How to look for spy UAV in Voronezh

It all began in the second half of November, when, thanks to a report from a staff member or officer, the leadership of VUNC learned that UAVs regularly fly over the territory of the center. Naturally, the aims and belonging of the apparatus can and should be interpreted as hostile.
Who is this super alert man is a mystery, naturally. But many in schools would pay dearly for this secret to be ajar.
The Academy stood on the ears.
This has not happened in all of history.
There were hastily organized posts VNOS - aerial surveillance, warning and communication. The term, of course, is taken from the times of the Great Patriotic War, but the essence is similar. On the roofs of the buildings were placed posts, armed with optical surveillance devices. That is binoculars.
Dozens of eyes searched the gloomy November sky, trying to locate this drone. And, most interestingly, found. By the end of the first three days of trawling, it became clear that spy UAVs are just clouds (for 4-5 pieces per day) hover around the territory of VUNC VVA. Naturally, trying to find out something or make some other dirty trick.
And then, next to the observers on the roofs, the gunners took up fighting positions!
From among the listeners and cadets who have in possession of hunting weapon, an air defense team was formed, the task of which, when detecting a UAV, was to knock it down using a fraction or a canister.
Well, that is not from the machines decided to shoot down ...
By the end of the fourth day, it became clear that the spies launching the UAVs were either very professional or the cameras drones shot the shooters. Because there were no results.
