meetings and manages the construction of a cosmodrome, bridges, stadiums, factories, agriculture, aircraft building and other important and necessary objects. Almost as in the CPSU ... Well, of course, that he is interested and he is up to this until the matter. And what will happen after his fourth term, or earlier, if he suddenly gets tired of leading? Have you thought? And if after him another EBN comes, or, God forbid, Gorbachev? What then? Again 20-30 years of non-existence? But even if we assume that everything will remain as it is now, what awaits us?

If you want to know, go to Europe for a month or two. Walk yourself, with your feet, in remote areas in the evening, and not in tourist places, after having learned from local residents whether it is safe in the evening. See how ordinary citizens live somewhere in Italy, England, France, Spain or Croatia. Look at the crowds of vagrants, prostitutes and street vendors, immigrants in the evening in the center of Rome, Athens, Paris, Las Vegas and other cities. After all, it can be our friends, acquaintances, children, ourselves at last. After all, life from the window of a tourist bus looks quite different ... This is where we will be in those very 20-30 years, if nothing happens. Do we want this? But no, we will not. With a reduction in the cost of medicine, education and science, even this “future” does not shine for us. We will at best work in the enterprises of monopolists, serving the interests of a very narrow group of top managers and owners living in the West in 20-30, and maybe 40 in the future from our future. Basically, these will be plants that use Western technologies and equipment (their education will not be enough), and we will live or, more precisely, live up to retirement age or a little more (medicine and science are not at that level).

Capitalism is only a temporary episode in the long chain of the historical development of society. All its advantages and disadvantages are already visible. And capitalism is also different in different countries, just compare Spain and Norway. Maybe it is time to think and adjust our model of social development, deploying the entire system towards all citizens of Russia, rather than a handful of oligarchs and other nouveau riche, in order to achieve an evolutionary way to significantly higher acceleration of development and a more equitable future for us, our children and grandchildren ? Lessons stories must be finally learned. Indeed, with a uniformly accelerated motion, the distance only increases. Especially if you run along the same path.

Author. So tell us where we need to go. otherwise it’s not entirely clear.
Capitalism is bad - I didn’t see anything about the article about socialism ...
    What system do you offer?

Well, this masterpiece: "The new president (more precisely, first the acting president, and then the elected president) turned out to be just a gift of fate for Russia and managed to turn the situation in the right direction and honestly began to work for the country." (c) - bravissimo!
To deny that they began to reckon with the Russian Federation is stupid. But this is foreign policy - domestic policy in the state as it was aimed at enriching a certain group of people. and remained.

I will repeat my comment on one of the articles:
I am afraid, gentlemen and comrades, that a revolution in Russia is inevitable.
What is your evidence, you ask and I have it (s)
So we have at the moment:
    1. Tsar (president, general secretary, God) Putin whose "rushing" from engaging in foreign policy.
    2. The king either simply does not know HOW to deal with the internal or he does not "rush" from this.
    3. Domestic policy in Russia is the chaos of a kleptocracy, which is headed by "people of the closest circle" and who are "effective managers" who know only how to fill their pockets.
    4. Almost all of Russia's resources, its production facilities are concentrated in the hands of Putin’s closest friends.
    5. A pocket bunch of enemies of the people in the person of EP occupied the State Duma rivets bundles of anti-people laws, thereby escalating the negative to themselves and the Tsar.
    6. Even in the command of the "closest circle" there is no unity, which gave at least, God forbid, the "collective king", that is, an analogue of "seven-boyars", although ...
    7. And the most unpleasant ... The king is 64 years old ...
So, forecasts for the very near future. Or maybe just for the future.
Putin is not a boy by age, he is not 40 or even 50. If you theoretically assume that the Lord did not bring, Putin will be gone tomorrow ...
Every miracle from his immediate circle will immediately begin to pull the blanket over himself, which will eventually tear Russia to shreds. Historical experience suggests that no seven-boyars can agree among themselves, and therefore a war of compromising materials and other dashing 90s will begin with their shooting and so on. How the army and the Ministry of Internal Affairs will behave with the Rogvardia is another grandmother said in two, but not the point ...
Our "partners" will not let go of theirs and will pit some of Putin's friends against others. The result is a civil war, devastation of industry, the collapse of the country, emigration "ichit" in mansions and simply flight from the country in the hope of obtaining "refugee" status and trade in everything - from "live" goods to black transplantation.
That partners know how to wait, I hope no one has any doubts. And our internal political reality does not leave a single chance for Russia to survive as a country.
So what to do, you ask, is it all gone?
    And here is the figs!
There is only one means - to shoot the State Duma, the Tsar's inner circle, on a massive scale, to shoot it - so that they do not crap because they know too many secrets ... to let them out alive. So, after "cleaning" the entire top, with the exception of Shoigu and Lavrov (perhaps there are two more normal ones - the rest are in the dust), put statists in their places in the government than form a government that really thinks about the country, not about its pockets. Introduce an estimated execution (return it) for economic crimes.
So, there are so two outputs:
    1. Leave everything as it is and permanently erase Russia after Putin from the map.
    2. Urgent replacement of the entire current political elite. And the preservation of the country.
Blood both there and there - but in the second case it is orders of magnitude less.
    Alas...
PS There is one more option. Since our "ilita" is Western-oriented, you just need to do this. that she had nowhere to run if something happened. And this is not the EU - this is the USA. Having ruined the United States, there is nowhere to run. Until then. while they see Russia only as a place. where you can make money - then nothing good awaits us.

You apparently forgot 90e and the chaos that was happening ... but it's a pity. History needs to be remembered. Everyone can have their own opinion and I expressed it clearly in the article. You can agree or not with him. But I will not change my opinion ... Good luck.

To whom the soup is liquid and to whom the pearls are small. Those whom you urge to think about - they are doing well, and so well that you never dreamed of.
If you urge citizens to think - well, think about it, then what?
What are the next steps? People thought - people liked and people thought again? Well, we all thought, and, oddly enough (suppose) came to the same conclusion - we are building not that. What's next? What are the findings then?

      The result - civil war

In Norway - capitalism with a "social" slant. Even more: socialism based on capitalism.
And it all depends on the level of corruption and the attitude towards it in society. The higher the level of corruption, the more distant are the solutions to social issues. Everything is "sawed", the state constantly does not have enough money for "social services".

Everything is correct. Somehow everyone has forgotten the simple truth that capitalism is, first of all, the EXPLOITATION of man by man in the name of achieving maximum profit. This is an axiom. Everything else, like "capitalism with a human face," is nonsense invented to ennoble the very process of exploitation. Those "nishtyaks" for the working people and the middle class, which Western developed democracies were so proud of and presented by them as "achievements" of capitalism, proving its superiority over other formations, were in fact forced indulgences to which capitalism went in the era of its confrontation with the socialist system. Now, when there is no such confrontation, capitalism does not need to make any concessions there and now in all countries the screws are being “tightened” for the working people, and the middle class is increasingly “shrinking” and if this continues, the near future will be on the brink of destruction. But why is capitalism ineradicable and winning? Yes, because capitalism is based on ineradicable human egoism and is based on the aspects of the human personality that are inherent in almost all people, regardless of skin color and religion, the desire for possession, the requirements to satisfy their lusts and needs, the desire for profit, wealth, the exploitation of other people's labor. for the good and instead of himself, etc., and offers for their satisfaction simple and understandable means - power and money.

On the street - the 21st century! and whoever doesn’t understand this, I’ll tell you that under socialism in our country they didn’t just pay the insanely exploited population, but, for example, put sticks-workdays on the collective farm. there was no money in principle - a ton of wheat - get the calculation.
So farmers did not have pensions until the 60s. And in 1970 they appointed 20 rubles. And when the grandmother was added in1975 to 8 re for her grandfather who died in Poland, she was almost happy.

Pension during the years of the Russian Empire was a combination of public and private pension capital. In the system of supplementary social security already at the end of the 19th century, there were more than 200 departmental emmeritial cash desks. But in general, the pension system remained selective and covered less than 1/3 of the population.
So, even before the revolution, the peasants did not receive pensions, and until 1970 (!!!!!) - the collective farmers sucked a finger. And who asked questions, they received answers in Kolyma.

Sharapov, what kind of pension is in tsarist Russia, if the average life expectancy is 31-32 years! To drop statistics! In the Russian Empire, state pensions relied on civil servants and military personnel at least in the framework of an officer. With rare exceptions, this was the whole circle of citizens who were provided with pensions. Pension was a reward for service. The remaining pensions did not have at all.
Since 1904, there has been a tendency to provide industrial owners with industrial experience in case of their inoperability due to old age or illness, this was more on a voluntary basis by a number of industrialists and was not mandatory! So there were no liberal fairy tales! Were there pensions in tsarist Russia?

Dear, and without raisins in any way?
For me, it would be better if one worthy person stood in power. And all his life he would do everything for the inhabitants of the country. Because it is impossible to do something worthwhile in 4-6 and 10 years. This is not a giant plant to build. It is responsible throughout one's life for the country and the people.
    Very hard work.

No, genatsvale! When society has no color differentiation of pants, then there is no purpose! And when there is no goal ... (Kin-dza-dza).

Revolution, speak? Here is a whole paragraph to think about:
"You don't know yet, thought Rumata. You still console yourself with the thought that only you are doomed to defeat. You still don't know how hopeless your business is. You still don't know that the enemy is not so much outside your soldiers as inside them. You may still topple the Order, and a wave of peasant revolt will throw you onto the Arkanar throne, you will raze the noble castles to the ground, drown the barons in the strait, and the rebellious people will give you all the honors as a great liberator, and you will be kind and wise - the only kind and wise person in your kingdom. And out of kindness you will begin to distribute lands to your companions, and what for the companions of the land without serfs? And the wheel will turn in the opposite direction. And it will still be good if you manage to die a natural death and do not see the appearance new counts and barons from your yesterday's loyal fighters. This has already happened, my glorious Arata, both on Earth and on your planet. "

The question is, on which shelf do you take the statesmen to replace those destroyed by the Skeptic-Self-taught?

I propose to bring together scientists, psychologists, doctors and just famous respected people. To form indicators by which a certain voluntary citizen index will be formed. The indicators should be different in order to enable everyone to increase their index without restrictions. Starting with IQ, school grades, psychological test results, etc. Want to increase your index? Serve in the army + 50, pass the physics exam + 100, run 100m in 12 seconds ... And in the end there will be a certain threshold, from which you can apply for responsible government posts .. Kindergarten, in short. :)

One more thought. Why not give our deputies a month to prepare, and then force them to take an exam in the Russian language, for example, at the sight of television cameras? If you do not score the number of points - hand over the mandate. What kind of deputy are you, you cannot master a textbook? After all, they don’t agree ...
And still it is necessary to force deputies to be treated only in randomly selected clinics of their district. And we will trample medicine :)

Today, for example, many parents send their sons to the army, because they understand that after serving in the armed forces it is easier to get into the civil service.

And your familiar Tatar can easily get + 20 to the index for chess achievements. With some kind of weighting factor, of course.

The article began correctly, but in the middle it was interrupted by praises for the "leader", this is a minus.
The capitalist path of development, another type of slavery, no more, when the situation reaches a certain point, "when the upper classes cannot and the lower classes do not want", the inevitable collapse of the system will occur.
The state needs a different method of managing and distributing finances, reviving an efficiently planned economy, introducing a progressive tax on profits, toughening labor laws in relation to managers and protecting workers. Adopting laws to improve the lives of ordinary people, and not to untie the hands of the "elite" for further exploitation.
Agree "not into what gate does not climb", the fact of salaries, bonuses, pensions of state officials, as an example, a bonus of 100 million rubles to Dmitry Strashnov with an official salary of 307 thousand rubles. Such news causes yet another anger of the impoverished population.
People are appointed to high positions from among relatives or according to the degree of "devotion to the old master." There are many facts that cannot be enumerated, as long as the government lives in isolation from the needs of the population, such as social services, health care, education in the country, people's dissatisfaction with domestic politics is ripening and this will lead to bad consequences.

And where do you see the praises here? This is just a statement of FACTS. Just compare ALL economic indicators Before and now, Remember what the Army was then and now, look at the rating finally. And then, who else would you see in his place then? What is the name? The entire so-called opposition is simply a rabble of villains and morally decomposed liberals who have robbed their people according to the results of the so-called privatization. But with salaries, pensions, etc. I completely agree with you. If you do not eliminate this bias will be bad for everyone. And very soon. If you think that I completely agree with the current course, then this is not so and I openly talk about it at the end of the article. But everything has its time. Every dog has his day. I am assured of this. But the facts (truth) must always be faced. Denying the obvious is just plain stupid.
So no need to ascribe to me what I did not say. Good luck to you.

What facts, do not tell, the army was remembered after the South Ossetian conflict, which showed a technological separation of the West in military equipment.
The authorities realized that they would have to share with Western sharks a piece of the "Russian pie" if they do not urgently modernize their weapons.
What can I say at that time on our equipment even tank sights were outdated by 20 years and thermal imagers, we bought matrices from the same French, UAVs from the Jews, composite armor from the Germans.
The "modernization" of healthcare has deprived the villagers of paramedic stations and optimized many "unprofitable" district hospitals.
Pension reform is generally a horror, with pension money in every small town they planted the shocking buildings of the Pension Fund of Russia and bred a staff of officials.
And did the life of pensioners improve from this?
Pension for 40 years of work experience is 13 thousand rubles. How is it?
Education with the introduction of EG turns young people into d. Bilov.

Yes, I know about all this and many other outrages with which I also disagree like you. I can answer for each of the points you cited. But it seems to me that the main thing now is not this, but that of openly formulating requirements and setting a goal to which we must go. And do not sit pouting in the corner, swearing everything and everyone. After all, nothing will change from this. And EVERY citizen, wherever and by whomever he should have the right to openly express all that he thinks. And be sure, the power will HEAR if it wants to be the power.

The issue of statehood, the structure and distribution of the product of labor "in fairness" is too complicated to try to figure it out in one article (which did not work out in my opinion). On this, in the entire history of mankind, many feathers have been broken and, what is worse, lives. The first thing to analyze when comparing two or more members of society is the satisfaction of needs. The second is the ways to achieve them. Even according to these two parameters, society is divided into such a number of combinations that it is impossible in principle to satisfy everything and for everyone. The state, on the other hand, is a much more complex mechanism and a constant conflict of interests of all the above relations between its components. And this is both individual members of society and groups, that is, the structure of relations goes beyond the usual framework of "three-dimensional relations" need-individual-society ... We are all trying to squeeze the "XXXXXXXXXXX-dimensional" world into a flat picture from a comic to understand "Where Are we going with Piglet? " and what to do.

The author wanted to open our eyes. Alas, his own eyes are closed, so that ... came out weakly. Money is not the goal of capitalism. Money is the goal of those people who never succeed. The goal under capitalism is power. The difference between liberal capitalism and other socio-economic models is that it promises power to everyone. Strange, huh? Not only to kings, emperors, oligarchs and guardians, but to all.
The measure of power is money. How much money you have, how much you earned, stole, removed from the dead, dug in the latrine, so much you have the power. He flashed a coin, and everyone ran until the coin ran out ... Such is the "American dream", such is the capitalist dream in general.
The model is unrealistic, but in the hope of grabbing a little more power, people drive themselves to death. Or they break down (see Martin Eden), abandon the rat race, and let capitalist life flow past them. Homeless people, yes ...
But what the author is right about is that such a goal in life is not for a Russian person. We tried to replace the formation. They hoped to build a life in such a way as to tear their throats for power, and engage in creation, work for everyone and go to the future together, holding hands. Alas, love of power pushed into the leadership of the campaign all the same mean, stupid, but greedy people. Wishing power-power-power ... So we did not manage. The whole world could not cope with us, the whole world fell with the USSR, all of humanity was orphaned.
Really bite each other again? Again to rat racing? Or throw everything and stand on the shore until the body surrenders? Eh ...

Maybe it’s time to think and adjust our model of social development, deploying the entire system in the direction of all the citizens of Russia, and not a handful of oligarchs and other nouveau riches, in order to evolutionarily achieve a significantly higher acceleration of development and a fairer future for us, our children and grandchildren ?

Such a time has long come.
The goal should be to build a social state with a high-quality parliamentary system and a developed civil society.
