“The contractor, the Main Directorate for the construction of roads and airfields of Spetsstroy of Russia, received permits and handed over to the Russian Air Force for operation the runway, trunk and taxiways, parking lots and a technical training ground for helicopters. Thus, the airbase is now able to receive any military aircraft and helicopters ", - said in a release.

Reportedly, work on the site has been going on since March 2013.

“In recent years, the latest helicopter technology has been delivered to Korenovsk - the Mi-8 AMTSh, Mi-28H, Ka-52 and Mi-35М. Thanks to the new infrastructure, rotary-winged machines were able to work around the clock and in all weather conditions, ”the Federal Agency noted.



According to the press service, work continues at the air base: “a command and control tower, an emergency rescue station, and other buildings and structures are being built.”

In the future, the helicopter air base will be one of the most modern in the south of the country, the report said.

Recall that in Korenovsk the 55 th separate regiment of the 4 th army of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Southern District is based.

          I sincerely believe that under the protection of GDP, you can cut unrealistic money without fear and risk. You can put the tractor driver as a terrorist if he is dissatisfied with the extraction of land. It is possible to hold elections like ours in Volgograd last time without counting the votes (yes, that’s exactly the last time it happened, who are interested in being able to check).
