The system of hand-to-hand combat "Warrior" - how to beat in Russian
The word "patriotism" has a Greek origin, its root is the meaning of "Fatherland." This is one of the most important moral principles, the essence of which lies in the feeling of love for the native land, as well as in the willingness to sacrifice their own interests for the prosperity and well-being of the Motherland. Moreover, a patriot is one who is not just proud of the achievements of his native state, but is also ready to protect him from all sorts of problems. Today, the problem of patriotism is very acute, since it is very difficult to raise real patriots.
The brothers Sergey and Vitaly Tyshchenko, who developed a special system called “VOIN” - Military Domestic Art, offered their view on the problem.
Initially, the program was created for special forces soldiers, guards, soldiers in the army, as well as bodyguards. But in the future it was slightly reorganized, and thus, today it can be used to work with the civilian population.
The essence of the program is that first of all it teaches the technique of self-defense. To master the program, there is no need to have great weight or strength, you just need to have certain skills and knowledge and competently use them. All classes are conducted taking into account the physiological characteristics of each individual. A program is universal if a person has mastered all its elements well.
Tyshchenko brothers say that the program has, first of all, an applied character. Having a good physical stamina and having cultivated the strength of mind, you can adequately get out of any difficult situation. For protection, you can use any items that fall under the hand, in this direction there are no specific rules. The most important thing is to survive in any, even in the most unforeseen and dangerous situation, but without breaking the law.
Russian style includes three areas - sports, ethnographic and military-patriotic. Therefore, besides self-defense lessons, the basics of medicine are also taught. history, jurisprudence relating to military affairs.
The youngest age group of pupils of the “WARRIOR” system is children of 9-12 years. They are taught in stages by the most simple fighting techniques. The middle group, the adolescent, is working more on reaction, speed, endurance, and coordination. And, finally, those who are older study the techniques and techniques of combat in various life situations - on the streets, in the alleys, in the elevator, etc.
Branches of the Tyshchenko Brothers School are open in many cities of the Russian Federation. And the most important thing is that it was adopted by combat officers - GRU special forces.
For example, in the Samara subunit of the GRU special forces, hand-to-hand combat training is conducted according to the “VOIN” program. The use of this system is due to some significant reasons. The fact is that in the city, and in the country as a whole, the fashion for martial arts has led to an overuse of the philosophy, art and culture of Asia.
In the 60-70-years of the last century, Oshchepkov, Spiridonov and Kharlampiev developed sambo techniques. However, later this form of martial arts acquired the status of purely sports, so the main strength and the most effective painful techniques were excluded. Combat stopped developing. There was an erroneous impression that nothing like this had ever existed in Russia. In fact, even in ancient manuscripts many descriptions of various techniques and techniques have been preserved. Recall only the descriptions of the fights of Russian bogatyrs - captures, throws. They were taken as the basis for the development of a new program.
The system "VOIN" has a multi-stage structure, it is designed to solve a large number of various tasks. Training for Special Forces are classes on the ability to concentrate the will, imposing their battle tactics, as well as the psychological preparation of readiness to repel the enemy. One of the main elements of special forces training is mobility and thrift movements.
The military culture of the Slavs has always been and will be a mystery to the world community. Since the Slavic peoples did not have good weapons, they had to use other methods and techniques of combat: reconnaissance and ambushes, using terrain conditions, and surprise attacks. They were superior not in quantity, but in strength of spirit, the ability to endure hardships, endurance, and the use of a minimum of means to achieve their goals. All of them were not lost, but were adopted in the training of special units of the FSB, GRU, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. For quite a long period of time, all combat and special methods of psychological training were kept in the strictest confidence. Only those who were trained knew them. In use was training in combat in real conditions, during which an analysis of combat reflexes was carried out, as well as the stability of the psyche of warriors in stressful situations. Such an analysis was necessary to check the effectiveness of this or that new element of the combat system. All this, as well as the rich experience of the Slavs, served as the basis for the creation of the "VOIN" system.
The program structure includes such sections as practical and theoretical skills, which are divided into subsections: self-insurance and acrobatics with weapons and without it, protection against normal, wrestling and special seizures, striking techniques, methods of defense against complex attack, protection against strikes of cold weapons, baton and knife fighting schools, special training of the military, self-defense of women, self-defense technique in urban and natural conditions psychological preparation.
The features of the technique are that the person being trained is given a large amount of information necessary for assimilation. All elements require careful grinding, bringing to automatism. After the first year of study, a person has the necessary minimum of knowledge and skills that will allow him to protect himself in a dangerous situation. It is also important that the trainee does not memorize the technique, but could independently compose a composition of combat elements, based on the specific situation.
The system can be divided into three areas - an adversarial section, knife and hand-to-hand fighting. All these areas have their own characteristics, not only teaching, but also techniques. Thus, anyone can find something useful for themselves. A person who is interested in cold arms will be able to learn its advantages in knife fighting. For those who want to check if the theory is not at odds with practice, an adversarial section has been developed for sparring. But the most effective will be to study the whole variety of methods and techniques of the system for those who choose hand-to-hand combat.
According to the authors of the system, an important element of training is sparring. However, only those people who have the basic skills of defense, attack and movement can participate in them. It is the sparring that makes it possible to improve the technique of combat, because only in the conditions of fast combat can one calculate the elements that would most accurately respond to the physiological characteristics of the opponents, as well as fit a particular situation.
For quite a long time in the system program there was no competitive section, because the authors did not want to turn the “WARRIOR” into a simple fighting club, because the system structure still has a huge number of techniques that are not used during sparring fights, but are aimed solely at destroying the enemy. The attempt to unite hand-to-hand fighting and sparring was unsuccessful, because in the process of such battles considerable harm is done to health. And although during sparring people can only polish some tricks, bring them to perfection, they are quite popular. That is why, along with groups of hand-to-hand, knife and cane fights, a group of drummers was also formed.
Martial art has a thousand-year history. And, as is known, that which did not dissipate with time, has not been lost, is not just our heritage, but also the necessary basis for existence in the world. The main principle of the modern approach to the study of martial arts is to master in order to survive. And honest, morally clean, bright and strong people who can not only recover the lost, but also increase what was achieved by generations of ancestors should survive.
