“Eleron-3 is equipped with a low-noise electric motor and GLONASS / GPS navigation instruments, has low optical, acoustic and radar visibility and is designed to install interchangeable cameras and cameras, a thermal imager, a noise jammer and other payloads,” the release says.
It is noted that "the complex allows to conduct aerial optoelectronic reconnaissance around the clock with the transfer of information in real time through closed digital communication channels."
The drone can operate "in a wide range of altitudes and temperatures at a distance of more than 50 kilometers from the ground control station," the press service said.
The operators of the complex were trained in advance at the Center for the training of unmanned specialists aviation. Currently, the operation of the complexes has begun.
