By myself, I know what to record a child with a doctor is a problem. The other day I tried to record my son with a specialist, I got numbers, via the Internet, I called on the phone. It did not work out the first time during the day. And this is in a large Fed. Cente, a subject of the Russian Federation, in St. Petersburg. I can imagine what can happen in the regions.
Treating foreigners for free at our expense (honest taxpayers) —when they are not properly provided for under the compulsory medical insurance — is wrong and limitative.

In regions, this is easier. There is no such concentration of patients per doctor.
And here, in St. Petersburg, areas are growing (buildings are becoming denser), and the number of doctors is not increasing.
And funding has only recently declined. I know for myself

When was the last time you were in the region? I periodically come to my mother in the regional town. There are no doctors there !!!! Just a little that they try to get to us in Yekaterinburg .. and from the local konovalov doctors .... I’m not a doctor, but in this case I assure you I will provide better medical care than they are! !!!!

Two years ago, he worked in the Vladimir region, not impressed. He came back. And the problem, I tell you, is not the lack of doctors. And in the organization and the lack of normal funding. Many, having finished honey. universities leave medicine. Well, why get less, but at the same time be responsible for people's lives.

Yeah, well, straight is a lot easier. Come to our periphery, you will find out.
There is no such concentration of patients per doctor.

Yes. But we also have fewer doctors than in St. Petersburg.
And here, in St. Petersburg, areas are growing

        And we are dying. Alas.
And funding has only recently declined.
Similarly. Nursing treatment in a hospital. Part of their drugs. The end of the year, however. Funding, alas, has ended, almost.
So come visit. Learn how easier it is in the regions.

In the regions, more often than not there are no doctors. If we are talking about specialists.

First of all, you need to help your own, and remembering your own benefit as a stranger. Without a one-goal game. You’ll always get your own if you need with arms in hand with you shoulder to shoulder, and a stranger can betray.
ghm ... but here in Zamkadye, to make an appointment with a doctor, you must first stand in line ... lively, lively, yeah ...
It depends on which specialist, on others, it is necessary to stand up for the license plate, with no known result.
I am wondering if the specialists of the military hospital will treat "unsecured OMS
watch the news treat. And the specialists are really cool (they helped me, I know what I'm talking about). And then on the "box" money is collected by the whole world (for swindlers) and for foreign specialists. Honestly, it would be better to create equipment and medical facilities in the Russian Federation for the collected loot.

and a stranger remembering his own profit.

          This is not in Russian.
This is really a field hospital.
You can take a child for money, you can wait, and there they just die.

"And in Russian" - is it when strangers get free, on their own for money? Let yours die out? Not everyone in the Russian Federation can afford paid medicine, and indeed any medicine in general. Forgive the USSR for a long time.

We have it like this: If the case is not for an ambulance, then call the pediatrician and appoint a term for the same day. You come and say: "such that", give the child's medical card, they ask you to wait a little in the waiting room. Call by last name.
        For example:
        : "Rosenberg!"
        : "Ich!"
        : "Beitreten!"
        : "Jawohl!" wassat

I agree with you. My neighbors put the child in the hospital. Not only are cockroaches crawling all over the chamber, but part of the beds are also used by the door elements of closets. Well, the queues we have beyond the MKAD are still entertainment. Came by appointment anyway sitting in line from the same by appointment. The whole reception is stretched for several spiritual hours. In emergency rooms they ask to come with their plaster and iodine. And this is our city millionaire Krasnoyarsk.
No offense to the Syrian people, but it would be better at first to think about their population in medicine and not to treat foreigners, or our people will endure everything as usual.
Well, personally, I can still afford paid medicine. For with free in our country everything is very sad.

        - all, oddly enough, is free. And there are no cockroaches
        - the only thing is that instead of noshpa they strive to prick some Belarusian drotaverin, from which the people are really figuring. Therefore, they bought the noshpa at their own expense, what was, was.
