Fertility of Afghan fields hits the Russian nation

According to a report published by the UN, in the 2011 year, Afghan farmers achieved truly record numbers: they were able to increase opium poppy production by as much as 61% compared to 2010. In addition, the area under crops was also increased - by 131 a thousand hectares (more than in 2010-m by 7%). Summing up the income from the production of only one opium over the past year, we can talk about a profit of almost half a billion dollars.
The workers of the Afghan agricultural industry achieved such a “success,” despite the fact that the coalition forces led by the United States waged, they said, a merciless fight against drug production during 10 over the years.

Carsten Jacobson, the official spokesman for the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan, said that the production and sale of drugs is the main source of financial support for the Taliban. General Jacobson noted that this channel has been getting better and better blocked every year. According to the same general, in 2011, it was possible to remove and destroy by 13% opium more than in 2010, hashish - by whole 59%, and marijuana and morphine - in general, by colossal 1208% and 10113% respectively. At the same time, Jacobson did not specify how much it is in real numbers ...

Recall that since the beginning of the American operation in Afghanistan, the production of narcotic drugs has increased 40 times, bringing Afghanistan to the undoubted first place in the production of such goods. Over the years 10, by the most conservative estimates, in this Asian country of drugs produced a fantastic amount of a trillion dollars.

Russia, sadly, is today the leader in heroin consumption from Afghanistan. If we talk about the absolute figures for the consumption of this deadly potion, then Russia accounts for 80 tons of pure heroin per year - 20% of the total world consumption.

Strangely enough, it coincided that for more than 10 years of the occupation of Afghanistan by US troops, drug production has grown at a steady pace. At the same time, the Russian nation suffers from heroin from Afghanistan to a greater extent.

Gennady Onishchenko said that in Russia there is a steady increase in the number of drug addicts, caused by the relatively free access of the population to Afghan heroin. The chief health officer gave advice to the authorities to radically combat this problem.

The question is not a sour one, I just think that the solution to this issue affects a lot of interests of some influential people, including from our side, here are any prospects for resolving this issue and stifle it, and the Pindos can do it so that our young people sit on the needle and get high instead of working in factories. It can even be said a matter of national security ...

The shooting of drug dealers (on a plausible pretext) is the best way to combat the spread of drugs. And in general, biologists must be connected here so that they grow some kind of bug pest that feeds only with opiates and throw it into the territory of AFGHANISTAN.

The problem can be solved very simply, 5 years in labor camps for consuming potions for non-Medetsin’s purposes, and believe me, after 3 months the GDP will grow by three, and only gypsy people will hang on the boards wink

First of all, it depends on parenting in the family. The state is the state, and the cell of family values is a healthy, strong, educated in the spirit of the national spirit and revival, the future of Russia.

But there’s no time to bring up the current, you need to feed the family and everything is in trouble, but people don’t have any time or desire to educate, and even in schools with kindergartens they don’t solve this problem .... financial problems are eclipsed proper education

difficult of course. But family and parenting are truly the foundation!
And also the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, as well as demonstrations of drug addicts in hospitals for schoolchildren (as in France), and a fashion such as drugs sucks! To tighten the punishment for distribution and use for non-medical purposes and to wind the FSKN properly.
In general, one should learn from Comrade Mao in this matter ...

Addiction affects all families, as you don’t raise a child, he takes a lot from the street and if there is light on the street, he will bring him home, but more often there is dirt.

If the drug is sold all over Russia and definitely someone makes money on this, then I have to take it into my own hands. Up to the creation of accidents to those who trade, preferably fatal.

And the law on life will be passed - for trade and storage in especially large ones.

And then we make a lot of scum on our people, they make money, not only newcomers gypsies and come in large numbers, but also their Russian nits. They will make money in people's eyes ...

Until we ourselves begin to drive, while those who saw or found out do not start calling the police immediately about what they are trading there (it’s clear that they are also sitting in the police, but there are normal officers there - sincerely hating this scum) - it will be bad.

Only the responsibility of everyone bears a solution in this matter.

Everything is right, but it also depends on upbringing, because you can bring up a child so that the child doesn’t take dirt from the street, another question is that it’s pedagogically difficult and the state does not pay due attention to it, the more properly educated people the less dirt there is on the street ... Of course, the law and law enforcement bodies play a significant role in this ... legal awareness diminished somehow ..

Why can’t you bring out a drug to encode a person like alcohol? Or is it like a cure for HIV, everyone knows that such a medicine is needed, but no one can do it? There are pharmaceutical drugs on the site, tell me the answer to this question.

Yes there are such. Only they are expensive and their introduction is necessarily voluntary. Addicts want to be treated only when they are breaking, and most of the intestines are thin. And most importantly in the medicine, but in the head ...

According to the official version of the Federal Drug Control Service, 30 thousand people die every year from drug use in Russia. unofficially 2-3 times more. For example, over the ten years of the war in Afghanistan, the losses of the USSR amounted to about 14 thousand people.

In general, it seems that the fight is not against heroin but for heroin! Have you noticed that the business is booming with every code? Pindos and NATO fighters probably only do what they protect the plantations with farmers from the Aghans who want to get at least a bit ... The laws they do for themselves against subordinates and not for subordinates against themselves!

It’s not worth blaming the Pindos, yes, maybe they turn a blind eye to the activities of local agronomists, but in the end, we are to blame. After all, if there were no demand, there would be no supply. Yes, and no one forces people to use drugs (and alcohol), this is a purely personal matter for everyone. Succumbed to the temptation and die in agony - this is a natural selection. To each his own.

Don't minus Sleptsoff, please! There is also such a side. And he may be right. People say: a pig will find dirt. And a certain psychological type of people is literally looking for something to "get lost" - if my experience is not enough, then read the works of Lichko (in particular: Lichko, Bitensky. Teenage narcology).
My dad, a man exceptionally knowledgeable and intelligent, said that alcoholism or drug addiction is a disease ... stemming from licentiousness and poor education.

Here gentlemen and ask those question to Putin; "Why does Russia, having all the possibilities - from biological, chemical and legal ones - do nothing at the level of the upper echelon of power to eliminate the drug flow from Afghanistan?" It would be interesting to hear his answer, of course if he deigns to answer the plebs. The United States has officially admitted that it is not and will not fight drug production, as this will worsen the material situation and employment of peasants in Afghanistan.
