Ryabkov: US seems to have set a goal to completely sever relations with Russia

74
The constant threats of the United States to introduce new sanctions against the Russian Federation suggest that Washington’s desire to completely destroy bilateral relations, reports RIA News Statement by Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.

Рябков: США, похоже, поставили цель полностью разорвать отношения с Россией

“What are the allies - such is the nature of the discussion with them,” Ryabkov said. “One gets the impression that the White House does not set itself a task other than finally destroying relations with Russia — so that it would take many years to restore them,” he added.

According to the diplomat, the “sanction spells” themselves did not come as a surprise, the intensity with which the Americans repeat them is surprising.

“I’m ready to bet with anyone or play a betting on a bet that they will continue to talk about sanctions every day. It turned into a kind of daily ritual, such an element of a mandatory program as in certain sports, without which some administration workers simply cannot, probably, score a point for the day spent, ” - said Ryabkov.

He called the pretexts for the expansion of sanctions "frivolous and meaningless."

“Actually, these are not at all adherents of international law, but advocates of breaking the sustainable international system and its restructuring to suit their own geopolitical needs,” while for US officials “sanctions are probably the least expensive means of pursuing foreign policy,” the diplomat said.

“However, this kind of accounting characteristic of our American colleagues when there is a penny back and forth on the accounts, and it seems like there is something to report to the authorities, this calculation is doomed,” said the deputy minister.

He added that if the White House still goes to expanding the restrictions, then Moscow "will find a way to respond in such a way that a completely different balance is formed - not in favor of the United States."

Since about 2009, I say that it is time for the countries of the world to begin to break off economic ties with the United States, and to close the US embassy in their countries as a second step.

Well, they’ll break off relations, but what’s next? Just a zilch, nothing more. You have more, patrons, well, there is nothing against us, well, nothing. In the banking sector they’ve shouted, it didn’t help, in trade between countries it didn’t help. And it won’t help .

Payments within Russia can and should be made according to the national payment system. Difficulty will arise in settlements with foreign countries, it is for them that SWIFT has practically no alternative now. These are failures in deliveries, payments, etc.

On the other hand, mattresses through swift control our expenses, volumes of financial transactions and capital flows. Having disconnected us from the system, they will lose such an opportunity, if not completely, then significantly. Given the fact that they want to control financial flows up to the purchase of sausage by Baba Maney, they are unlikely to take such a measure.
In addition, there are other possibilities of financial calculations, but they are slower.

It became interesting to me. If the Yankees cut off the international settlement system for us, then will it mean that trade will switch to drag. met., as before, for gold-silver? And since we (RF and RK) will put it. balance in trade (we sell more than we buy), then we should start accumulating in dredges. met. - is it profitable for the Yankees !? And second, and other countries will not give up the "pieces of paper"? And if those monarchs of Arabia asked to pay for their oil and gas?

They’ll pick up oil anywhere cheap, the question is global dominance. And the method is old, biblical. Divide and rule. Just in Syria, there was the last stable regime in the Middle East, in addition also loyal to Russia. The more instability there is in the whole world, the more states will distract the attention of the whole world from their internal problems. It is no secret that it was the systemic crisis of capitalism, led by the United States, that led the world to a global catastrophe.

For "poor quality" in more detail, you can? The quality of oil was determined by the content of various impurities in it. Previously, they were roughly thrown away. Now they have learned to use them, the same sulfur. Petrochemistry revolves around it. Therefore, "bad Russian oil" is a rather controversial concept.

Yes, it was difficult, in fact, our ancestors started everything from scratch, but what is the result In a short time! World space nuclear power ...
They produced from needles to orbital stations and, in principle, of good quality (fashionable rags, chewing gums, etc. Of course there were not enough sausages of only 3 grades, but such that salivation still runs ..)
Or maybe it’s true, well, in FIG America, Europe, how much we have suffered from it and how they robbed and rob us ... And men? angry

Washington’s desire to completely destroy bilateral relations

Washington cannot forgive the fact that Russia is making its policy in full view of the whole world and openly does not want to fall under the United States, as other countries have done. The pride of the "exceptional" is very much affected, and the authority is gradually falling.

The Americans will not tear anything. If you think about why the Americans and the West did not impose sanctions on the full program: they did not withdraw their capital from Russia, did not block all international payments, did not put pressure on their allies to refuse to purchase Russian oil, and did not curtail cooperation in space and nuclear energy. If you look closely at most Western sanctions, they are exclusively personal. Remember when Russia refused to cooperate in the nuclear field of the Americans a little kondrashka was not enough. And all why now the Americans do not have enough resources to seriously harm Russia there.

He added that if the White House still goes to expanding the restrictions, then Moscow "will find a way to respond in such a way that a completely different balance is formed - not in favor of the United States."

And what still did not answer? Are we all playing Ocean's friends?

"The White House does not set itself any other task than to finally destroy relations with Russia - so that it would take many years to restore them"...

By and large, how much you can look back at the United States and be afraid - and how they will think and decide on some issues ...
Although the East is a delicate matter, and even ungrateful, there are people and states in the East, in Latin America and in Africa, and in Africa, with whom it is easier to cook economic porridge than with the United States and its allies ...
Cut us off from high technology?
Yes, God, the USSR was behind the Iron Curtain, but how many technologies he managed to create ... And laugh, don't laugh, both China and India are far from dummies in the field of creating the same technologies ... And the high-tech staff were created and are created not only by indigenous people of the United States, but by immigrants from many other countries ...

    Torn so torn ...
Well, on the night of Thursday to Friday at a meeting in Brussels, the EU did not hurry to introduce additional sanctions against Russia ...
And the famous German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung even came out on Friday morning with a portrait of John F. Kennedy and with his phrase: "The world must end the war, otherwise it will end the world" ...

So, no matter how the United States puffs up, not everything in the world goes as they wish ...

It is high time for the US ambassadors and their sixes to be expelled from Russia, while simultaneously recalling their diplomats and closing the embassies. Russia has everything necessary for development and prosperity, therefore, relations with the West must be completely scored. They do not want to take our gas and oil - no, we use them for our own needs.

Do not forget to remove your astronauts from the ISS, they can stay there forever before deciding to break off relations and not only that.

The United States not only wants to break off relations with Russia, but also to declare it as a source of evil. For this, everything possible and impossible is being done. The United States is ready to accept any provocations, whether it would destroy Russia as an independent country and push Russia and Europe into war and stay away on its own, which is why sanctions and hysteria are leading in the press and television.

Red line. you say. What the hell? This is more of a sanction from the international banking system.

from what? the sanctions were not announced to MBS, but to us, almost the whole world works on "swift", with some exceptions, so the losses that contain this system will not be hit too much, in any case less than the "user" ...

Yes, this is vanity before the election. They show that they are masters of the situation.
I think that the same Clinton after the election will prefer to negotiate.
So we wait until December and look at a more or less real alignment.

Previously, mattresses had at least some explicable goals: "evil empire" and so on, but now I don't know. To overthrow Putin? Then this is the act of a stupid and jealous woman: a man many years ago left for another, and she tries to annoy him with trifles. Maybe the analogy is not entirely appropriate, but she looks like it

Not a bad comparison ...! Jealousy is a terrible thing, but if Clinton will win the US election?
We have always been envious of black hatred ...!

Politics is a carpet under which invisible forces constantly tumble. Politicians are mainly occupied with the comments of fights - dust, the height of the bumps, the number of folds and the volume of the squeal - this is what we hear from politicians. But we have long understood that all countries on the planet are not divided by borders, but by affiliation with either parasites or donors. The most prominent representatives of parasites are England and France. Well, donors by itself Russia and Nemetchina.

Yes, the states themselves lose more from sanctions. We won’t manage without the apples and legs of the bush :) And where should they redirect the flows from us or with what to replace them? At least with regard to mining equipment: well, they closed its supplies to us, companies were recalled from our market (even Canadian and Australian), and CHF, and now the Chinese are actively fussing around with us. Yes, the quality of the Chinese and the mind is not so much, but they learn quickly. We will live. And in the states, equipment has stood since oil fell and drilling, etc. grunted and worth it. Well, let them rust, they didn’t want to sell us - they’ll throw it out like that.
