At the war memorial cemetery in Mytishchi, 47 buried the victims of the crash of Tu-154
Today, several representatives of the crew of the airliner, artists of the Alexandrov Ensemble, servicemen, head of the department of culture of the Moscow Defense Ministry Anton Gubankov and four journalists were buried at the Mytishchi memorial cemetery. Earlier at the same cemetery, the funeral was held by assistant to the head of the Department of Culture of the Ministry of Defense of Russia Oksana Batrutdinova.
The head of the defense department of the Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu, the minister of transport Maxim Sokolov, the deputies of the State Duma, the members of the Federation Council, the governor of the Moscow region took part in the farewell ceremony.
The Orthodox ritual of funeral was held by Juvenal, the metropolitan of Krutitsky and Kolomna. He also expressed condolences from the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Kirill.
A memorial stone was installed at the burial site, which will later be replaced by a monument.
A farewell ceremony was held in Moscow at Novodevichy Cemetery with Dr. Liza (Elizaveta Glinka).
The procedure for identifying the remains of other victims of the crash continues, as is the investigation of the causes of the tragedy over the Black Sea.
