Eight Borei nuclear submarines in 2018 year will go into service with the strategic nuclear forces of Russia

The military personnel of the strategic nuclear forces (SNF) of the Russian Federation in 2012 will be replenished with two new Borei-class 955 submarine-launched missile cruisers - the Alexander Nevsky and Yuri Dolgoruky cruisers. According to sources in the military-industrial complex of Russia, starting next year, the strategic missile carriers of this project will be supplied to the armament of the SNF for six years.

The source noted that 8 "Boreev" is planned to be built on Sevmash before the planned deadlines, which are stipulated by the state armaments program. All the main efforts of this shipbuilding enterprise will be directed precisely at building new missile submarine cruisers. The construction of the missile carriers will take place, possibly due to the weakening of the program for the construction of submarines of the "Ash" type. According to the plan, the last of the eight Boreevs will be introduced into the strategic nuclear forces in 2018.

The source also explained that after the successfully completed state tests, which were carried out in December 2011, the Yuri Dolgoruky SSBF was practically incorporated into Russia's strategic nuclear forces. To officially include "Yuri Dolgoruky" in the composition of the SNF, it is necessary to solve purely technical issues, including the installation of the Bulava ballistic missiles, the deployment of food on board, torpedoes, and the operation of cruiser units and mechanisms. In addition, it is necessary to allow the crew of the atomic-powered ship to rest after last year state tests.

On the solution of these issues will take several months, after the missile carrier will go to sea. During combat patrols, he will carry out the tasks of nuclear deterrence, both from the Arctic Ocean and from the Atlantic Ocean.

Adopting the Naval Fleet In 2012, Russia will receive the first nuclear-powered ship of the same project, "Alexander Nevsky." The same source said that last year the initial stage of marine tests was successfully completed by the nuclear-powered submarine, and this year, most likely in the fall, factory sea trials will be completed. If everything goes well, then Alexander Nevsky will be adopted.

The source added that if everything goes according to the plan, then in 2013, the naval SNF will receive the third cruiser "Vladimir Monomakh", and in 2014, the "Saint Nicholas". This year it is planned to lay the 5 th Borey on Sevmash, and then to launch the cruiser every year so that the program of reequipment of the SNF will be completed in 2018 year.

The last emergency with the Yuri Dogoruky nuclear submarine leads me to very sad thoughts - is there any sabotage here?
We build unique cruisers, but for some "incredible reasons" and "inexplicable" reasons we are losing them: "Komsomolets", "Kursk".
And in space, everything fell down as soon as they began to cooperate with the Pindos, is it possible that legs grow from here?

I’ll tell you a very interesting thing. I served in the military-space forces (88-90) in Yevpatoriya, one of the largest command-measuring complexes. Just launched Buran (the first time failed) and the Phobos program - two satellites (the same were lost first, then second, first). My father is a submariner and we lived half the life in Gadzhievo, I think you know. At that time, there were various accidents, but the difference is that they primarily looked for their miscalculations, and not the machinations of enemies. Although if the enemy succeeded, this is also your fault. It is easiest to blame on someone, and then sit and talk, ----- I couldn’t. And about Kursk, I’d tell you the same thing over a cup of coffee. Since my information is much more reliable and practically first-hand wink

And what Soviet military agitation was in the USSR? We didn’t know anything about the latest weapons then, and the defense was quietly and without fanfare doing its job. When I started to master the eighty school, I was particularly struck by the dynamics, the best tank in the world at that time. Yes and so there were enough excellent samples, and due to their modernization, we also hold on.

And I also remember the first successful launch of the Mace, how much was Ur, now it’s already tested, now we’ll equip submarines before 2011. I want to say that journalists, that the Ministry of Defense is now sculpting news in pursuit of chtoli sensations and no responsibility for what was said.

I have already expressed here my opinion about the lagging behind the Russian submarine fleet of the US fleet, which has 18 Ohio-class missile carriers armed with the Trident missile system. Apparently, the rush with the construction of new boats is connected with this. But until recently, their adoption was hampered not by the readiness of the Bulava missile system. So he was still accepted into service. God forbid!

I must add - after March 4 it’s not realistic to refuse.

Colonel Vladimir Drik, representative of the press service and information department of the RF Ministry of Defense for the Air Force (Air Force), said that until 2020. The Russian army will receive more than 100 Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile-gun systems (ZRPK) and more than 30 Vityaz medium-range anti-aircraft missile systems (ZRS).

In addition, in the first half of 2012. it is planned to supply the next S-400 Triumph anti-aircraft missile system (SAM) to the Aerospace Defense brigade, and units of the anti-aircraft missile forces of the territorial commands will continue to be equipped with the new Pantsir-S. The General Staff continues to implement the project to replace the S-300P air defense systems with the newest Vityaz air defense systems.

Pantsir-S is a Russian land-based self-propelled anti-aircraft missile-gun system (ZRPK), developed by the Tula State Unitary Enterprise "Instrument Design Bureau". "Pantsir-S" is intended for close cover of civil and military objects (including long-range air defense systems) from all modern and promising air attack weapons. It can also protect defended objects from ground and surface threats. Vityaz "- Russian medium-range anti-aircraft missile system of a new generation, developed by NPO Almaz named after A.A. Raspletin.

Note that the plans to strengthen the "anti-aircraft shield" of Russia in March 2011. voiced by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who stated that until 2020. the armament will receive 1 newest types of equipment, and about 300 trillion rubles will be spent on the implementation of this project.

Since 2013 the production of the Yars, Bulava, Iskander-M missile systems will be doubled in the country, Putin noted. "All anti-aircraft missile regiments will receive S-400 Triumph systems and Pantsir-S complexes," the prime minister said.

Not true! The US Navy has 14 Ohio-class SSBNs.

And I'll tell you what happened to Komsomolets even without coffee ... Or rather, about one of the reasons ...

Don't talk nonsense Evil Tartar! The nuclear submarine "Komsomolets" was launched on June 3, 1983, and entered the stand on December 28, 1983 - long before Perestroika. So your bike is far from a story similar to the truth. angry

      So the bird woke up!
      Stebaesh as it should!
Well, what can you hear from the enemy!
Only here about drug addicts I have a diametrical answer:
In Russia, there is a saying, "Whoever" hurts "about what is talking about that."
You have a good bottom bird. And this is a gift to you!

The capacities of the Sevmash plant are limited, and both nuclear submarine projects with a displacement of 8 tons or more will be completed. (This is not a diesel engine for you) they will not be able to on time! Of course, the "nuclear baton" was given the green light, and if you build only "Boreas", then the forecast is quite adequate.
But over time, not only cruisers with ballistic missiles fail, but also carriers of cruise missiles, the use of which looks more possible than Sinevy or Mace.
I hope that the leadership lives not only in thoughts about a possible nuclear war and the problem of maintaining the nuclear deterrence forces in combat readiness. But, he also understands that universal boats, such as Ash, are also urgently needed for us. I also hope that the rejection of their release, associated with technical problems and their high cost, will soon be resolved. And either the Ashes will find an alternative, or they will give an order to another enterprise!

The last emergency with the Yuri Dogoruky nuclear submarine leads me to very sad thoughts - is there any sabotage here?
We build unique cruisers, but for some "incredible reasons" and "inexplicable" reasons we lose them: "Komsomolets", "Kursk"

The reason for the death of both Komsomolets and Kursk is the poor organization of the service, design miscalculations, total formalism and reprisal. But blaming on am is not serious and not professional. So the situation will never change!

Under loud cheers and thunderous applause, for some reason no one had a question. Will we be able to provide: materials, capacities, will there be enough personnel? For the construction of missile carriers - Tajiks will not be delivered. Recently, another "situevina" came out. There was a shortage of special steel (the so-called ship's sheet). Metallurgists refused to supply it at prices approved by the Ministry of Defense. As stated in the press release, "Moscow Region is solving this issue." Previously, the supply of the Ministry of Defense of sheet special steels was 80% covered by Severstal, the rest by MMK and Tagil. But now, in connection with the commissioning of pipe-rolling mills (large-diameter pipes) for the needs of Gazprom, there is simply not enough capacity for the production of ship steel as well. We tried to resolve the issue with supplies from China, but their steel does not meet the requirements of our GOSTs. That's a huge plan.

Well, you got in with your problems, with your steels, let people rejoice in them not to the details. The main promise was to BUILD.

For me - so long as shipbuilders do not break firewood in a hurry. I sincerely hope for a sense of responsibility and self-awareness of all those involved in the design and construction of ships.
