An open letter to Natalia Poklonskaya on the activities of the PSRP
Information and analytical portal "Military Review" asks you, as a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, to pay attention to the activities of an organization that calls itself the "Fund for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship" (FSRD). This organization, being a public non-profit structure operating under the authority of the chairman of the organizing committee M.Ye. The boogers (deputy of the State Duma of the II, III and IV convocations), is engaged in the presentation of "awards", which she herself invents.
On the one hand, everything looks quite fine: a public organization, as it were, provides support to domestic entrepreneurs by handing out the “best of the best” awards. On the other hand, there is a frank profanation with a single purpose - to siphon money from the most trustful citizens using confidential information.
The VO-Media Foundation for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship (a company that registered media for the Military Review) drew attention in July of this year, when a letter from the FSRB was sent to the address of the editor-in-chief. In this letter, it was announced that "VO-Media" was nominated for the "Import Substitution-2016" award. What kind of import substitution can we talk about if the Military Review is the mainstream media? Here it is necessary to add that the FSRP informed in “VO-Media” that the prize is awarded in the field of industrial and agricultural production, the fuel and energy complex and related activities. What can “import substitute” for the media and what is its adjacency with industrial production or TNK, the representative of the fund could not explain ...
As a result, without much difficulty, it was found out that FSRP simply possesses the base of this Russian businessmen and, using this database, carries out a mass mailing of correspondence announcing “nomination for a bonus”. And in the FSRP, apparently, very few people are concerned about the correspondence of the name “award” to those who could “receive” it.
Where does this foundation have the personal data of hundreds of thousands of Russian entrepreneurs? This is the main complaint about the activities of this very (non-state) fund, to which we ask you to pay attention.
It is also important that for those who decide to take part in the “nomination”, the PSRP asks to pay a “registration fee” in the amount of 98 thousand rubles for each representative of the delegation. For these funds, the fund will distribute stamped medals to all interested parties and hold a tea party ...
The most surprising thing is this: the messages that the company has become a “nominee for the award” come to thousands of Russian companies, including media companies. The topic of unlawful use of personal data by FSRP officers was repeatedly raised in the mass media (including the Military Review, link, as well as federal television channels). However, the fund, as it turns out, is not going to curtail its activities based on the use of the personal data of entrepreneurs.
So, the other day, another letter from the same fund came to the address of VO-Media, which this time reported that the media company had become a nominee for the “Taxpayer of the Year-2016” award.
As you can see, the wording in this case is more streamlined (not "import substitution"). But even here the question arises: by what criteria can a private organization, not having any relation to the activities of the tax service, be able to judge the company's activities in paying taxes to the state budget? Or does this fund have databases not only with personal information about company employees, but also about tax deductions?
It is noteworthy that on its official website, the FSRP actively uses state symbols, and also publishes “greetings” of famous politicians (Elvira Nabiullina, Oleg Morozov). Moreover, the “welcome” speeches are dated to 2008 for a year and were uttered for a completely different reason, but this does not stop the combinators from the FSRP.
Fund Booklets:
Natalia Vladimirovna! We ask you to pay attention to the situation with the FSRP, which actually illegally operates with confidential data, continuing to carry out its activities, despite numerous exposing publications in the Russian media.
Respectfully - the team of "Military Review" (LLC "VO-Media").
